The man nods at Lae and returns with the bottles, leaving the silver piece sitting on the bar.
Wijen, you return to the church to look for the party, as that is where you last left them. The priest informs you they left for the inn, which you have no problem finding since it is where you met them.

Wezroth went for the baths first. once he was there he took off his clothes and stepped into the tub. He uncorked his bottle and began to sip from it as he washed himself.
"Well, there's a windmill people tend to avoid. And if course the castle." He looks up as though searching for more information in his memories. "That's all I can think of at the moment. Oh." Here he looks around the room quickly, then continues conspiratorially, "A lot of people don't trust the Vistani."
Zander thinks a moment. "I don't remember a windmill... There was "The 4 of glyphs--The Shepherd. Find the mother--she who gave birth to the evil," then "The Master of Stars--The Wizard. Look for a wizard's tower on a lake. Let the wizard's servant guide you to that which you seek," then "The 1 of Coins--The Swashbuckler. The skeleton of a deadly warrior, lying on a bed of stone flanked by gargoyles," and "The Mists. A Vistana wanders this land alone, searching for her mentor. She does not stay in one place for long. Seek her out at Saint Markovia's abbey, near the mists." Lastly, she drew, "The Marionette. Look to great heights. Find the beating heart of the castle. He waits nearby." I don't think we've found any of those yet...
But the old hag stealing children mentioned, "There's a Vistani camp to the west, on the shores of Tser Pool, and another on the outskirts of Vallaki. Strahd has undead enemies in Barovia, namely the fallen Knights of the Silver Dragon. These revenants can be found in a ruined mansion west of Vallaki. Strahd's most carefully guarded secret is a temple of forbidden lore hidden in the mountains. The temple can be reached by following the long and winding Tsolenka Pass." I think the Tsolenka Pass could possibly be the Marionette card that the fortune teller drew. "Look to great heights," and "Lore hidden in the mountains," sound like they could be the same thing. And I could be wrong but the undead enemies of Strahd, aka the Fallen Knights of the Silver Dragon, could also be the 1 of coins card, since Revenants are literally skeletons of deadly warriors. We'll know if I'm right if we go to the ruined mansion and see the gargoyles flanking a bed of stone. We met a Knight of the Silver Dragon at one point who said that the leader of his order is named Vladimir Horngaard, and their home is named Argynvostholt.
I don't know about "the mother" or "the wizard's tower," but I hope I'm on track with the other stuff. I don't think there was a windmill, Lae."
(When they arrived, their guide led them to a Vistani village, where they had their fortune read as a group. These were the results. Locations of items to help defeat Strahd permanently. The 2nd bit was from a woman they caught stealing a child from the beginning village. A reminder also: there were rumors about missing children and a windmill.)
Wezroth was an expert on monsters, but vampires as ancient as Strahd were more complicated. It was never as simple as decapitation, the use of magic and silver, or even burning them. The atmosphere in vallaki in combination with his quandaries made it hard for him to really enjoy his bath, so he finished cleaning himself and got out of the tub. He dried off and dressed himself. He slung the loaner weapon in it's scabbard over his shoulder. He went back down to the common area with the party. "I'd recommend we find someone ancient enough to know their weaknesses. To say that ancient vampires are complicated is a massive understatement. We need to find someone who really knows, rumors are usually fantastical and can't be trusted, not fully. Such is the problem with oral tradition, some are so old that any kernel of truth has faded." he said.
Zander nods at Wezroth. "Wise words. I think maybe we should check out the windmill. While it might not help us with Strahd directly, I just remembered that the missing children we heard about were related to a windmill, so we might find them there. I just can't abide by children coming to harm, this place is bad enough. I know it's not one of our goals, and it will probably take some time, but who knows what we'll find? Hopefully alive and healthy children, among other things."

"Thank you Zander.." Lae replies, "I agree we should pursue the missing children ahead of cards so to speak.." Lae takes a sip of his drink, "Should we head out at first light?"
Lae asks of the innkeeper, "Is there anything more you can tell us of the windmill? We can start with why people avoid it..."
"There are rumors about a group of hags who steal children from the villages. They supposedly live at the windmill. Forgive me for overhearing, but I believe you mentioned having run into a woman stealing a child in one of the villages. That was probably one of them if the rumors are true."
"I knew it was a hag! She was way too powerful to be just an old lady. We have to stop this. We've learned a few new tricks, perhaps we'll put a dent in them now. Or maybe convince them to leave."

Wezroth rubbed his chin and took another swig from his bottle of wine."we have to stick around for the festival and to get our silvered weapons remember? If we're dealing with hags we're going to need them. If we rush we're going to get killed and we wont be saving anyone. besides, I doubt strahd is happy about what we did. Something might happen at the festival." he said.

Wezroth dropped a silver piece on the counter. "I'll take the red dragon crush. " He said expressionlessly.
About this time Wijen is done with his bath and attempts to rejoing the group
The man nods at Lae and returns with the bottles, leaving the silver piece sitting on the bar.
Wijen, you return to the church to look for the party, as that is where you last left them. The priest informs you they left for the inn, which you have no problem finding since it is where you met them.
"Thank you very much," Lae nods with a smile.
Wezroth took a bottle. "Thanks. Which room is mine?" He asked
The innkeeper directs you upstairs to the second room on the right, and mentions that the baths are in the room at the end of the hall on the right.
Wezroth went for the baths first. once he was there he took off his clothes and stepped into the tub. He uncorked his bottle and began to sip from it as he washed himself.
Wijen asks around about any strange places that no one goes to assuming that would be the best place for these creatures to have gone

"Zander.. wasn't there a windmill in the cards that vistani crone dolled out?"
(No.)
