Valafar speeds to the side of the pit near Leoros, as the broom takes a sweep at his departing form. 7 damage: 4. He stands ready to intercede on Leoros' behalf, while Glory, seeing his companion under assault, unleashes a volley of missiles at that broom, nearly cracking it. Darruk seems unable to shake the effects of Durnan's finest mead.
The broom that had struck at Valafar now takes aim at the woman recently rescued from the pit. 17 damage: 417 damage: 4, and she falls again, to the floor, bruised but alive.
The broom in the crowd sweeps once at Glory 14 damage: 6 and once at Darruk 15 damage: 6.
Saraba - i did not run your move because technically you are after the brooms, just in case recent events have changed your action. The map squares are 5 feet, so you are approximately 45-50 feet from Dwindlejoy at this point, as you have to move around the portal.
"Wow, you guys really are drunk!" Glory can barely stand up after that last broom assault. "These brooms are killing me, do you think you could sober up a little more quickly? I can't take much more of this"
Glory is down to exactly ONE hit point and will be taking evasive (disengage) action next turn if necessary to keep himself alive. These brooms have not been nice to him.
I know you are trying and Glory is enjoying teasing you about the ain't part, even if he is almost dead :-) Just hope we can make it through this full encounter :-| We still might have to deal with Dwindlejoy and friend.
Saraba is position behind the two aggressive fellows waits to see what they do next.
((If the go to attack I’d like to attack them otherwise I’ll stay nearby but behind them trying to stay blended into the background of the bar like a typical tavern drunk not worth paying attention to))

Blue Eyes axe bites deep...into the table behind the broom, and he pulls it back in frustration, while Saraba moves off closer towards Grady and Dwindlejoy, who in turn move away from him, apparently looking to take up positions on either side of the table from Leoros. As they near, a massive wave of thunderous energy erupts outward from Valafar.

Charging towards Leoros, Grady and Dwindlejoy are caught unaware by the held blast, and it hurls them backwards. Grady slams up against a table, spilling the ale of an old man who has been waiting and sipping through this entire affair. He pours the rest of his drink on Grady's head.
Grady Damage: 13
Dwindlejoy Damage: 12
The pair are finally looking damaged, though they appear to have quite a lot of fight left in them.
Leoros, after this display, stays still, figuring that standing next to Valafar may be the safest place to be.
The thunderclap brings with it an absolute quiet in the tavern. After a second, a mug drops and shatters. "That's it - Bighat, that's comin out of your purse!" roars Durnan. "And the rest of you, I know ye folks have to let off a bit of steam now and again. But no killing in my tavern!" He gives an evil eye to Valafar, as well as to the dazed Grady and Dwindlejoy. "That goes for all of you."

Valafar shoots a look over to Durnan for a moment, but quickly returns to the two after Leoros "Sorry about that, Durnan. Gotta keep my friend here from harm!" With that, he levels his blasting rod at the two once more "There's more where that came from! Take one more step closer to us and I'll blast you back through the walls!"

Darruk transfers some of his anger at the broom in front of him, and the broom finally starts showing some signs of wear and tear. It responds with a small sweep of its own. 19 Damage: 5. Glory readies to intercede from a distance. Grady and Dwindlejoy look decidedly uncertain, and visibly shaken, as much by the words as by the thunder.
The other broom, with no conscious opponents next to it, moves to a table, where a woman decided to watch rather than flee. Her reward is some bristles swinging at her face: 14 Damage: 5

Glory feels the rage (ok he is not a barbarian but hey, he's getting a little mad) and let's fly clean crisp arrow from his crossbow at the broom that just bristled on the little lady! "By Grabthar's hammer, by the sons of Warva..."ok Glory realizes he's getting a little carried away and eyes the arrow as it shots towards the broom: Attack: 24 Damage: 11 and .... watches it sail past harmlessly, leaving a nice whistling sound in the woman's ear. "And I'm not even a little bit drunk!!", he says as he waves his hand in frustration.
Ha, can't make me do worse.

Who would have guessed axes don't cut brooms? Darruk smilingly tells his large friend

Back to the beginning...
Broom 1Greg, I think you gave us the wrong map.
Lot's of stuff ...
/blush. fixed.
Darruk is mad at broom and attacks 18 damage 4
Glory is not feeling well. He moves straight back towards the stage and sheaths his dagger and draws his crossbow. (disengage move from Q10 to Q6)
He may not feel well be he isn't done. He will show these brooms who is boss.
