Mirelle perks up immediately at the talk of escape.
"Good people,"she says with a smile. "I too would be more than pleased to be free of this place. I... I have little information of value, but I swear I will support any attempt to leave this place in one piece."

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?

The gray-skinned man (not the deep gnomes) walks over. “Escape? I may be able to aid you with that.” He speaks in impeccable common, with no accent.

The orc turns towards you with a furious look on your face. “It’s none of your business what I’m doing!”
With a 23, you get the sense that he’s a bully and a jerk, but he also detests the drow (and probably doesn’t know the word detests).
Shade probably could explain his experience with bullies in words, but he intuitively knows that they are insecure in some way. They seek to reassure themselves by lashing out, but they only pick on opponents whom they're sure that they can beat. They lack the confidence to take on a tough opponent on their own and generally back down from true resistance.
Shade stands a little straighter, squaring off to the Orc. He glares at the Orc and makes a deep, rumbling growl while he slaps one of the iron bars on the palm of his other hand. *Intimidation (in game log): 14 (CHA) or 17 (if STR is allowed)* Then he says firmly, but not angrily, "Do you really want to waste your strength fighting me? Save it for the dark elves. But against our captors, if you fight alone, you will die alone. Together, we are strong!" He sweeps a big paw out in a gesture that encompasses all of the captives in the pen.
If the Orc backs down or does not interrupt, Shade continues. "I don't care about your business, but our wizards are smart," he says, pointing to Finn, Nyskira, and even Mirelle. "They will come up with a plan. Better to be killed while trying to escape than to die a slave of these dark elves, eh? Get ready to fight at my side when we escape. Together, we will kill many of these dark elves and make them pay for putting a collar on us."

The orc stands down. “I appreciate a fellow fighter. I’ll aid you. Provided we leave her behind.” He points to the dwarf.

Shade turns his head slowly to look at Eldeth. He makes a sort of snorting "harumph" sound and then turns back to the Orc. He responds as though speaking to an obstinate kit in his village back home: "You expect me to set aside a useful weapon when I enter a fight? No! That is foolish." He points at the Orc with the iron bar in his paw and says, "Mirelle, explain to this one how we all have to stick together -- combine our strength -- until we have escaped our captors." Shade isn't sure what to say: it seems obvious to him! But he knows that Mirelle has been good at convincing people to see things her way.
*If another check is necessary, trying to help Mirelle persuade / intimidate the Orc to ally with us even if we don't leave Eldeth behind.*
"Now it ain't my place to judge a man's fueds,"the tiefling says to the orc. "But right now, I can't help but feel it might be in our best interests to put aside whatever quarrels we might have between one another. If the quarrel is mutual, it can be resolved at a later date by whatever means both of you should please. But now, wouldn't a wise person like yourself see that it will be better for all if we cooperate towards a shared goal and leave the quarrels behind us?"

He sighs. “Once we escape, I’ll have her head, but we can work together until then.”
