What would have happened:
You would have found the glugilous and it would drink the river, the glugilous would then fight you with the accumulated magic. You would then proceed to the village where we revive Tzu Nus and the village elder will tell you about the backstory of the evil guy. You would continue on, fighting enemies, and reach the center of the caverns, a tiny rock island with lava surrounding it but with piles of treasures on top. You would then fight the evil dude, get the treasure, and proceed onto the next adventure.

I find the idea of one multiverse to be unfeasible with all of the rules set by numerous franchises when delving into multiversal concepts so I propose the Polymultiverse, all multiverses exist at the same time but separate.
