The Witcher walked with purpose. He didn't dally. And none would dare stop him, unless they meant him harm. He made his way to the blacksmith. ((Describe the blacksmith's shop for me?))
(Need an investigation roll to see if you can find the blacksmith shop.)
As you walk along, Wijen, you are able to find a few different water sources, though their use is up to you. You find several water troughs, and a few small-ish decorative fountains.
Wijen soaks in one of the fountains for an hour before going to the church to continue a long rest. He meditates a bit to center his mind after the dangerous encounter. He checks his surroundings every now and then to determine any other possible threats in this town. He's learned very quickly that there are fathoms under the surface here.
Through sounds and asking around, you are indeed able to find the blacksmith. As you walk up to the forge, you see the stereotypical, though rare for Barovia, dwarf with long red hair and beard. Ge grumbles in common as he works. You are able to pick out enough words to find he is not necessarily grumpy about the work, but rather at being stuck in Barovia at all.
"I need these silvered. ", He said. He took his long sword and scabbard off his back and presented it along with the Mace. "How much and how long?" He asked simply.
He stops his work and looks at you, then looks like the weapons. "Let me double check something." He goes inside, making you wait in the forge. You hear rummaging around inside for a few minutes, then "Ah. There. I thought so." He returns. "Thought I had some silver hidden away. I can do this, but it is a process and will take a bit of time." He strokes his beard. If I work on both at the same time, I can probably get them both done in the same amount of time as finishing one. Understand, I have to work the materials together in a way they won't lessen the effectiveness of the weapons. So, it will take 20 days for both and 100 gold each."
((holy shit, okay, do we wanna wait 20 days? Vampires have crazy resistances if we dont do this. but I'm wondering if something will happen in 20 days. )) Wezroth crossed his arms and hummed in thought. "You dont happen to have any silvered weapons already made do you? I need to see your stock anyways, I'll need another sword so i'm not totally unarmed while you work on that one." he said.
(If they don't already have silver weapons and you can spare the gold, it might not be a bad idea to get them started and come back when they're done. Otherwise, I don't think 20 days is a good amount of time to stay still.)

(Lae wouldn't want to wait 20 days. Also, I just remembered Lae wanted some holy water... so before his long rest can we retro he asks the priest for some, if it needs to be blessed can that happen while Lae rests?)
He strokes his beard some more. "I understand. Perhaps I can find me some extra help. I'll tell ye what. Go. Enjoy the festival tomorrow. Come back the following day. By then I will know if I can find some help to speed up the process. I might be able to call in some favors or create new ones while drinking during the festival." He pauses. "Oh, and j do have some loaner weapons for you should you decide to go through with this."
Wezroth thought for a moment. "deal. I'll need you to loan me a mace and a longsword. Do you take payment up front or when the service is done?" He asked. The witcher knew he wouldn't last long without a silvered weapon. None of them would.
Wezroth gave a dry laugh. "A particularly threatening demeanor usually helps. " he said. he gave the smith the longsword and the mace. "I'll need those loaner weapons. are they in good condition?" He asked.
He takes your weapons inside and brings out two nearly identical weapons. As you swing them and feel them, you can tell they have been well taken care of and kept in top condition and sharpening.
Wezroth nodded. "Thank you. See you soon. " He said with a nod. He put the longsword in his scabbard and slung it over his shoulder. He made his way back to the church. He gave Lae the loaner mace. "these are loaner weapons. The black smith recommended we partake in the festival tomorrow then come back the following day to see if he's finished. " He said. "let's find an inn. I need a bath. " He said.
(I need investigation rolls from both Wijen and Wezroth. Also, are Zander and Zennas also going to long rest here?)
Yes.

Lae swings the mace, "Very good. Thank you Wez"
