As Andor fires his crossbow, I slap the rump of my horse to send it running back the way we came. "Andor, we need to set up on the other side of that pond," I say and sprint in the opposite direction of my horse, to the west (ending at g31).
"Vigan!" I say as he gallops up. "Trip line on the other side of the pond. Get some rope ready!"
Watching Rixton and Andor going straight to battle: "You absolute madmen! I could have tried to talk with them!", Ladrian positions himself in e30 and brings his new shiny light crossbow "Let's see what Riautar's is made of"he says before shooting at the same giant that Rixton and Andor aimed. Has a bonus action LAdrian uses Master of Tactis to provide Help to Carrow for his next attack.

Carrow
(round 0)Seeing the others move forward the ranger fancies his chance at a warning shot, at this range it will be hard he thought, drawing his bow he fires his first arrow. (giant 1)
Attack: 24
Disadvantage Role: 21
Damage: 4
Round 1
Carrow spurs his horse forward racing directly up the road towards the farmstead, "Split up, and keep your distance" Stoping he dismounts bow in hand he turns to sight the giants once again and fires. (Giant 1)
Attack 18
Damage 3
Please do say if i have not done this correctly. i will change it accordingly.
Andor and Ladrian position themselves near Rixton, hoping to inflict damage on the giants from a distance. Andor strikes the first giant with a bolt from his crossbow, but Ladrian's bolt sticks squarely into the giant's club that is resting on the ground. Carrow, after missing from distance with his first shot, makes a second attempt with his longbow. The arrow sails to the right of the giants and disappears into the tall grass near the road.
(Vigan's action is next, followed by the actions of the hill giants)
Updated map (Carrow's position is assumed and will be adjusted if necessary):
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Roll (1d6) to determine first hill giant's ranged target (1-2 = Andor | 3-4 =Rixton | 5-6 = Ladrian): 5
The first hill giant grabs a rock in each hand, turns, and hurls one of them at Ladrian. (Rock attack: 25 | Bludgeoning damage, if successful: 14) The rock whizzes past Ladrian's head and eventually tumbles across the ground, landing at Carrow's feet.
The second giant picks up his greatclub and dashes directly toward Andor.

Rixton:
"Andor, looks like you are the bait! Keep him busy!"
I move west (to c29) and take aim at the distant giant. He is a big target but I take a full second to line up my shot down the length of my (+1) arrow.
Shortbow Attack: 17 Damage: 4
Bonus action: I dash towards the southern tip of the pond (to Y29).

Andor
"Thanks Rixton, I had noticed" the sorcerer says to himself in the face of the huge giant almost within range of his massive club. Andor hurls a ray of frost at the giant, hoping to slow him down as well as hurt him.

Twenty-four hours have passed; therefore...
DM assumes Vigan will not be doing any sort of attack this round but will, rather, move to another point on the map (which can be specified later)
DM also assumes that Carrow will continue ranged attacks on hill giant 1 (Longbow attack: 25 | Piercing damage, if successful: 6). If Carrow moves after his attack, that can be specified later as well
Carrow looses another arrow toward the first hill giant, but once again his shot sails wide. Hill giant #2, enraged by the successful attacks of Andor and Ladrian, dashes directly toward the enemies that are closest: Ladrian and Rixton. Hill giant #1, choosing to remain where he is for now, picks up another rock and hurls it at Ladrian once again. (Ranged rock attack: 23 | Bludgeoning damage, if successful: 20)
(All players may take their round 3 actions, in any order.)
Updated map (Vigan's and Carrow's locations may differ from what is pictured):
Carrow will push his horse along the same road towards the farmhouse. Cursing his accuracy the ranger vows to do better. (Next round of action to follow shortly)

Stopping and turning to fire again the ranger quickly takes in the creatures movments, it's gait, the way he carries his weapon, the Half-Orcs glare intensifies as he takes all the small details in and declares this creature his prey, (Slayers Prey) short of breath now, he prepares his bow. A new arrow may help here, reaching for a separate pouch the new arrow is well made with a hard glistening edge. Carrow fits it to the bow and draws. A large intake of breath, a long exhale, lungs empty, hands steady he releases.
Attack 13
Damage 4
Slayers prey damage 6
(Round 3 movement) After releasing the arrow he turns not watching if he strikes his target and continues as far as he can towards the front of the farmhouse.
Racing round the side of the homestead, Vigan directs his horse through the open gate and into the homestead's paddock, bringing it to a standstill. Dismounting, he affectionately pats the heaving flank of the beast, before turning and sprinting back towards the gate and the battle, readying his glaive.
Dashed on horse to I17 and dismounted (15 of my speed gone). Dashed 30ft to L17.
Vigan, no longer astride his horse, wields his glaive and is prepared to exit the paddock. Carrow guides his horse closer to the house after successfully striking hill giant #1 with a shot from his longbow.
Round 3 actions for Andor, Ladrian, and Rixton are next.
Hill giant #2 slowed 10' as a result of Andor's spell (giant's location has been adjusted to reflect this)
Reminder: hill giant 1 has the sack with rocks in it and his greatclub currently rests on the ground; hill giant 2 wields only a greatclub
Updated, and hopefully slightly more accurate, map:
Rixton (somewhat in concert with Ladrian's eventual post):
I hear Ladrian cry out behind me and turn to see him staggering forward from a brutal blow from behind. A sizable rock rolls away and I hear the distant giant roar in triumph. I run back to help Ladrian keep going as I reach for my potion. The other giant bears down on us and I yelp in the most undignified fashion. "Give me your caltrops," I say, handing him the health potion. Once he hands them to me, I slap him on the shoulder. "Run," I say.
I sprinkle the caltrops around me (Y29) hurriedly, as if planting flail bushes. With no time to admire my handiwork, I then sprint around the edge of the pond, trying to put as much distance between me and the giants as possible. (Ending at S25)

(DM posting round 3 actions for Andor and Ladrian)
With one deft motion, Ladrian removes the stopper from the Potion of Healing and gulps down its contents. (Hit points restored: 9). The rogue then skirts the caltrops placed by Rixton and makes his way along the edge of the pond, striving to keep a safe distance from the hill giant's greatclub. Meanwhile, Andor coaxes his horse into action, and he continues his movement to the east.
Hill giant 2, seemingly undaunted by the caltrops that were just placed on the ground, rushes after Ladrian. A moment later, the giant's feet land with their full weight on the caltrops, and the giant roars in a mixture of pain and rage as he suddenly halts his pursuit.
DEX save for hill giant 2: 10
Randomly selected target for ranged attack by hill giant 1 (Ladrian 1; Andor 2; Carrow 3; Rixton 4): 1
Hill giant 1, thoroughly pleased by the accuracy of his last throw, grabs another chunk of granite and hurls it at Ladrian (Thrown rock attack: 21 | Bludgeoning damage, if successful: 22). The rock whistles past Ladrian's head and tumbles end over end down the slope of the hill.
Round 3 is concluded; all players may take their round 4 actions in any order.
If referring to most recent map, note that Andor is now located at P31 and Ladrian at V28
