Narratively, however, he is totally sitting in a seat with a discarded pail of popcorn!

 The three of you, and El Capitan, make your way down through the stands. Amidst the hustle of the arena, you realize that I’lar was nowhere near as busy as this place. However, you see that the people seem to be very well adjusted to it. Thankfully, it seems that the walkways are fairly open due to everyone currently watching the match. Through your investigation, you find that there are multiple food stands, in addition to, a large restaurant/lounge that overlooks the arena. Judging from your position, this is a different room from the suite Wick is currently inside. The name of the lounge is The Ten Count.

Dahme'dre asks subtle questions as if rhetorically she already knows the answer. She looks for impressionable young boys who might jump at the opportunity to assist a pair of fine, well bred ladies and tries to draw information from them about the Port Masons. (Persuasion: (1)19) She's a bit out of sorts with the odd customs of this city.

Finding two young lads, roughly in their late teens and of human descent, look up from their meal as you and Ashe place your hands on the table. They look at you, look at each other, and point at themselves. They seem to be questioning what exactly is happening and what good deed they did in their past lives to deserve this. The DC is, understandably, low.

That being said, the first, a boy with curly brown hair speaks up, “Oh- uh- right, yeah, the Port Masons... they... build boats?” He nervously looks to the other, a freckled lad, for confirmation. Unfortunately, the other guy gives a panicked shrug. The curly one sighs, “Yeah, I’m sorry. I don't think we’ve heard of anyone like that. Maybe if you could give us some more info?”

Dahme'dre, as Alice, looks to her companions a moment. Ashe would surely rather be somewhere else, and Alijurn is somewhere between spilling everything and ringing their necks.

She tries to decide how to proceed. If these were farm boys she'd keep an innocent approach, but these are city boys...

Alice continues, "If you were looking for a party. Who would you talk to pick up some... Supplies?" She winks.

(I'd forgotten my disguise with my last post, so I guess Dahme'dre is taking a young face.)

They think for a moment, “Well, it’s not our style, but a lot of people have been heading to the Pleasure District lately. Usually, it’s a pretty mundane place, carnivals, rides, that kinda thing, but people have been picking up ‘Pixie Dust’ at some shady places. Whatever it is, the uh-“ The boy leans in and whispers, “The shadows haven’t done anything about the source yet, so I don’t really know what’s going on.”

 "How do you think they're getting around the Shadows?" She asks. "Or do you think they're in league?" 

“Hard to say either way... I don’t think they’d encourage illegal smuggling like that, but I don’t get why they’d just ignore it.” He then sits back and looks around, “But like I said, they’re doing a great job.”

Meanwhile, let’s take another look at what’s happening with Wick! The camera pans from the food court to the luxury suite. Fine wine has been provided to all of the guests and the shadow man, whom you believe may be Kirkgrim, is watching the match with intensity. No, rather, it seems like he’s watching through them. Every crowd member, every combatant, he’s drinking them in. After a moment, he speaks up to Wick while watching the coliseum, “So, Yeth Hounds, huh? Fey, if I remember. You tick off an Archfey or something?” He turns to Bixsnow, “You got a couple idols of them at the High Shrine, right? I feel like I paid for some...” Bixsnow gives a respectful nod, “Yes, my lord. We do indeed. The Eladrin were very appreciative, as were the Shadar-Kai...”

"My Lord, I find myself irritating more and more powerful figures of late, I'm afraid," Wick says with a small bow. "But as to the Fey, I can't say that I've ever had more than passing dealings." Heart beginning to pound in his ears, he turns to the Lady. "Lady Bixsnow, I have heard of idols such as yours. Assuming you have it on your person, would you do me the honor of allowing me to inspect its craftmanship?"

Lady Bixsnow gives a brief glance from you to Kirkgrim, but returns her gaze, “I fear I do not have any on me. I do not direct my faith toward such things.” You look her over, and determine there isn’t much room she could hide anything in a dress like that. “However, we would be honored for you to visit High Shrine. There are many faiths that would appreciate such a handsome, young man as yourself.”

Kirkgrim is watching this, riveted. He kind of raises an eyebrow at that last part.

 "Which way is the 'Pleasure District' from here?" Dahme'dre asks. "I've not been in quite some time." 

She follows there directions and goes snooping for the friendly neighborhood Pixie Stick dealer. (Persuasion: (1)7)

From what they tell you, it is in the next precinct over. It would take about an hour to get there from where you are now. I have PMed a map!

Wick sketches a bow in the Lady's direction. "I would be thrilled make the acquaintance of anyone with tastes so discerning, my Lady. Perhaps another night? I'm afraid that I am still in need of making accommodations in Everywhere, and I was raised never to lean too heavily upon the kindness of beautiful strangers."  

(I'm hoping to ingratiate myself to Kirkgrim here. Maybe even get a room in whatever undoubtedly opulent manor he calls home. Obviously, there's reason to believe that the assassins are part of his machinations, and Wick would like to have whatever access he can get to the man)

 I suppose we should collect Mr. Duck before we proceed. He won't be much use to us either as a sycophant or a corpse. Dahme'dre thinks to the others. We'll give him a few more minutes before we extract him, yes? 

Kirkgrim rubs his chin, “Yeah, you don’t strike me as much of a holy man. I doubt anything in the Basilica District would be of much interest to you. You seem more like the kind of guy that would be interested in the Pleasure Ward. They got everything you little ones like! I’ve been quite relentless in making sure that there are fascinations of every kind. You said you sing, right? I’m sure that you could find somewhere around there that would be willing to pay for that kind of talent.”

While Kirkgrim is speaking, Wick surreptitiously eyes over Lady Bixsnow's tattoos (Investigate: 11). While definitely hardrock, they don't appear to reflect any religious or arcane traditions. Absolutely not.

Still bangin', though. 

"I do more than sing, my Lord," Wick says to the shadowy figure. "What manner of work might someone with a... broader skillset find in Everywhere? As a traveler of the cosmic seas, I find myself without occupation and entirely available to attend to any organization or individual in need of... talents... such as mine."

(Persuasion: 11)

Kirkgrim squints, processing, then comes to a realization, “Oh... I see. Well, you’ll find Everywhere to be quite accommodating to your occupation, I’m sure. In fact, I believe that there are a few ‘bathhouses’ who would be more than happy to provide generous payment for such talents.”
