I probably should not be rolling but I am posting - Perception 12
Just before predawn Orien points up at a red planet with a large moon both just visible in the night vista, “Can you believe it Rutrow there’s other worlds other planes and probably countless other species…? It just feels like I’ve woken up for the first time.”
After watching the heavens Orien scoops a handful of dirt breathing on it before placing it back a sign of reverence for nature. Once his meditation is done he returns to finishing his first batch of syrup, then begins another.

*It is just to gauge how well the watch went; whether anything suspicious was noticed, and by lighting rules I primarily meant that the check is made with disadvantage due to dim light unless you have Darkvision, which I know Rutrow has; I don’t know about Orien*

Èist ri Arirang aig BTS!*Is your character 5e or 5.5e? I know elves get Perception on 5e, but I don’t remember if they also do in 5.5e*
It is about 3 HR, or so Mia perceives from the moon and the constellations she recognizes. She notices how warm the nights are compared to the long alpine nights around Skögaviour, and wonders whether her brother is also watching the same night sky.
Her elven eyes, piercing through the gloom just beyond the campfire’s light, detects the slight movement of a bush on the hills, about 40 feet away. There is a clump of bushes. She doesn’t remember whether they were there during the daylight hours or not, but then again, she’s not familiar with the Downsley Plains and she was practicing her coin rolling. She yawns, for despite the soothing trance she had had, the long quiet night has taken its toll.
