Rhogar will offer to give the crossbow to Lucky, Gurruk, Bigsby, and Recwyin. If none of them want it he will offer it any of the other slaves. He did not loot the one upstairs.. yet.
Lucky shakes his head when offered the crossbow and bolts, glancing at the ones he already has.
"Those bolts may be Drow Poisoned-tipped like mine are. They're powerful. If anybody else is skilled with ranged weapons, please give it to them. Otherwise, ask the freed slaves if any of them can wield a crossbow effectively."Lucky says to Rhogar.
Lucky looks very relieved when Bigsby comes to and says to him, "Bigsby! Oh, thank the gods you're alive! You had us worried for a moment there. I mean, you're a great guy and all, but you're also our only cleric, soo....be more careful next time?" Lucky laughs a little to lighten the mood and hide his own concern.
Looking ahead to where Sarith ran upstairs, Lucky says, "Let's move, guys! I still don't trust Sarith to be on his own." Lucky helps Bigsby to his feet then makes a run (ideally behind Rhogar) to follow Sarith upstairs.
When you all head up into the upper part of the stalactite, you see a fully stocked armory. There are shortswords and crossbows hanging on the wall. Armor folded up in crates. Shields stacked up on a shelf. And various other odds and ends stored in different crates. In the middle of the room is Sarith, now wearing studded leather armor, and holding a crossbow. "Help yourselves."
Everything in here:
5 chain shirts
6 suits of studded leather armor
6 shields
6 hand crossbows
20 cases of hand crossbow bolts, each case containing 20 bolts
5 shortswords and 8 daggers
6 bags of caltrops (20 caltrops per bag)
4 100-foot-long coils of silk rope
2 building hammers (not usable as weapons)
2 bags of iron spikes (10 spikes per bag)
**Eldeth will take a chainshirt and a shortsword. Topsy and Turvey both take daggers.
Rhogar will take a set of studded leather armor, dagger, 1 coil of rope, and a set of caltrops. He will then walk over to the guard that got shot through the eye and take his light crossbow and bolts.

Leggy's many eyes all appear to glimmer at the glorious sight in front of him now. Lucky follow's suit and for a moment, loses his focus but quickly snaps back to attention and gathers equipment for himself.

"Jackpot! Pass me the flask of Drow Poison. I'm going to enhance these bolts if they aren't already."Lucky requests.

Lucky looks around for anything else of value, like keys, gold, magical objects, etc.
*** I think someone grabbed an extra jar of poison though earlier thought, Are the crossbow bolts from the dead guard up here poisoned (the ones I picked up since I cannot use hand crossbows?***
Rhogar, after looting the dead guard will remove the bolt from his eye socket and offer to trade his poisoned bolts unpoisoned if any of you want. He just picked these up because he need a light crossbow and not a hand crossbow.

Rhogar would grab a shortsword and run downstairs and offer it to the prince. "please take this" handing him the sword. Then looking to Sut he would asking him to fly as high as he can and provide him with a count of the enemies approaching.
Lucky stops where Bigsby collapsed and checks for signs of life.

"Guys, I think Bigsby needs medical attention!" Lucky announces to the group in a worried panic.

Recwyin goes with them up the stairs
Yeah, Rhogar would give the crossbow to Eldeth (with bolts) and then quickly follow behind Sarith upstairs.
(Unless anyone has any concerns, Eldeth takes the crossbow and bolts from Rhogar.)

*the bolts in the armory are not poisoned already. The only things up here are the items I listed.

(I'll dip all the bolts we have with the flask of Drow Poison if there's enough available.)
You all hear Prince Derendil, who was too large to come upstairs yell, "They're coming! from both directions!"
Rhogar would grab a shortsword and run downstairs and offer it to the prince. "please take this" handing him the sword. Then looking to Sut he would asking him to fly as high as he can and provide him with a count of the enemies approaching.
