Wrex will take a step back after the two claw strikes scrape harmlessly across his shell before winding up and attempting to deliver a hard overhead strike with his war pick.

Followed by a follow up swipe with the war pick (bonus action war priest) Attack: 21 Damage: 7

With his greataxe cutting straight through the creature, Torgar was sure it was dead, but having never seen one before, he was hesitant to let his guard down. 

"Do you know why that thing was specifically targeting you? Why you were drawn here? " Glancing toward the tiefling while his weapon still hovered over the creature.  "Is it the room? Wasn't exactly as empty as it seemed upon first look. "

Group 2: The Topi sidesteps effortlessly, and then takes the war pick to the head, the impact not seeming to register as you hoped.

After nearly having it's head ripped off, the Topi lunges straight for Othokent

Group 1: The greataxe cleaves head from body, and the Topi falls limp

Othokent curtly spat what blood entered his mouth. "Foul Blooded." Quick as a whip, Othokent snaps his tail about to ward the Topi back. Dropping his writing utensils in the free hand in the process, he lets out another angry hiss, whips out a second dagger, and sets to work puncturing its bulbous head and neck.

After embedding both daggers into the creatures body, Othokent picks it up by them until it was at face level, and flicks out his tongue for a second. "Maybe a second bite." He bites off a quarter of its head before anyone can even blink, chews on it for a few seconds, and then spits it out with a "Bleh! Still Foul. No good for eating."

Unfortunately no, I doubt Wrex is, so we will move on. Group 2: You stand in the dim torch light in a section of Thrusks' upper sewer system, You have reclaimed Galmin Lux who is currently unconscious on the ground next to Wrex. There is the partially eaten corpse of a Topi on the ground as well. You hear nothing but the faint crackle of the torch and water dripping, reverberating throughout the tunnel.

"Good thing you spit that out... don't want to spoil your dinner " Wrex will say while  picking up Lux

Options for group 2: Collect on bounty, Investigate left hand secondary tunnel, investigate right hand tunnel #1, or continue down right hand tunnel #2

"I saw a blood trail leading downstairs back behind us if you wish to investigate.." then he will look to Lux "however I do not want to risk this one escaping me again..." Wrex will say to the others.

A medicine check may reveal more about his condition

Othokent pauses in cleaning and wringing this long, blue and almost prehensile tongue to look up at Wrex. "You don' shay?" He asks, managing to look genuinely curious yet sound still sarcastic. After he lets go and crouches down to both pocket his notes and utensils, then moves over to start examining the creature. "Skull can be salvaged for bowl, Othokent thinks. Fingers? Darts, maybe? Uncertain." Othokent freezes and looks around sharply, attempting to listen out for more approaching trouble.

"We must leave wrong dark place now. Quickly. Other crawling wrongs notice soon. Worse ones too. Instincts never wrong" Othokent snatches up the Topi's body under one arm, and looked about ready to skitter away to the edge of the light. He stops himself, and looks to Wrex. "Wrinkled Skin One called Wrex says he saw blood though? Did it look recent? If not, it be too late for bleeding one by now. So, we go now to surface? Othokent aid if not, but get shell if talking turtle dies." 

Wrex will look to Othokent "Only if you promise to turn it into a kick-ass  tower shield... now let's get out of here... it is probably best to just collect our bounty on  Lux here.."

Othokent looks away in thought for a second, then turns back to Wrex. "Othokent has no practical uses for such an thing, but shall adhere to your customs."

And Othokents instincts are never wrong as, yes indeed, the sound of skittering claws echo through the darkness, along with something else, thundering footfalls.
