Andor
Cursing under his breath as the goblin resists his spell the sorcerer gives chase as he sees the last goblin run out the back door. Sprinting to the back door (I2) he charges through suddenly thinking that it might have been best for one of the others to take the lead rather than the unarmoured and wounded magic user. But deciding attack is the best best form of defense he channels more icy magic and casts another ray of cold magic at his enemy.
Cast Ray of Frost attack 15 for 6 cold damage and 10' reduction in movement.
Andor bursts through the back door of the inn none too soon. The sorcerer is able cast his cantrip just before the goblin rounds one of the protruding corners of the inn (approximately J4). Blasted by the icy blue light, the goblin stumbles and slows slightly as he continues to run southward.
Ladrian runs towards D1 to try to catch a glimpse of the running goblin. Not being able to take a shot at the goblin, Ladrian dashes in his direction (the last known to Ladrian) as much as he possible can.
After felling the goblin with his rapier, Ladrian, hoping to have an angle for shooting the last goblin, hurries past the boulder that has wrecked the back corner of the kitchen. The only thing in sight, however, is Rixton, who indicates which direction the goblin is headed.
Ladrian then dashes forward and rounds the northeast corner of the inn where he passes by Andor just after the sorcerer's Ray of Frost goes hurtling toward the goblin, who is now just ten feet ahead of Ladrian.
"Another runner" He uttered under his breath, sheathing both short swords the Half-Orc bolts from the kitchen and out of the front doors of the Inn and into the rain, as Carrow opens the door the goblin in question is nowhere to be seen he does however see three others sneaking up on front of the Inn. "Nope"he mutters to himself slipping back inside the Inn door.
Hoping to intercept the fleeing goblin, Carrow hurriedly exits the Nightstone Inn through the front doors. What Carrow actually encounters is three more goblins approaching the village square. Roughly 100' directly south, two goblins are peeking around the corners of farmhouses and taking aim with their shortbows. To the east, a lone goblin with a scimitar drawn is crouched behind the empty cart. The goblin being chased by Ladrian, Andor, and Rixton is not yet in Carrow's line of sight. (Please refer to map below).
The last post regarding Carrow's action for round 2 can be edited, if you desire to do so. Upon exiting the inn and seeing three more unexpected enemies, I'm assuming the ranger may respond differently. We'll ignore any "manipulated dice roll" message this might cause.

Hiding behind the cart is no help for the goblin. Carrow's shot, accurate and lethal, drops the monster instantly. In an act of desperation, the two goblins on the southern edge of the square let arrows fly as Carrow ducks behind the door to the inn. (Note: DM considers Carrow behind 3/4 cover; therefore, +5 AC )
Shortbow attack 1 w/ range disadvantage: 10 | If successful, then 8 piercing damage
Shortbow attack 2 w/ range disadvantage: 15 | If successful, then 4 piercing damage
Both arrows make a loud thud as they stick into the door of the inn.
(Thus concludes round 2. Vigan's action will begin round 3; goblin #2 will follow)
Hearing Carrow's warning, Vigan rushes from the kitchen to the front doors of the inn. The goliath stops short of heading outside, instead taking note of the locations of the new goblins, and Carrow's handiwork.
"Good shot Carrow, reckon you can hit the other 2 from here?"
These goblins are like a nest of rats. How many more of them are hiding in these buildings?
I careen around the corner almost colliding with Andor AND Ladrian. Before the boulder (middle of P6), I plant my feet and steady my aim for as long as I can bear before firing at the fleeing goblin (#2). Shortbow Attack: 24 Damage: 8
"And I was just about to warm myself inside the Inn" he curses, while the rain continues to fall heavily soaking Ladrian's cloak. As he notices the two goblins far away he breaks in a dash towards the stable shouting "I'll try to circle them around! And I still want my bloody drink Vigan!", he quickly takes a short breath S8, before resuming his dash, depleting his moves at V8.
DM: Each square is 10 feet right? If you feel I didn't do the math right (I'm not sure how you count diagonals transverse squares), feel free to reposition Ladrian to the right spot. The idea is to go around the barn in column W.
Sprinting out of the cover by the Inn Andor makes for the stables, dashing over to the doorway he ducks inside staying out of view of the goblin archers. (S10)
"Cover meeee!"

Carrow
The ranger nocks another arrow and gently slides the door open with his leading foot, using it as cover as best he can Carrow fires another arrow (Goblin 5)
Ladrian and Andor safely reach their destinations as they advance southward. Carrow's shot comes up short and his arrow skitters through the wet grass in front of the trading post.
Once again, both goblins loose arrows at the front door of the inn, hoping to catch Carrow (+5 AC) with a lucky shot.
Shortbow attack 1 w/ range disadvantage: 7 | If successful, then 8 piercing damage
Shortbow attack 2 w/ range disadvantage: 14 | If successful, then 5 piercing damage
Round 4 now begins:
Vigan (inside the inn @ N9)
Andor (just inside the stable @ S10), Carrow (inside the inn @ N9), Ladrian (V8), and Rixton (P6)
Rixton's shot barely misses the fleeing goblin (who turns south upon reaching J1).
(Round 2 actions for Andor, Carrow, and Ladrian are next).
Rixton:
"Boys, a gobber is running towards the Town square!"
I continue running to around E1.

Round 2 status:
Round 3 turn order:
Carrow
The ranger turns and shouts to the others out back "Three more out front" before opening the Inn door a fraction and firing an arrow. (Goblin 6)
Attack: 24 Damage: 7

Dashing from location in kitchen to N9
The fleeing goblin continues running south toward the village square, albeit at a slower pace as it labors through the effects of Andor's spell.
(Actions for Andor, Carrow, Ladrian, and Rixton are next, in any order)
Updated map:
Carrow
"They are well within my range, i can try cover you, two more are in cover on the south side of the square"
Rixton:
I careen around the corner almost colliding with Andor AND Ladrian. Before the boulder (middle of P6), I plant my feet and steady my aim for as long as I can bear before firing at the fleeing goblin (#2). Shortbow Attack: 24 Damage: 8
edit ooc: ooh, a crit!
Rixton's arrow tears through the upper torso of the fleeing goblin, who collapses face down into the mud.
(Andor, Carrow, and Ladrian's actions are next)
Ladrian,
"And I was just about to warm myself inside the Inn" he curses, while the rain continues to fall heavily soaking Ladrian's cloak.
