I'm looking for a couple of people to come jump into my Planescape game here on the forums. We aren't real far into the story so a long ways to go and plenty of story to uncover. We have a paladin and rogue right now at level 6.
Core and expanded options are fine, including the new artificer. 2024 rules. Point buy or standard array for stats.
Right now they're a generic rock gnome evoker that grew up Sigil, the City of Doors. If there is access to other material in the campaign I may workshop more
I am interested in joining as a fighter. I don't know much about Planescape so I am currently looking into it to create a backstory.
Name: Rogferr Keencutter
Class: Fighter(Eldritch Knight)
Human
Background: Farmer
Backstory:
On a world without a name Rogferr spent his days in solitude growing crops for the city of Sigil. During the day Rogferr would work the fields and at night he would practice with the weapons his only friend Zag gave him. Rogferr’s home was relatively bare other than a shrine to the goddess of the harvest.
Once a month Zag, a soldier from Sigil, would arrive to see how Rogferr was doing. Those were the best days of Rogferr's life. They would train and Zag would teach Rogferr everything he knew.
One day Rogferr received a message from Zag requesting him help find his mother. Though Zag had already ventured out to find his mother when Rogferr got the message he left to find his friend and help him on his journey.
Some time ago, the community of the wood elf girl Eithne was disastrously annihilated. Eithne remembers nothing else about it; no details. But something terrible must have happened, because since that distant day, when she awoke in the middle of the battlefield where everyone else died (and where she must have been left for dead), the Voices have been a part of her.
Yes, the Voices... because Eithne hears voices in her mind. So many voices. Voices of the wood elves of her massacred community. Confused and left with no one dear or trustworthy, Eithne is forced to take up a wandering existence, but she also decides to make the culprits pay for what they've done, sooner or later, at all costs! And not a day goes by without the Voices in her mind reminding her of this.
@DM: Eithne, seeking answers, may well have traveled to Sigil, and from there to some other plane of existence—and joined the current party, either pursuing a common goal, or following her Voices' advice, or simply because, driven by a current lack of funds, she needs to accept some dangerous assignment.
Name: Shadara Ability scores: Str: 8 Dex: 16 Con: 13 Int: 8 Wis: 12 Cha: 18 (Adjusted from 8, 15, 13, 8, 12, 15 with the +2 Cha / +1 Dex granted by the Entertainer Background, and +1 Cha granted by the Inspiring Leader feat.) Species: Drow Elf Class (Subclass): Bard (College of Dance) Background: Entertainer Backstory: Shadara began having dreams as a young child, she would dance beneath the moon at midnight wearing nothing but a smile. She would awake and try her best to ignore them as her culture forbade such activities, punishable by death... or worse.
During her late nineties just before she became an adult Shadara began receiving messages in her dreams, instructions on how to secret herself away and find a path to the surface where she would be able to live her dream.
@DM: Shadara still receives dreams from Elistraee and keeps the faith by dancing her way through life. Whether her destination is of her choosing or Elistraee's she cares not for they are one and the same in her mind.
"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
— A basic prayer.

How many people are you looking for? I'm willing to make any class needed to fill out the group.
Submitting a Barbarian which I've always been eager to try, but never found a campaign long enough to allow me to.
