Dolph realizes his attempts to stabilize have failed, but what could he expect after such expert bladework.
(Assuming I cant see SP and am unaware of that situation)
Dolph realizes a scarecrow should not bleed so he begins to go through pockets and remove clothes from it. Is it in some type of burlap mask? If so that's coming off.

Dihek'nir tries to wrap some wire around it and see how that goes (dex check 11)
SP is out in the corn field, something walked by headed towards the house.
Dolf and Dihek'nir are over by the farmhouse, neither of you are close enough to know about the others situation.
Kintu is totally just standing by himself.
Dihek'nir walks over to the scarecrow and starts to tie it up. Roll me Perception or Investigation.
SP will attempt to follow whatever it was that walked past him.
I'll let you keep your good stealth roll to follow him. He takes you down the pathway a bit before diverting towards the barn.
Kintu can try Perception again to see if he's noticed the following or the Dolf's attack.
Once the scarecrow is secured Dolph will check it out (investigation 11 ) and whisper, stay alert. There may be more of them.
Dolf notices the scarecrow is bleeding.
Medicine2 Dolph will make sure its restrained and then try to stabilize it for questioning.
