Andor's Ray of Frost spell severely wounds one goblin (#1) and kills a second (#17). Ladrian follows up immediately with a shot from his crossbow, finishing off the wounded goblin (#1).
NOTE: I added the damage modifier to Ladrian's last attack.

To the east of Xantharl's Keep...
Rixton drops the second bugbear and darts forward, hoping to see what has become of the frost giant and the other two bugbears. All three of them are out of sight, apparently having entered the front gate to the Keep.
(NOTE: Rixton's combat with the second bugbear occurred in square U33; so his Cunning Action can be used to take him farther north; refer to map below; 20 ft/square)

Vigan
With the downed ogre at his feet, Vigan steps over its corpse to meet the next challenge. One of the three goblins (#19) charging him raises its scimitar above its head far too early, giving the goliath an opportunity to strike first.
Opportunity Attack: 21
Damage: 9
His glaive deflects the next two attacks with ease, the goblins unable to land a hit due to his superior reach and magically-enchanced agility. Vigan brings his weapon round in an low arc towards the other two goblins (#22 and #24) with a grunt.
Attack 1: 15
Damage 1: 11
Attack 2: 23
Damage 2: 13
As the goblins are cut down, the spell cast on Vigan allows him to pick out the distinctive whiz of 2 arrows headed for his person; his reflexes allow him to dodge both with ease. With enemies on all sides, he charges the closest target, a hobgoblin to his east (#10), before bringing the long handle of his glaive round to attack the adjacent goblin (#23)
Attack 3: 15
Damage 3: 13
Bonus Polearm Attack: 24
Damage: 8
Whew! After all that, I should be somewhere near the X at the border of K9/K10.
The blood and gore of four goblins splatters across the hillside as Vigan's glaive continues its destruction. Carrow, again, releases two arrows, the first of which sails over the head of its hobgoblin target. The second arrow, however, with a loud thunk, sinks into the chest of hobgoblin #4, killing him.
As Andor retreats westward, the one remaining goblin ends his pursuit and chooses to keep his distance from the deadly sorcerer. Hobgoblins 1 and 5 fire another volley of arrows...
Hobgoblin 1, longbow attack on Andor:20| Piercing damage:3
Hobgoblin 5, longbow attack on Ladrian:16| Piercing damage:5
On the southern end of the hill, only hobgoblins remain, and all three of them seek to bring their vengeance upon the goliath. Two of them (11 and 12) maintain their distance and fire another round of arrows while the other (8) leaps forward with its longsword...
Hobgoblin 11, longbow attack on Vigan:23| Piercing damage:15

For tracking purposes:
The lone goblin and hobgoblin 1 stand 60' east of Andor; hobgoblin 5 stands 90' east of Andor (who stands in the middle of G8)
Hobgoblins 11 and 12 stand 30' south of Vigan, and hobgoblin 10 is within 5' of Vigan

Andor
"Carrow, help Vigan, keep those archers off of him!" Andor calls out over his shoulder, trusting in the ranger to thin the press around the goliath "Ladrain, let's clear away this rabble." Matching his actions to his words the sorcerer tries to blast the closest hobgoblin and the last remaining goblin with freezing rays.
Twinning Ray of Frost for 1sp (none left) targeting the goblin and hobgoblin 1
Attack (goblin) 10 for 8 cold damage
Attack (Hobgob1) 19 for 11 cold damage
Haste round 5/10
Edit
I forgot to roll for concentration on Haste due to the arrow wound. 14 Con save
Luck point used to re-roll failed save 6
Luck Point 1/3 used to reroll attack on Hobgob1 11 so 17 in total for the attack.
So I've still used 1 luck point but I've failed twice so Andor drops Haste meaning both he and Vigan are unable to move or take actions this turn!
The goliath's rampage comes to an end as the magical adrenalin suddenly escapes his body, replaced by the equivalent of a really bad hangover. He stops and looks around as if in a haze, before an arrow finally finds its mark and sinks into his shoulder.
Rixton continues his dash toward the Keep; as he draws near he realizes that someone is lying on the ground just inside the open gate. From his vantage point, however, he can see the person from the knees down only because the wall is obscuring the rest of the person's body.
(This was round 8 action for Rixton. Waiting on round 7 action for Carrow, then the goblin and hobgoblins will follow)

West of the Keep...
Ladrian sets his sights on yet another hobgoblin (#1)--the one closest to Andor. His shot is on target, and the bolt strikes the hobgoblin just below the collarbone. The wound is severe but insufficient to bring the monster down. Carrow, recognizing that Andor and Vigan are in trouble, has to make a choice. Who is in greater need? The ranger steps forward 30' to increase his chances of success and launches his first arrow at hobgoblin #1, hoping to eliminate another threat.
Longbow attack on hobgoblin 1:16| Piercing damage:9
The arrow finds its target, and the hobgoblin crumples to the ground. Carrow now makes a decision with his second arrow...
Longbow attack on hobgoblin 5:18| Piercing damage:10
With a perfectly-aimed shot, Carrow drives an arrow through the throat of the hobgoblin who slumps lifeless to the ground.
One goblin and three hobgoblins remain on the hillside now thick with blood and the dead. The goblin seems a bit uncertain; both Andor and Vigan are too far away, and the goblin has only a scimitar in hand. Convinced that the tide of the battle has turned against him, the goblin takes off running to the northeast (reaching the center of K7).
The hobgoblins, however, continue their uphill battle...
Hobgoblin 5, longbow attack on Andor:6|Piercing damage:2
Hobgoblin 8, longsword attack on Vigan:23|Piercing damage:8
Hobgoblin 11, longbow attack on Vigan:8|Piercing damage:9
Hobgoblin 12 shoulders his bow and rushes forward with his longsword, stops short of Vigan, and prepares to dodge.

Vigan
The second arrow to hit the goliath snaps him out of his stupor. He manages to block the longsword of the hobgoblin, but his grogginess prevents him from doing anything more. Getting his bearings again, he snaps the shafts of the two arrows protruding from his body, doing his best to ignore the pain of the arrowheads.
Second Wind: 11
Back in the game, Vigan swings for the hobgoblin next to him (#8), in exchange for the previous attack.
Attack 1: 11
Damage 1: 10
Precision Attack 1: 14
A second hobgoblin (#12) bears down on the goliath, but unlike his many fallen comrades, doesn't open with a wild swing. The 2 combatants eye each other cautiously for a second, before Vigan swings his weapon at the hobgoblin with a diagonal slash from above.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Concluding action for round 8. Posting on behalf of Andor and Ladrian)
Vigan battles through pain and distraction of his wounds, and with one swing of his glaive he fells another hobgoblin, leaving only one foe remaining. Vigan swings again, but the monster is able to elude the goliath's attack.
Andor and Ladrian move forward 30' feet and, hoping to aide Vigan with the last foe, each takes a shot with his light crossbow...
Andor's ranged attack:13| Piercing damage:6
Ladrian's ranged attack:8| Piercing damage:10
Ladrian's shot clinks off the hobgoblin's chain mail, but Andor's hits its mark, sinking deep into the hobgoblin's ribs. Alone, wounded, and desperate, this last hobgoblin takes its first swing at Vigan...
Longsword attack:20| Slashing damage:3
The last remaining goblin continues to flee to the northeast.
(All players, on both fronts, may take their turns for round 9)
I survey the keep quickly. It is not as chaotic as I expected, although with no bugbears in sight, I expect more trouble than I can see. There are not many options available, all of them bad. I grab the gate next to me and pull it shut, then head for the other gate to do the same. As I move north to the second gate, I pull 5 feet of chain from my pack and drop a coil of rope at my feet.
"Better get out of here," I say to the large patrons of the Falling Orc Inn. "It's going to get ugly before help arrives."
Continuing his movement towards Vigan Andor unleashes another freezing ray as he closes in trying to finish off the wounded hobgoblin, but the ray flies wide of the mark as Andor tries to make sure he doesn't catch Vigan accidently with the spell.
"Come on, we've nearly done here, let's get inside."
