*It appears that the wizard has chosen violence; everyone roll initiative”
(Sorry, was I not supposed to? Fuzzpaw is lawful good, I figured he wouldn't leave an outnumbered woman who is protecting children on her own. I apologize to everyone if we get killed here)
*You can totally beat up these kobolds with no moral repercussions; they are attacking civilians and are probably not that interested in negotiating anyway.*

Hello hello, I am Mr. Dicestone, a fellow adventurer and Planeswalker, enjoying the realm of wonders and wizardry and clicky math rocks. Neega slows as the first columns of smoke rise over Greenest. Her eyes move from the dark plumes to the blue shape circling above the town, then across the open grassland around the road. There is little cover to be found there, so she moves toward the town, keeping a watchful eye on the sky.
Her boots strike hard against the road as she runs for the nearest buildings. She keeps low where she can, using walls, fences, and corners to break the line between herself and the dragon above. As she moves, she works the shield loose from her pack and straps it onto her arm.
Between two buildings, she stops short. Ahead, a group of humans flee from an alley with kobolds close behind them. A lone woman stands between the creatures and the fleeing townsfolk, a shield raised in one hand and the broken haft of a spear in the other. Neega holds there for a breath as if pondering, storm-gray eyes moving over the kobolds, the woman, the alley, and then up to the sky.
Then the furry traveler she saw earlier on the road rushes in beside the woman, a flash of magic washing over the furry creature. A decision made, Neega draws her blade and steps out from between the buildings, shield coming up as she advances on the kobolds and joins the line between the kobolds and the fleeing humans.
Cass takes in the scene with a single sweep of his eyes. The woman with the broken spear is buying time, the children are still moving, and the kobolds have committed themselves to the chase. “Knew a sergeant named Orin Vale,” he says as he slides his shield from his shoulder and settles it onto his arm. “Orin used to say that a line only needs to hold for a few seconds if those seconds are spent well.”
The old cleric steps toward the woman and the others moving to her aid, placing himself where his shield can help anchor the growing defense. Whatever thoughts he might have had about the dragon, the cultists, or the burning town are set aside for the moment. The people in front of him need help now, and that is reason enough to act.
It took me so long we went to a new page. Just recopying it for people to see. I see my stealth was not stealthy and iI rolled to attack so it can be used when appropriately. It looked my 2nd attack missed.

Neega also ends a kobold, kobold number 6, by slicing him in two

Fuzzpaw does his best to stay out of melee range of the kobolds as he joins the fray. As he watches two of them get struck down by others who have come to assist the woman fighter, Fuzzpaw throws his hand forward and calls out, "Ignis!" A bolt of fire launches from his outstretched hand and towards the kobold that the woman attacked.

Cass closes the distance at a steady pace, neither rushing nor hesitating as the fight unfolds around him. He notes the fallen kobolds, the spearwoman still holding her ground, and the newcomers who have turned what might have been a desperate stand into a defensive line. "Knew a corporal named Bren Tallow," he says as he steps into range of the nearest kobold. "Bren used to claim most fights are decided the moment decent folk choose to stand together instead of running apart."
The old cleric shifts his shield forward and swings his mace in a short, practiced arc aimed at the kobold (#7) threatening the line.
Action: Attack with Mace-6 Sap Property: K7 has disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of Cass's next turn. Damage: 1
Unfortunately, the kobold slips the fade and whacks back at Cass: 20, 6 bludgeoning damage
Number 2 goes against Neega: 11, 3 bludgeoning damage
*Action has now come back to Jojo and Neega*

Kobolds 5 and 2 both eat it; 5 has a battlefield trach done on him, and 2 is slashed in half.
7 dodges the wild slap, but unfortunately for him Jojo has a follow-up (*correct?*)

JoJo outright laughs at the feeble attempt to hit him. JoJo smoothly grabbing his dagger and continues in a smooth motion swings at Mambo #5.
Attack: 24 Damage: 7
(assuming I hit) then spins and travels (hopefully not far) to K7 and with his open hand smacks K7 in the exposed underarm joint.
9 Damage: 5
(OOC If I miss Mambo #5 I repeat the 2nd attack against him.)
I had the numbers showing.
Neega blocks the first attack with her shield and the second goes wide as she dodges slightly and then brings her longsword down on kobold #2.
Attach (Longsword): 13 Damage: 12 (Slashing) + Sap
Because the numbers disappeared. I quoted them.
