Rutrow says in his best command voice. "Hands up if you are surrendering."...Rutrow grabs a rope laying loose in the wagon. He makes a quick bowline knot to tie up Yenn..."Hold still and let me bound your hands...As you surrendered to me, you have my word nothing will happen if you are bound."
If he complies: Rutrow grabs an arm, slips the rope on it, moves his hand behind him then grabs the other and ties his hands/arms together and wraps the forearms behind his back to minimize his movement and ability to escape.
If he doesn't comply, Rutrow pulls out his whip to attack....
