Rixton walks through the snow to one of the fallen barbarians and from around the dead man's neck pulls a necklace that contains a shard of pale stone carved in the shape of a dragon. Almost immediately thereafter, the Uthgardt shaman emits an eerie war whoop and the entire group of barbarians begins a northward charge, enraged by Rixton's act of disrespect. Simultaneously, another small group of barbarians appears near the hilltop to the east, one of which (#8) stands out from the others; he wields a greataxe rather than a spear.
(Ladrian and Vigan may still make their round 4 actions)
Initiative order remains the same; the five new barbarians will act in the last group. Here's the order in its entirety:
Andor
Barbarian #4
Carrow
Barbarians #2, #3, and #12
Rixton, Ladrian, and Vigan
Barbarians #1, #5, #8, #11, #14, #15, #16, #17, and the Uthgardt shaman
NOTE: The only wounded barbarian is #2 (-7 cold damage from Andor's spell)
The goliath's face falls as he sees Rixton defile the dead Uthgardt, and the resulting response from the rest of the deceased's fellow tribesman. Guess we aren't retreating anymore..., he thinks to himself.
He watches for a split second as eight howling barbarians begin to descend on the half-elf, and rushes forwards to meet them with his own war cry.
(Assuming Ladrian is using round 4 as a ready action)
Three of the barbarians to the south charge northward, with their long black hair trailing behind them and snow kicking up around their feet as they go. Two of them make a line directly for Vigan; the third follows the curve of the hill to the east. The group of five that appeared in the northeast begin to descend the hill and make their way toward the heart of the battle.

Watching the Uthgardt bearing down on him, he glances to his right at Rixton. "Better hope they don't take you alive after that stunt!"
Before the first barbarian (#11) reaches him, Vigan swings his glaive horizontally at chest height, using the full length of the weapon to his advantage.

Andor
Moving south (d8) but still keeping to the high ground Andor looks to weaken the closest threats to Vigan. Launching another two rays he calls out to the group, "We need these first ones dead before the others arrive!"
Andor simultaneously strikes two barbarians with a blast of cold, white light. Meanwhile, barbarian #4 charges directly at Rixton (reaching grid square E11).
(Carrow's round 5 action is next, to be followed by barbarians 2, 3, and 12)

Vigan
The goliath's weapon digs deep into the chest of the Uthgardt, whose looks of fury turns to one of pain as the glaive stops him dead. Vigan stamps on the torso of the ex-barbarian as he prises his weapon free, and swings for the second foe bearing down on him (#1).
Attack (against #1): 17
Damage: 9
A quick glance across the battlefield tells Vigan that Rixton is outnumbered, and before his second foe has hit the floor, he turns and charges the two enemies threatening Rixton. Yelling a guttural cry, his brings his glaive down through the shoulder of the one closest to him (#12), and immediately follows up with a blow from the opposite end of his glaive to the other.
Attack (against #12): 8
Damage: 11
Precision Attack (if needed): 12
Bonus Attack (against #2): 15
Damage: 8
Attack barb #1, move to F11 as close to the 2 barbarians attacking Rixton as possible, attack barb #12 with action surge, and then attack barb #2 with my polearm master attack.

Polearm Master Attack
When you take the Attack action with only a glaive, halberd, quarterstaff, or spear, you can use a bonus action to make a melee attack with the opposite end of the weapon that uses the same ability modifier as the primary attack and has a damage die of d4 (bludgeoning).

Rixton:
As Barbarians fall at my feet, I draw a dagger from a sheath strapped to my ribs. "Thanks, friend," I say, then I slide past Vigan and slice at the remaining Barbarian (#4) with my shortsword (+1).
Short sword Attack: 20 Damage: 5 + 12 sneak attack damage (for being adjacent to Vigan)
As the Barbarian dodges out the way, I slash at it with my dagger (for my Bonus Action)
Attack: 6 Damage: 4 (plus the above sneak attack damage, since that hit did not land).
The barbarian slips beneath the thrust from Rixton's sword, but he is unable to avoid the rogue's deadly second attack. One more barbarian falls lifeless, bleeding into the snow.

Ladrian's shot hits its mark, sinking deeply into the abdomen of the barbarian, who is now seriously wounded.
The Uthgardt shaman strides forward approximately 30', muttering something incoherent and making subtle motions with his hands as he does so. He then draws another arrow and fires at Vigan...
Shortbow attack:21| Piercing damage:3
...but the shot narrowly misses the goliath.
The five barbarians to the northeast continue their rush to join the melee.
(All characters may take their round 6 action, in any order)
Watching the martial prowess of his fellow companion with awe the Ranger spins on his heel to the noise of 5 snarling barbarians bearing down on them. Worried the group may be unprepared for the immediate press of more combatants and knowing the Barbarians distrust of certain magic, Carrow flexes his right hand, moisture building at his palm, water dripping from the fingertips and casts Fog Cloud (Top right Corner of I7) in an attempt to break the charge.
Dismounting he draws his Longsword and exhales deeply waiting for his next challenge to emerge.
Bonus action: Cast Ensnaring Strike (Ready for his next round)

Andor
Waiting to see what comes of the group going into the fog cloud Andor reins in his mount and waits for the first to break out of the cover with another bolt of cold energy ready for them.

Rixton:
Surrounded by bodies, I find there are no other targets nearby and now the majority of them are encased in fog. So I look to the Shaman. I don't have time to examine him for weaknesses. So I charge south and curve east (covering the distance with Cunning Action for my Bonus Action), avoiding the barbarian between the two of us. I slash at the shaman with my short sword (+1).
Short sword Attack: 18 Damage: 6
(Rixton will use Defensive Duelist to increase AC by 2 against melee attacks for his Reaction.)
The bloodlust in Vigan quickly rises with each Uthgardt that falls to him. He begins to recklessly charge the new group of enemies, until Carrow conjures his fog cloud. The goliath slides to a halt in the snow, and, remembering his training, calms his tribal instincts and waits for the barbarians to come into view.
Move to H9 and use Dodge as action. That should hopefully position me well outside the fog cloud.

Ladrian spurs his horse southward, closing the distance between himself and the Uthgardt shaman. He then steadies his crossbow and fires a bolt that catches his foe in the shoulder. Growling in pain, the shaman is, nonetheless, agile enough to evade Rixton's blade. Meanwhile, Carrow creates a massive fog cloud that engulfs the barbarians that are approaching from the northeast, and Andor and Vigan ready themselves for whatever the remaining enemies might attempt.
The wounded barbarian (#3) limps away from the fight, seemingly hoping to find refuge in the nearby bushes and shrubs. The shaman takes a few steps back and fires an arrow at Rixton...
Shortbow attack:10| Piercing damage:7
Two spear-wielding barbarians exit the fog north of Carrow; each stands at the ready, choosing not to attack this round. From the southern end of the fog the axe-wielding barbarian suddenly emerges, wild-eyed and swinging his greataxe with reckless abandon at Vigan...
