Necyra keeps her left hand locked forward, maintaining the freezing, swirling vortex pinning the dragon to the cavern floor. With her free hand, she points through the driving sleet at the massive beast. The sound of ghostly, dissonant bells begins to echo loudly through the cavern walls, vibrating right through the dragon's scales.
Necyra casts Toll the Dead at the dragon (whilst maintaining concentration on her Sleet Storm spell)
The dragon must pass a DC16 WIS saving throw or suffer from 19 necrotic damage.

Not willing to let blindness stop her, Gail continues towards where she last saw the dragon until she can feel it. Then she strikes at it, using her luck to counteract being blind, and continues to swing at it.
Attack 1 (with luck countering disadvantage) 22 to hit for 7+6=13 damage
Attack 2 (with disadvantage rolled as separate rolls, with some accidental rolls between hit and damage) 21 to hit for 11+6=17 damage
Attack 3 (with disadvantage) 17 to hit for 12+7=19 damage
Using last Superiority Dice for Precision Attack for attack 3, adding 9 making attack 3 a 26 to hit.

Etriel Darastrix suddenly reappears and notices that Gail has finally arrived in melee with the Dragon. Again she storms the Dragon with arrows with her Longbow.
If the Dragon still lives, the Eladrin Huntress again calls upon the magical powers derived from her draconic blood, commanding the Dragon, in its own language: "Halt!"
The Foreign Traveler keeps her position.
