As you all stand in front of the valley that you were warned Ancalagon has laired. You see... surprisingly, no Ancalagon.
So you begin to venture into this valley. Fighting wrymling and other draconic creatures. And as you stand in the middle of the valley. Pondering where Ancalagon is. But the fact that Ancalagon lives here, but... it still confuses you how someone could lose a dragon over a hundred feet wide. And as you start wondering. The nearest mountain begins to move with flashing colors as the sun reflects along black scales. At first, you find his size relative. But then you look upon his wings as he stretches them. Staring you down with great, wide red eyes. You see him laugh at the puny challenge arrayed in front of him. A worthy meal. You raise your weapons, letting loose your fearsome war cries. Before attacking, Ancalagon shrouds himself with a cloud of darkness that blocks the sun out. And distorts the land within sight into a barren wasteland.
(OOC: Traits that you, as a party member, need to know
Ancalagon measures at over 100 in each direction. You can move through his space as if it were difficult terrain.
All space within 60 ft of Ancalagon is shrouded with Magical darkness.)

(OOC: I did forget to roll my cosmic omen for the day to figure out which would be available. So, let me do that. Other than that, only thing I can think of is to have had [spell]Freedom of Movement[/spells] Cast on myself, [spell]Heroes' Feast[/spells] on the party, granting 10 increase in Max HP along with its other bevvies(if allowed), and since it lasts at least 10 mins, for him to be in his Starry Form at a the cost of a wildshape)

‘Reral (Monk) does have Truesight from his level 19 boon. And he is immune to blindness from his artifact (Book of Exalted Deeds).
Yeah, I am now regretting the boon I chose. Can't help with the true sight thing either. Eden can provide +6 to all saves and immunity to the frightened condition w/ 30', and advantage on saves versus spells and magical effects w/in 10'.
A higher level light spell might also work?

It's not cast from a spell, so Daylight wouldn't work.

e has blind sight out to 30 feet and darkvision out to 60feet.

Rosaline... is in a really bad position. So... she's going to start us off by using a bonus action to enter RAGEE!!
Then, she'll fling two magical rocks at the dragon, which will also deal bonus Radiant damage on the first hit of the round. She's attacking at disadvantage, but I think it's safe to say she knows where the enormous dragon is.

Attack: 15 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Attack: 15 Damage: 7
If either attack hits, bonus 6 Radiant damage
