Boo shudders as his charge is stopped in place, a familiar dark feeling sending chills down his spine. This one...fiend! This fiend! The Gorgal smites the cutters strings!
Strength Save: 24
Boo feels the impact on his torso, but it only makes his blood boil. He bucks the Drow away from him, throws his glaive onto the ground, and let's out a blood curdling scream, throwing a wild hook at the Drow's face.
Boo Rages

(Hey now, Unarmed attacks are only 1+STR mod dmg ;) were the antlers considered homebrewed weapons or unarmed attacks? Just wondering because Tallis only has 10hp. WIS save: 10)
Tallis shakes off the guard's attempted pacification, "This barbaric heathen attacked me! I admit I posed danger to him at first, but I relented when he was not a threat to the children nearby." He takes a moment to wipe blood from his nose and mouth and hold his side where an antler caught him square.
Grishkar Darkmoor, Necromancer of Nerull the Despiser Kelvin Rabbitfoot, Diviner, con artist, always hunting for a good sale Bründir Halfshield, Valor Bard, three-time Sheercleft Drinking Competition Champion, Hometown hero
(looking at the formula he had, and his character sheet, it should only 4 points, so you only take 4 points. so you are down to 6 not 2, sorry about that oversight, thanks for bringing to my attention. If he wants to make homebrew weapon i talk to him in pm)
(No problem! The antlers are an awesome flare for a barbarian weapon)
The situations seems to have calmed to a degree. "If we're done here, I believe the guards would be much happier if we turned over our weapons at least." Tallis keeps eye contact with Boo and nods toward the armed authorities nearby. If the antlered foe follows suit, Tallis will slowly begin to hand over his weapons. It quickly takes a comical turn as Tallis produces a seemingly endless supply of deadly implements: a longsword, a longbow, 2 quivers of arrows, a pair of daggers, a bundle of stakes with hammer, an intricate flask of water, a crowbar, manacles, and a glass bottle that Tallis is ever-so-careful in handing off.

As the magic takes over his senses, Boo let's out a quiet gasp and falls to his knees. That magic, it was familiar too. Familiar to the Gorgal. These men, they must have been gifted her power! Boo eagerly takes his glaive from the ground and offers it to the guards with his head bowed, still on his knees. "Gorgal praise be, gentle saints!"
The guards the were circling around, looking to Marv the guard who had cast the spell, as he looks over seeing the spell seemingly worked. "Alright, I'm not going to tell you two again. If I have to come over here a third time, you'll both both be escorted away by chains? Do I make myself clear?" He waves off the two other guards.
By now the Iron Giant airship has landed out of town, just outside the market district where the owner of the smith is waiting with a couple of wagons and waits for the crew of Iron Giant to unload from ship and into wagon
Kaldun listens and chuckles to himself as he hears the two warriors bashing away at the rats. “Perfect, that should give me all the cover I need to stick things out for the rest of the journey. Just need to lie low and sneak off once we land.
The Kobold sat and reflected on what it was he would do next. North Wind was smaller than the large urban centers he preferred, Kaldun found it easier to get lost in the anominity of the crowds, and the people of the cities tended to be less prejudice against the Draconics than the rural areas, albeit only slightly. Perhaps North Wind would be different, maybe he would even find other Kobolds here... the Gaea Day celebration certainly seemed worth while, and he felt he needed to do something after being cooped up in the airship for so long. If he could not find refuge here maybe he would go into the lawless lands.
Once he felt the airship land, he would wait until the crew was busy unloading before sneaking off the ship. He cast minor illusion to create a distraction. A booming and authoritative voice began barking orders from the other side of the ship. “Hey! You can’t park here! This is the wrong mooring! Lets see the papers. Stop unloading! Hey I’m talking to you!” He uses the disembodied voice to attempt to slip off the ship unseen.
As Bigark approaches the scuffle, a guard uses magic to calm the confrontation. The orc halts in his tracks and scowls. The argument deflated, Bigark turns and sees the airship landing to the east. He decides to amble that way with the hopes of finding some kind of entertainment.
Flint sits for but a moment longer after the airship touches ground before bringing himself to his feet, "Not a moment to spare then. To yer feet, Slag. We've got some crates to unload, then its off to the tavern!" That was the dwarfs plan anyways as he scurried over towards the crates.
(Single man crates or?)
Until a voice from the opposite side seems to think otherwise. "What is it now?!" Flint demands as he changes directions to see what the problem is.
Slag will start to stand when he hears Flint mention helping with the crates before sitting right back down when he hears the yells coming from outside the ship... "I think I'll wait till the captain figures out where these crates need to go and tells me where to put them."
Kaldun you're more used to being able to burrowing through dark caves and such, that when you leave your hiding spot on the ship you see nothing but dirt road that has open fields leading into this small town, about to make break you feel a hand reach out for you (Strength check 14) Seems your little voice has done the opposite and attracted the attention of the captain. "Ah what do we have here? Where did we pick you up little fella? Where are your parents, don't tell me they are dead? Could be only reason why such a wee one as yourself is alone, don't worry, We'll take care of ya. Slag, Flint, sense you two aren't signing up for another trip, why not escort this lizard folk hatchling into town see if they have an orphanage?"
Bigark you heading to the airship and watch as the workers start unloading chest onto wagons, and wagons heading to the smith. On the other side of the ship you notice a dwarf in really fine clothing, a small lizard child, another dwarf approaching and a warforged
Prospero you successfully do snuff out the torch that the leader of the three men. The two lackeys seemed spooked as you do this. "Alpha that one has magic." The leader as everyone referring to Alpha turns to him. "You cowards, there is 3 of us and only 1 of him. Where is your spines, what we do is for the good of the Wolf Mother." The three of them draw weapons and give chase to you Prospero and in this haste you see really no where to hide, but eye a passing carriage of an elderly couple coming from the west. You jump on the back as the couple sees the 3 men in wolf pelts running. "ICE WOLVES! Ice Wolves at the temple!" The man flicks the reigns and starts heading back to the town center to get the attention of the guards.
Boo and Thallis if you two are done fighting, you'll notice a carriage hurring into the town square where elderly couple are screaming something about ice wolves at the temple. This get's Marv's attention."Ice Wolves, here in the town? Everyone inside, inside now" He blows on his whistle 4 times and more guards start gathering around him. "Two of you, make sure the citizens get inside. Four of you with me to the temple, come on now!"
"So, I needn't be moving any crates?" Flint was relieved, but going from exterminator to babysitter wasn't exactly what he had in mind when he took on this job. "We still getting paid right?" Glancing to Slag before heading toward the captain and his stowaway. "I knew there was more than rats, but, I guess this ain't much different now is it?" Taking a moment to study the lizardfolk up and down. Wasn't no hatchling he'd ever seen. "We'll take him into town. Got a name? Not going to be any trouble are ya?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Slag will walk over to the captain and take the stow away into his enormous heavy metal hands, trying to be careful not to hut him but also trying to hold him tight enough that he cannot get away (Strength / grapple check if needed 11) "Don't worry little lad, Old Slag won't let anything hurt you." he will then turn away from the captain and begin heading off the ship, motioning to Flint to follow. "So tell me what you thought of the food on your trip little buddy.... it was a good thing I didn't actually need to eat to survive because the little bit I tried was pretty rough." Slag will look down into his arms and inspect his new small friend to see if he can tell if it truly is a small lizardman or maybe something else. (History in case while living with the dwarves I would have learned of other tunnel working creatures 21 or investigation to see if it is something else just based on how it looks 12)
Prospero will hop off the wagon near the guards, "Did you hear that! Ice wolves! At the temple!" and he points down the road, towards the temple. Hopefully making the situation sound dire enough so that the guards rush off without really giving him too close a look.
ok Bigark, you look at this air ship, you see its logo on the front, but how they work, your not sure could be magic filling the balloons or could be hot air from a furnace down below, you just don't know.
Slag, you've seen your fair share of lizardfolk children, there is a small population of Lizardfolk down in Kraighammer, capital of Iron Side. So there would be a high reason why Duham believes this red scaled creature is a lizardfolk child. But his characteristics make him stand out, something comes to mind, something you've heard legends about Kobolds. He's match better description of those than a young lizardfolk.
Prospero, you do notice the guards rush by you, and you taking down the only wanted poster of you from the Inn,they don't give you a second glance, hearing that a notorious group of Savage Landers are threatening the temple.
***Slag would love to act but I should probably give Kaldun a chance to react to being picked up and held tight like a baby in the arms of the giant metal dwarf-like machine***
Kaldun looks startled as the towering figures surround him, but they appear to be friendly enough. However, he bristles at their condescending tone when they start treating him like a hatchling. He stands tall and proud, his chin held high. He was doing his best to exaggerate his posture and look formidable, a difficult task standing next to Slag and Flint.
"My name is Kaldun Goldast, and while my parents along with the rest of my tribe are no more, I am not some helpless orphan, the blood of Dragons courses through my veins! My people are persecuted across this country, and we Kobolds are regularly exterminated with just as much care as you put into smashing those rats... I came to North Wind seeking refuge, and I cling to the hope that somewhere out there are other Kobolds that will fight with me to regain our dignity. If I cannot find that here I will continue into the lawless lands."
He stands tall and proud, his chin held high. He was doing his best to exaggerate his posture and look formidable, a difficult task standing next to Slag and Flint.
"I bear you no ill will, but I have had to learn to defend myself against big folk such as yourselves... despite what you may have heard we Kobold are not sniveling cowards. All I wish is to be on my way so I can seek out my own people."
Ice wolves. Ice....wolves? Wolves made of ice? Truly!? What sorcery!! The surface is so full of grand and mystery, Boo couldn't stifle a wild chuckle. But what would be an ice wolf? A wolf of crystals? Perhaps it could breath ice!? Oh, the possibilities, Boo couldn't wait! Immediately forgetting that the authorities were there, Boo jumped to his feet and sprinted out of the alley, holding his glaive over his head. Temple they said, what do surface temples look l--there! Boo made haste to where people are running from. Best bet, he was sure.
