Typically with the room presented before Thimbol he’d keep a few details to himself, but with the events that had just transpired the last hour he couldn’t finding himself unable to. ”Looks like we got a chest and a desk in this room.” The halfling would say to the others as he makes his way around the office, hand tracing the top of the desk and against the letters before reaching the chest. He’s a bit more panicky than normal, cautious being an understatement, as he glances at the chest for any kind of mechanism or lock that might be obvious to opening it. Then simply wondering if the key is just in one of the drawers.
You notice that 3 of the unopened letters on the desk appear to all come from the same person and they all smell of perfume. you fail to find keys in the desk drawers, nothing but ink and papers, shipment information, and other documents. The chest has a fairly standard lock and no traps that you can see.
Sayre turns to Navek with a hard expression. "What in the name of the Traveler do you think you will get from these things," she adds pausing before tossing the spider onto the flames.
Sayre then glances at Thimbol coming from the room with the closed door and hears his statement.
"If you need help I'll be in there shortly," Sayre replied waiting now for the goliath's response to the spiders. One is toast, one is smashed beyond reason, and the other also looks unusableble to her narrowed Ranger eyes.

(I would allow someone to try to extract a poison gland or something so that they could put the spider venom on blades or arrows... it would be a kind of hard nature check and you would get 1 shot per spider because on a failed attempt they would be destroyed but I would allow it.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Thimbol ain't above opening someone else's mail and if it meant the B.O.O's needed to in order to find the previous owner, he'd even start there. That chest though... already having his lock picks ready as he moved to the lock after having no luck with a key.
Thimbol is able to make quick work of the chest. It unlocks without a problem. Inside thimbol finds....
1 x light crossbow 20 x crossbow bolts 1 x potion of healing 2 x book (worth 25gp a piece) 1 x leather pouch with 100gp 1 x set of fine clothes 30 x pieces of paper.
Rummaging through the chest, Thimbol’s fingers were quick to snatch up the leather pouch and potion of healing (if he knew what it was). The rest he didn’t see use for aside from selling which could be done at any point. “Just a bit of gold so far, Sayre.” Still unable to keep what he finds a secret from those he feels he now owes. Never honestly seeing himself as ‘bad’, was why he left the Blood Scales to begin with. “Some items we could sell if no one wanted. A bunch of letters with the smell of perfume still lingering on top the desk.” Stepping out of the office to see what anyone else had found.
Lorarila will reach around Thimbol taking the bow and bolts, "May I have this? I need a decent weapon, my club is far from useful. It would help me not be a burden. Don't push yourself either, today was way too close. I don't want to repeat the experience."
Navek grins back at Sayre and says cheekily, "Plenty. Remind me to tell about my time in the Undermountain of Kin'modan, little devil."He returns to putting the spiders in a pile. It takes some jury rigging, but he manages to put together a makeshift containers from random bits left in his pack and sets to work.
Once he's done (and assuming nothing untoward happens), Navek sets the remains aside to thoroughly cook in some gumbo later. Maybe include some spider leg kabobs too. The thought alone leaves him giggling as he returns to the others side. Or more to the point, stand near the trap door with axe and glowing shield at the ready. "Find anything interesting mo?"He calls over to the goliath.

"May I have both," Sayre requests both books looking to see if anyone protests she takes them from the chest. "The gold equally yes," she asks her accent still thick from her upbringing and travels. "I...I'm sorry," she then begins looking at the halfling. "You were injured...dying and I left my fears of the creatures overwhelm my training as a healer," she adds with a frown. "I will do better nexr time," she replies before leaving the office abruptly with her books putting then into her lack before spotting Navek with his glowing shield. "Wait! I will join you," she adds taking out her bow and flanking Navek.

As Mo makes his way around the bar, he pushes open a heavy swinging door into a fairly large kitchen. There is a sink, stove, and lots of countertop space that is covered in a thick layer of dust. Pots and pans hang from hooks above the countertops while plates and bowls and mugs fill the cubbords. The kitchen looks very tidy as though it had just been cleaned before being abandoned for many years. As Mo proceeds through kitchen and opens the door on the far side, he sees a dusty pantry full of moldy chewed grain, rotted vegetables, and ruined dried meats.
(Lorarila joins Mo in lookong through the kitchen and pantry, both of you can roll perception or investigation if you want to look more closley in any of the rooms, not guaranteeing anything more that what I described is in them though)
"Eww. That will keep cleaned and probably wash with alcohol to be safe. Unless Goliath's have a tougher stomachs then most. I don't know, I didn't never learned out other races much. Either way, I will probably have to clean it up. Makes me miss the unseen servants back in school." Lorarila will start checking the pots and pan making sure they are usable, and what will need replaced.

Mo would go check out the northeastern areas, his longsword in hand just in case

These fine clothes, are they halfling size? D:
Are the books anything special?

Technically they are dwarf size... but I bet they would fit a halfling

Going to the office and leaving Navek to 'harvest' away she sees Thimbol motioning to the chest now and looks inside.
"Hey Thombol what books are those," Sayre asks the titles of the books curiously.
