Everything that has a dice gets rolled twice. The spear is 2d6, the hunters mark is 2d6, and colossus slayer is 2d8. If you had any modifers, that would not get doubled. You just double the damage dice

**yeah, Garruk was fighting one, and Recwyin is stuck to another.**
Lucky's True Strike reveals to him that these boxes are immune to acid damage and can't be knocked prone.
