After the death of Basil Darkbranch, the former ruler of Cleica, a council was formed by the leaders of cities, towns and villages from around the kingdom to keep things running smoothly until a new ruler was appointed. Sir Nikolas Stoneclaw the councilman from the city of Cloudgate has the sinking suspicion that one of the other council members had something to do with the untimely demise of the former ruler. In the hopes of finding out if his suspicions were correct or not he decides to throw a 'little' dinner party to welcome several guests (the PCs) to the city. While at the party he offers the guests 400gp each to help locate his son who had gone missing a few days prior.(and to see if he can trust the PCs with investigating his fellow council members.)
Greetings everyone, I'm looking for a group of 5 players to run this campaign with. The campaign is going to be RP and combat heavy with a decent amount of world building woven into the main story. As a bit of a heads up this is a homebrew campaign. I tried playing this campaign a few years ago but it went on hiatus after I lost my Grandmother.

Information about the World:
The World- Dedreria
The Countries- Arath, Cleica, Espar, Greana and Oblar
Cleica- A kingdom currently without a ruler, Cleica is known for it's massive mountains and vast forests. At one time the kingdoms of Cleica and Espar were at odds with one another and were on the brink of war. When Basil took the throne {7 years prior} things between the two started to settle down, although any little thing could cause things to kick back up again.
Cliffgrave is a city that is on the border of Cleica and Espar. It's not uncommon to see travelers being stopped and questioned by guards before being let into the city. There's a small network of spies in the city that report to Ravagella. She may have some information about who was behind the killing but she refuses to say anything to her fellow council members.
Cloudgate: {in a way it's the capital of Cleica}
Leaders- Sir Nikolas Stoneclaw {"Human", Male} (was extremely close to Basil, doesn't trust the other members of the council) Madam Jilenyphe Stoneclaw { Half Elf, Female}
Cloudgate is located in the center of Cleica and is considered to be it's capital. Underneath the city there are multiple 'escape' tunnels that were built fifty years after the city was initially founded. The rulers are an older couple, while Jilenyphe is kindhearted and friendly her husband Nikolas has become rather paranoid after the death of Lord Darkbranch. It is rumored that the Stoneclaw family has some ties to an ancient gold dragon by the name of Nildrorayrth but no one is certain if it's true or not.
Wintercall:
Leader- Balbrek Giantblade {Duergar, Male} (his daughter was married to Basil...)
Wintercall is one of the few settlements to actually be located both above and below ground, it's also the closest to the Bloodwalker mountain range. If you're in need of help while in Wintercall you should look for the Darkslayer agency, there you will meet Madam Ketmora Darkslayer the founder of the agency and one hell of an investigator. She's an old family friend of the Stoneclaw's and she's the youngest sister of Balbrek. (She was married for a time but her husband was killed while away on business.) Balbrek is hardworking, confident and doesn't take shit from anyone.
Wolfmeadow is a city that is located in the deepest part of Shadowpine Forest {the largest forest in Cleica}. The city has some of the finest hunters and trackers in the Cleica. On the outskirts of the city there are two farms one is run by Adalicia {Female, Firbolg} and the other is run by Corrick Longgrace {Male, Forest Gnome}. Virnelis is a decent leader although he feels as though he tends to let his people down with his decisions even though that couldn't be farther than the truth.
Houndwood is the second largest town in Cleica but it's a rather bland town in comparison to the others. Although the town is technically home to one of the best smiths in the kingdom. {The others live in Wintercall and Eldermaw}
Eldermaw is the only settlement to be located in the Bloodwalker mountain range. It is home to one of the best smiths in the kingdom, a Goliath by the name of Ghadath. Augrein can be quite the ******* when he wants to be but after the murder of Lord Darkbranch it is rather understandable.
Sandcliff is a village that is also located on the coast of Cleica, it is the largest of the villages. Unlike in Mossrock the villagers of Sandcliff are friendly, trusting and quite welcoming. Although there are rumors that Keyfina is a ruthless leader said rumors are quickly disproven when you meet her. She is a kindhearted leader and would do anything within reason to keep her people safe.
Misthall is the largest town in Cleica, it is on the border of Greana. It's a pretty laid back town even though there had been a chance of war with Greana not that long ago. One of the largest trade routes in Cleica actually runs through Misthall. Sheggosyth is a great leader and keeps the well-being of the townsfolks a priority, when she was younger she lost most of her family so she sees the townsfolk as her family.
The village of Mossrock is one located on the cost of Cleica. It's chaotic and the villagers are extremely cautious and untrusting around outsiders. Reves is a massive jack ass and would happily let the kingdom burn as long as he didn't have to deal with the others anymore.
Graypost:
Ruler- Nelpali {Male, Satyr}
Population- 207 {90% Satyr, 5% Grung, 5% Kobold}
Graypost was once seen as part of Greana but that wasn't the case. It's not unusual to find some rather rare items in the village, however the owners of said items might not hand over the items without the party helping them out first. Nelpali is a fair leader and he's known for throwing spectacular parties for the villagers when special occasions or holidays come around.
Crowhost is the smallest village in Cleica although it's not that close to the borders of Espar and Greana it does seem to be quite popular with travelers from both locations. Yfytin is a decent leader but he is also a bit of a trickster.
Westgrove:
Ruler- Echo {Warforged} and Miadi {Harengon, Female}
Westgrove is a town that is close near the border of Espar. It's not as strict when it comes to travelers coming in and out of the town but it's not exactly uncommon to see travelers being stopped and questioned by guards. Miadi is the actual ruler of the city while Echo is her protector. She isn't entirely sure what she's doing but for the most part she's doing alright as a leader.
Ebonpass is a somewhat average town that is relatively peaceful. The crime rate in town has slowly risen over the years but lately it's been surprisingly low. Some folks believe that the increase happened because Count Winterdream had fallen ill during that period while others believe that the Count faked his illness to draw attention away from whoever the true culprit was.
Dimstar is one of the small towns in Cleica and it's located two miles away from the border with Espar. It may be small but it does have quite some unique treats that you can only find there. In the town square there's a bakery that provides some of the best sweets and breads in Cleica as well as a few others shops such as a peculiar toy shop and a bookshop that specializes in rare books and old tomes. {It's run by a Tiefling named Compassion} Badger Growl is a relatively old Kenku who tends to stay out of public view and only goes out if it's truly necessary.
Amberhall is a city that is close to the border with Arath. If you're looking for a good place to stock up on potions, spell components or are just looking for a place to make a few quick gold then Amberhall is the city for you. It's ruler is a skilled alchemist and with enough convincing he'd be more than happy to lend the party a hand or brew them a few potions if need be.
Espar- A desert kingdom ruled by Wit and Desmond Crestheart, a unique pair that are both capable leaders and capable spellcasters. After a little incident involving necromancy the other kingdoms started to become wary of them. For years Espar and Cleica have been on the brink of war but things seemed to change when new rulers took the throne in both. After the news of the 'assassination' of the leader of Cleica there are a few parties that believe that Wit and Desmond had something to do with it.
Locations - (in Espar)
Deadpoint: (More or less the capital of Espar)
Leaders- Lady Wit Crestheart {Levistus Tiefling, Female} and Lord Desmond Crestheart {Human, Male}
Deadpoint is the capital of Espar and it's one of the most friendly and welcoming settlements in Espar. Lord and Lady Crestheart are very kind and friendly to all those who enter the town. After the necromancy incident and an attempt to overthrow them by a previous ruler that everyone had thought to be dead they attempted to ban necromancy from the kingdom. It's believed that this ban was one of the catalysts that lead to the killing of the ruler of Cleica.
Ghostguard:
Leader- Unknown (Formerly- Halrin Duststep, Male Halfling )
Ghostguard is a city that has a high crime rate even though certain incidents seem to be 'swept under the rug' by the captain of the guards who just so happens to be the head of one of the more dangerous crime syndicates in the city. It's believed that the former ruler of the city was assassinated by a member of a rival syndicate that had been all but dismantled by the one the captain of the guards and the former ruler were apart of.
Glimmervalley was a rather average town before it's ruler went missing. Now it's a chaotic place with a crime rate almost as high as the one in Ghostguard. It is believed that a member of one of the crime syndicates in Ghostguard killed Odd Patch because she was planning on trying to flee Espar after receiving a threatening note from an unknown source.
Dustwick is the largest village in Espar and many people see it more like a small town. The current leader, Carnelis isn't actually a native of Espar he was born in Cleica but he ran away from home and wound up in Espar a few years ago. He technically died during the necromancy incident but was raised again by a young Dhampir that had caught feelings for him. Sadly said Dhampir died a few hours after Carnelis was brought back under mysterious circumstances.
Steamwood is a city on the border of Cleica, it's one of the small cities in Espar but that doesn't mean anything. Steamwood is another settlement that has backed the attempted ban of necromancy which doesn't really sit well with some of the older citizens.
Deadshire is a quiet city that is in the heart of Espar. It is one of the few settlements that has decided to back Lord and Lady Crestheart's attempt to ban necromancy. Fear is a skilled tailor and he never imagined that he'd end up in charge of a city. He's doing his best to keep things civil but he honestly has no idea what he's doing most of the time.
Elderwatch is the oldest city in Espar. While the older citizens still practice necromancy in the open the younger citizens try to hide the fact that they're practicing it. Moors honestly doesn't care either way, as long as the people are happy he doesn't give two shits what they do. The necromancy incident was reported to have started in Elderwatch.
Rockwell is a city that has had it's fair share of tragedy lately. Two prominent noble families have died under mysterious circumstances but the guards don't seem all that interested in getting to the bottom of these deaths.
Boulderbreak:
Ruler- Elizenya Tylieri {Female, Half Elf} and Frederick Tylieri {Male, Human}
Boulderbreak is a town located near the borders of Cleica and Arath. Espar's main trade route runs through Boulderbreak and it's one of the main exporters of exotic spices that can only be found in Espar. Duke and Duchess Tylieri are quite a lovely couple and they are also decent rulers even at their young ages. They aren't exactly opposed to the ban on necromancy but they don't say anything about it since most of the townsfolk still tend to practice it even though it makes the pair rather uncomfortable.
Lastview:
Ruler- Unknown {Formerly- Yostil Dakaryn (Male, Blue Dragonborn) }
Lastview was a chaotic town with barely any rules until Yostil disappeared. It's now quite peaceful although there is occasional unrest as the townsfolk try to find a new leader. Although not many people practice necromancy in the town they seem a bit hesitant to put someone in charge that shares Lord and Lady Crestheart's views towards necromancy.
Sunhall is a town on the 'coast' of Espar. It's technically the largest town but it's usually quite uneventful. That being said there are some nasty rumors going around that Throlus is harboring the former ruler of Espar and has been secretly assisting him with sabotaging everything that Lord and Lady Crestheart have worked to do.
Lightwell:
Rulers- Heslen Thickfist {Male, Minotaur} and Void {Female, Tiefling}
Lightwell is one of the only villages that actually support Lord and Lady Crestheart's attempted ban of necromancy. The smiths is Lightwell are quite skilled and their work is sought after by many skilled warriors. Heslen and Void are good leaders although many struggle to understand the dynamic between the two. Some think that they are adopted siblings while others believe that they are a married couple, in reality they're just close friends that have known each other since they were younger.
Redfort:
Rulers- Nerinalore Giantblade {Female, Duergar} and Meyla Giantblade {Female, Goliath}
Redfort is a village located on the border of Cleica, while it's not the largest or the smallest village in Espar it does have one thing that the others don't. That one thing happens to be a skilled alchemist in the form of Nerinalore Giantblade. She is quite good at what she does and tends to let her wife Meyla do most of leadership related stuff. This has gotten them into quite a bit of trouble in the past but as of late it hasn't gone that bad.
Stillsummit:
Ruler- Qila Leafoot {Female, Halfling}
Population- 128 { 100% Halfling}
Stillsummit is the smallest of the villages in Espar. It is twenty miles away from the border of Arath. Some of the villagers like to tell stories about an ancient Silver dragon that roams the desert of Espar, but nobody has ever actually seen said dragon.
The village of Stonestar is quite unique, it's location was once the lair of an ancient Silver dragon who's name had been forgotten over the years. There are rumors that one of the residents of the village is actually the dragon but nobody seems to actually want to know. On occasion Valentina will disappear for a few days leaving the village without a leader for that time but when she returns she always brings food, coins and trinkets for the villagers and apologizes for having left on such short notice.
Other Locations-
Arath:
A nation that borders Cleica. The southern half of the kingdom is mostly forest while the northern half of the kingdom is snowy and mountainous. The capital of Arath is Emberpass.
Ruler: Faetina Quillsharpener {Female Halfling}
Villages in Arath: Claygate , Snakehaven , Lostfall, Drymore
Cities in Arath: Emberpass, Moonwall , Dragonwatch , Westburn
Oblar:
A nation made up of several small islands and one large one. The nation tends to keep to itself and doesn't like to get involved if it doesn't have to.
Rulers: Sosira Kimbatuul and Ardlitt
Villages in Oblar: Lakecoast, Rosepond, Saltwood, Oceanhand
Towns in Oblar: Oceanbell, Deepwallow, Baydrift
Cities in Oblar: Riverbay, Bayharbor, Stormshore, Whalebell
Greana:
A nation that is mostly swamps and forest, it borders Celica and Arath. Although the nation is normally peaceful it has been known to have it's disagreements with the others from time to time. It nearly went to war with Celica because of a simple misunderstanding that was later cleared up.
Rulers- Ssiltsoashial {Male, Yuan-ti} and Masinsa {Female, Yuan-ti}
Villages in Greana: Swampshire, Freygrove, Duskforest, Clalimar, Áviros
Towns in Greana: Belris, Valensart, Draguilly, Nightbourne, Shadereach, Castinia
Cities in Greana: Madbell, Clerteaux, Montauyonne, Auberteaux, Maplemore, Leóstela

Backstory: Thorn grew up in Ebonpass. His father served in the military for his entire career. His mother was a kind and well respected healer. Thorn grew up idolizing his father, and other members of the military, all while going to school and learning the fundamentals of healing from his mother. When he came of age, he followed his father's footsteps in service to the kingdom. While not strong of arm like his pa, the young, wiry Thorn was fleet of foot, and exceptionally skilled in the wilds. His skills were quickly noted. Upon completion of basic service training he was immediately placed with the scouts to advance his training and enrich his skills. While out in the field on a recon mission with his team, his "peaceful" town was beset upon by a war band of hill giants, led by a half orc wearing black, spiked plate armor. His father fought bravely, but fell in defense of the town. With the food stores decimated, the small town endured a brutal winter. His mother fell to the wasting sickness that took so many that dark winter. When spring finally arrived, Thorn set out into the wilds. There he found peace in a deep connection with nature. As he grew in power and knowledge, he began to consider searching for the raiders that attacked his village. He would aid those in need as he wandered the realm, but his focus always came back to finding those responsible for his father's death.

Character Application- Wow, I love your homebrew world. So many interesting conflicts going on! This sounds like it'll be a great story!
Name: Phinrana
Race: Half-Elf
Class and Subclass: Paladin Oath of Devotion / Druid Circle of the Shepherd
Background: Hermit
Alignment: Lawful Good
Backstory: Phinrana is a half-elf from Espar, knight sworn to the service of Lord and Lady Crestheart. Although she was born and raised in Boulderbreak, her parents were actually originally from Cliffgrave, her mother a drow, her father human. They moved to Boulderbreak during a peak time of prosperous trade between Espar and Cleica. Phinrana looks mostly human in her physiology, though with a slight point to her ears, and her hair is white, and her skin a pale grey. Her family suffered greatly during the necromancy incident in Espar (I am happy to adjust details once I know more details of the necromancy incident), her parents were killed, and raised again, but their personalities were terribly twisted. Phinrana did not die, but she was greviously injured, and suffers a stiffness and lack of agility to this day because of it. She fled to the desert of Espar to seek answers to her grief and the terrible effects of the necromancy. During her time there she communed with the desert, with the animals there. A wild donkey was her constant companion and water and berries would just oddly appear to be in the right place. After some months of meditation and suffering spiritual attacks, she received a blessing and illumination, and felt a purpose infused in her heart. She traveled then to Deadpoint and, learning of what had transpired in Espar since, and learning of the ban that House Crestheart was attempting to put on necromancy, she swore herself to service to Crestheart as a knight, vowing that the evil of necromancy would eventually be overcome by the light. Her time in the desert had bloomed magic powers within her, she believed to be granted by the Light that had Created all things, and she trained for many years as a squire to a good knight, and in time took her own Oath. She still maintains her closeness with nature and animals, holding close in her heart the desert that had nourished her healing and life's mission. Her knight's charger is her devoted companion as she travels to do the will of Lord and Lady Crestheart in helping not just to enforce the ban on necromancy, but to educate people on its importance and spread her healing gifts to the common folk of the villages to show them how much better life can actually be than from dabbling in dark arts. She travels to Cleica and the council now knowing that the fates of the two nations are tied together inextricably, and she means to help play a part in how they move forward from the loss of Cleica's ruler and the place of necromancy in both kingdoms.
Class and Subclass: Warlaock The First Vampire Patron
Background: Courtier
Alignment: Neutral
Backstory:
Raised in Dustwick as part of a minor noble family, Hanger has harbored a secret. He is tied to a patron has involved himself in the dark arts of Necromancy and Blood Magick. His bargain for power has had its draw backs, and the dark being he has made a bargain with started to ask for favors, causing him to flee Dustwick. Running from this vampore and his other servants, he has made himself useful as an adventurer or attached himself of one court or another using old family ties. Finally he has run from Espare to Cleica.and attached himself to one councelman or the other offering his services.....
Backstory: Tazoh hails from the border town of Westgrove. Some years ago he was instrumental in the capture of a gambler, Otto, who was robbing from the local temples. The bounty hunter who made the arrest, Mal Du-Rak, saw promise in young Tazoh and recruited him into the job. The old veteran acted as a mentor/older brother/... fellow Bounty Hunter.
Under Mal's guidance Tazoh was taught the ropes and found it was easier to bring them in dead. To this end he found himself a poisoner called Adrubbo who could teach him about poisons. When he travelled he also sought out rare ingredients/knowledge of poisons and brought them back to Adrubbo for them both to examine/discuss/research and generally just bond over their shared interests, I mean it's not often you find someone with this particular interest.
Tazoh recently arrived in Cloudgate to secure an order of poison, three doses of Carrion Crawler Mucus to be exact and this had run him around 600 gp, his funds were getting low. Then suddenly out of the blue he had been invited to a dinner party. He was a little suspicious at first but as it turns out councilman Sir Nikolas Stoneclaw wanted to pay him, and others, 400 gp each to find his missing son. Perhaps he would consider the life of an Adventurer after all!

Hey, It's me, RaccoonMaster! I'm back! I disappeared for a while there, but now everything's good and I'm trying to get into more games!
I'm an actor, writer, singer (opera, musical theatre, and rock are my preferred genres), backpacker, and tall person (6'5 and counting). Pronouns are whatever, I mostly use They/Them though.
My Characters: Elsenia Selevarum:The Popular Paladin, Aasimar Noble, Level 5 Paladin of Redemption;
Beshlog had never fit the mold carved for him by the mountains. Where other goliaths measured worth in feats of strength and the stories etched into their skin, he lingered over symbols, sigils, and the quiet hum of unseen forces. He studied scraps of arcane knowledge with a curiosity that bordered on reverence, tracing meaning in shapes no one else cared to see. They called him strange—but never weak. He hauled stone, hunted well, and stood firm in storms that would break lesser folk. So they let him be, the oddity at the edge of the firelight, a good neighbor with a mind turned toward mysteries no goliath had ever needed.
The ice did not care for strength or curiosity. It shattered without warning beneath them, swallowing hunters and laughter alike into the freezing dark. Beshlog remembered the shock, the suffocating cold, the desperate clawing upward as the world dimmed. One by one, the others vanished beneath the surface—but he did not. With something beyond muscle, beyond instinct, he dragged himself from death’s grasp and collapsed onto the frozen shore, alone. When he rose again, the tribe saw not a survivor, but an impossibility. Whispers followed him like frost. So Beshlog left—taking only a rough spellbook filled with half-understood secrets and the weight of a battleaxe in his hand—walking into a wider world not in search of belonging, but of answers to what had reached into the depths and let him live.
I'm interested, but I have 1 question. Which rules are you using? 2014 or the new one?
Still I'll roll for stat here, hopefully they are good:

They aren't bad at all (except the 7). I'm interested on making a Blood Hunter trained to fight necromancy for Cleica, but I wanted to see if that was ok by you.

Population- 150 { 90% Goliath, 10% Mountain Dwarves}
Sandcliff:
Leader- Keyfina Sylvaranth {High Elf, Female}
Population- 420 {58% Elves, 22% Goliath, 14% Kenku, 4% Aarakocra, 2% Owlin}
Misthall:
Leader- Sheggosyth {Lizardfolk, Female}
Population- 8, 528 {65% Lizardfolk, 20% Satyr, 10% Forest Gnome, 5% Fairy}
Mossrock:
Leader- Reves Gahnasath {Triton, Male}
Population- 407 { 96% Triton, 2% Sea Elves, 2% Tortle}
The village of Mossrock is one located on the cost of Cleica. It's chaotic and the villagers are extremely cautious and untrusting around outsiders. Reves is a massive jack ass and would happily let the kingdom burn as long as he didn't have to deal with the others anymore.
Graypost:
Ruler- Nelpali {Male, Satyr}
Population- 207 {90% Satyr, 5% Grung, 5% Kobold}
Crowhost:
Ruler- Yfytin {Male , Satyr}
Population- 127 {80% Satyr, 15% Centaur, 3% Minotaur, 2% Leonin}
Crowhost is the smallest village in Cleica although it's not that close to the borders of Espar and Greana it does seem to be quite popular with travelers from both locations. Yfytin is a decent leader but he is also a bit of a trickster.
Westgrove:
Ruler- Echo {Warforged} and Miadi {Harengon, Female}
Population- 2, 020 {45% Harengon, 20% Goblin, 20% Fairy, 10% Tabaxi, 3% Changeling, 1% Dwarf, 1% Warforged}
Ebonpass:
Ruler- Vladimir Winterdream {Male, Human}
Population- 2,605 { 40% Human, 20% Harengon, 10% Elf, 5% Half Elf, 5% Aasimar, 5% Genasi, 5% Goblin, 5% Dragonborn, 5% Dwarf}
Dimstar:
Ruler- Badger Growl {Female, Kenku}
Population- 1,425 {69% Kenku, 11% Aarakocra, 5% Owlin, 5% Genasi, 5% Tiefling, 4% Warforged, 1% Dwarf}
Amberhall:
Ruler- Arlan Silverheart {Male, Aasimar}
Population- 129,470 {45% Human, 20% Aasimar, 10% Goblin, 10% Loxodon, 5% Leonin, 5% Centaur, 5% Shifter}
Leaders- Lady Wit Crestheart {Levistus Tiefling, Female} and Lord Desmond Crestheart {Human, Male}
Population- 4,669 {85% Tiefling, 12% Human, 3% Dragonborn}
Population- 105,730 {80% Tiefling, 10% Dark Elves, 5% Halfling, 5% Changeling}
Glimmervalley:
Leader- Unknown {Formerly- Odd Patch (female, Tabaxi)}
Population- 2, 169 {68% Bugbear, 22% Kobold, 10% Tabaxi}
Dustwick:
Leader- Carnelis Oceanmane {Male, Reborn}
Population- 769 {50% Loxodon, 30% Dhampir, 15% Human, 5% Reborn}
Steamwood:
Leader- Tesmi Ironhide {Minotaur, Female}
Population- 104, 689 {75% Minotaur, 20% Harengon, 5% Owlin}
Steamwood is a city on the border of Cleica, it's one of the small cities in Espar but that doesn't mean anything. Steamwood is another settlement that has backed the attempted ban of necromancy which doesn't really sit well with some of the older citizens.
Deadshire:
Ruler- Fear Cloudfall {Male, Tiefling}
Population- 135, 496 { 60% Tiefling, 20% Minotaur , 16% Human, 4% Dhampir}
Elderwatch:
Ruler- Moors {Changeling, presents as male}
Population- 268, 169 {70% Changeling, 10% Goblin, 10% Hobgoblin, 5% Human, 5% Reborn}
Rockwell:
Ruler- Nic {Changeling, presents as male}
Population- 290, 462 {45% Changeling, 21% Dragonborn, 14% Centaur, 10% Loxodon, 10% Rock Gnome}
Rockwell is a city that has had it's fair share of tragedy lately. Two prominent noble families have died under mysterious circumstances but the guards don't seem all that interested in getting to the bottom of these deaths.
Boulderbreak:
Ruler- Elizenya Tylieri {Female, Half Elf} and Frederick Tylieri {Male, Human}
Population- 2,742 {48% Half Elf, 22% Dragonborn, 19% Kobold, 10% Lizardfolk, 1% Human}
Lastview:
Ruler- Unknown {Formerly- Yostil Dakaryn (Male, Blue Dragonborn) }
Population- 1, 861 {90% Dragonborn, 5% Dhampir, 4% Lizardfolk, 1% Human}
Sunhall:
Ruler- Throlus {Male, Loxodon}
Population- 6, 592 {60% Loxodon, 11% Centaur, 10% Leonin, 10% Kalashtar, 9% Tabaxi}
Lightwell:
Rulers- Heslen Thickfist {Male, Minotaur} and Void {Female, Tiefling}
Population- 542 { 75% Minotaur, 10% Tiefling, 10% Goliath, 5% Leonin}
Redfort:
Rulers- Nerinalore Giantblade {Female, Duergar} and Meyla Giantblade {Female, Goliath}
Population- 370 {60% Duergar, 30% Goliath, 10% Shifter}
Ruler- Qila Leafoot {Female, Halfling}
Population- 128 { 100% Halfling}
Stillsummit is the smallest of the villages in Espar. It is twenty miles away from the border of Arath. Some of the villagers like to tell stories about an ancient Silver dragon that roams the desert of Espar, but nobody has ever actually seen said dragon.
Stonestar:
Ruler- Valentina Shadowwood {Female, 'Human'}
Population- 206 {60% Kobold, 30% Dragonborn, 9% Verdan, 1% 'Human'}

Character Application-
Name: Thorn Wildwood
Race: Human (variant)
Class and Subclass: Druid: Circle of the Land
Background: Soldier
Alignment: CG

Wow, I love your homebrew world.

Name: Tozah
Race: Harengon
Class and Subclass: Rogue/Assassin
Background: Urban Bounty Hunter
Alignment: Lawful Neutral

Name: Beshlog Stonebreaker
Class: Wizard (Bladesinging)
Background: Rune Carver (Frost)
Magic Items: Cloak of Protection, Battleaxe of Warning
Backstory:

They aren't bad at all (except the 7). I'm interested on making a Blood Hunter trained to fight necromancy for Cleica, but I wanted to see if that was ok by you.
