Zombie 2 dex save 6
Both zombies look damaged, especially zombie 1 which is now in a rough shape. It looks like one or two more hits would finally drop it... or would it? Despite the damage, it hasn't slowed down, its dead eyes still locked on Dirk.
Marin will use his bonus action to Disengage from zombie 1 and Dirk, then dart over to attack zombie 2 near Ash. Marin will first thrust with his shortsword and then hopefully if it hits follow up by stabbing with his dagger. And finally he will use the remainder of his movement to put 10 feet or more between him and zombie 2.
Dagger Attack: 10 Dagger Damage: 4 (max, because I don't add anything)

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
I wanted to make it clear that you can still attack from the lower deck on the next turn (round 2) if you want (using your Action) even if you have Disadvantage on that attack,
Onji decides, that there is enough space to attack with his bow. He grabs the Bow, notches an arrow, mumbles a quick prayer to not hit his team, and lets his arrow fly.
Attack: 14 Damage: 10 Checking it out this was a disadvantage as the other one rolled higher. Also not sure which zombie to aim at, I guess Zombie 1 as that one is by Dirk. And the other one has both Ash & Marin.

Marin will strike again at zombie 2 hoping he can finish it before it can make another attack.
Shortsword Attack: 26 (WooHoo! the crits are back) Shortsword Damage: 13 piercing damage.
Dagger Attack: 26 (No way... is the roller busted or something?) Dagger Damage: 3 piercing damage.
(if the first attack kill zombie 2 then I will move to make a melee attack (or just throw from where I am since Finesse allows me to use DEX for both) against zombie 1)

Finally, after the creatures defied death over and over, Marin's blades find the precise marks needed to sever whatever dark magic held them together. The two drowned sailors collapse on the floor, finally unmoving.
"Are those things always that hard to kill?" Ash asks his fellow adventurers. "I've never faced such things but they seem to be really hard yo battle. Just imagine a full troop of them?" he reflects on the last of his statement.
