Manny will take 1st action as I am on first.
Manny pulls out his bow and being a little excited, does not control his breathing, lets the arrow fly (attack 7) and misses the top of the cliff, let alone the three targets. As manny silently curses he hopes that the party of three did not even realize he fired as the shot was so off course.
It looks like climbing up the cliff will be much faster than running along the switchbacks, so Harknail will start going straight up.
Athletic check if needed to climb: 25
Is it possible to dash while climbing?
Daisy takes her longbow and aims at orc 1.
Attack: 8
She will then move in front of Corwin.
Manny winches, as he now realizes how ugly and embarrassing he must have looked during his feeble attempt.
Manny and Daisy both fired their bows.
Both of their arrows missed, clattering against the rocks near the top of the cliff.
Harknail ignored the stairs entirely and began climbing the cliff face.
One of the orcs answered by hurling a javelin at the paladin. The weapon struck the warforged with a metallic clang!
(5hp piercing)Beside him, the second orc began to crackle with electrical power. Lightning danced upon his fingertips as he placed a hand on the tiefling woman's shoulder.
"You have been called." The storm-touched orc said. "Go now. Let your death delight the Wave Mother."
The tiefling grinned wildly as energy danced across her skin.
Then she began charging down the stairs.
Lastly ... the storm-touched orc threw down an arc of lightning slammed into the rocks beside Daisy before stepping out of sight atop the cliff.

A closeup. The Storm-Touched Orc (Orc 2) has stepped back from the ledge and is not in sight from those on/below the cliff.
Harknail will continue climbing to the second time the switchback path crosses his climb. There, since the enemies are running down the path, Harknail prepares to meet them, readying his shield and drawing his sword as he switches to moving up the path.
{It looks like if he kept climbing up, he'd end up behind them}
Yuki will move as far as she can up the path and cast mage hand, then use mage hand to grab the oil from her bag.
"Can you hide near the barrels?" Daisy says to Corwin, nocking another arrow to her bow and aiming at the tiefling.
Attack: 18 - damage: 7 if it hits (+slow from weapon mastery)
Manny also notches another arrow, sees the orc and (w/disadvantage) again fires (attack 13/11 piercing 8 damage)
Preparations were made, arrows were shot.
Daisy's arrow found its mark. The shaft buried itself in the tiefling's thigh, slowing her charge down the stairs. Manny fired as well, but his shot sailed wide into the cliffs.
Corwin, next to her at the beginning of the fight nodded when she suggested he hide and he moved closer to the crates and barrels.
Above, Harknail hauled himself onto the rocky ledge and came up ready, shield raised and longsword drawn.
Yuki too, continued her ascent. A spectral hand appeared beside her and reached into her pack, withdrawing a flask of oil as she climbed.
The lead orc advanced on Harknail, shield forward and javelin ready, a low growl rumbling from his throat.
Behind him, the wounded tiefling fell behind, struggled to keep pace.
Then the storm-touched orc appeared above. Lightning flashed from his hand toward Manny. The bolt struck stone instead.
A moment later, the cultist ducked back behind the cliff edge and vanished from sight.

Manny grabs another arrow and shoots at the Orc who aimed/shot at him. (#2?) Attack 24/13 if hit 8 piercing damage (no vex mastery :( )
@Character77006, The orc tossing lightning down is not able to be targeted during Manny’s turn. You may select another target, or use the Ready action to attack that orc if he appears again after Manny’s turn.
Manny uses the ready action.
Harknail will move up to engage the lead orc, blocking the path down. Seeing the orc as an enemy (they attacked first without any effort to parley), he wastes no time slashing at his foe.
Attack 21 for 9 slashing damage.
Bonus action: add Divine Smite (daily usage) to add 10 radiant damage for 19 total.
From the Sap Longsword weapon mastery, the orc has disadvantage on it's next attack.
Daisy aims her bow again at the tiefling.
Attack: 9 - I'm guessing that's a miss
Yuki continued up the stairs, her spectral hand drifting alongside with the flask of oil clutched tightly.
Daisy loosed another arrow, striking the tiefling again.
Manny held his shot, watching the cliff above.
Harknail met the charging orc head-on. His longsword flared with divine light as it cut deep into the warrior, dropping him where he stood. The orc did manage one final desperate swing before collapsing, but it glanced harmlessly from the paladin's armor.
The storm-touched orc appeared above once more. This time ... Manny was ready. His arrow struck the cultist squarely in the chest.
A crackling bolt of lightning answered immediately, striking Manny before the orc withdrew again.
The wounded tiefling, slowed by Daisy's arrows, finally met Harknail. She wore no armor that Harknail could see. With a fanatic's grin, and lightning dancing across her skin, she slashed at him with her dagger. Sparks danced across the blade, but the attack scraped harmlessly off the warforged's shield.
