Sizan sneaks up just far enough to get a good view of Sackcloth head, sees that fire has been thus far most effective... and then launches throws one of his flasks of oil at it before ducking and hiding out of view again with a mental curse. If only he had some rags, an a bows/arrows on hand. 

Action: Oil Attack: 17 Damage: 4.
(Corrected. Forgot 1d4 from improvised weapon.  Roll added at the bottom. Damage TYPE is to determined by DM, but will still be non-magical). 
(On hit, target is covered in oil. Next fire attack that hits will deal an additional 5 points of fire damage, and target will be consider "on fire").

Bonus Action: (if possible, though if not ignore) Hide action. 
Stealth: 13.

Sizan throws a flask of oil at the creature, shattering it and covering it in oil.

Dori & Cloudfur: You did notice when attacking that these things don't seem as bothered by your attacks as they should have been.

BlanketHead gets up and shrieks at Dori, the glow in it's eyes flashes and you begin to feel overwhelmed.  Make a wisdom saving throw.

Scarecrows ain't no thang.  You shrug it off and if anything only fuels your rage.

Gargan

After the “scarecrow” catches him in the shoulder Gargan snarls fiercely as anger rises up within him. Instantly his only thought is of revenge but despite having seen how effective his previous fire bolt had been he unleashes his dragon breath against the scarecrow.

7 acid damage, DC 12 Dex save for half damage.

When blanket head rises to scream at Dori, the goliath roars in response as he reaches out to rip the blanket straight from the creatures face.

The tabaxi will continue to send forth a thorny vine towards the scarecrow.....

[Thorn whip: 19 Damage: 2] and will opt to not pull the creature towards him

"Begone foul beast, you are an affront to the natural order, by the will of Chauntea, you and your kind shall be wiped from the face of Toril and we will find your masters and do the same with them!"

Gargan you loose a stream of acid at it, but it manages to dodge some of it, taking 3 damage.  Between the fire and acid it's starting to look a little rough around the edges.  It claws back at you in anger, hitting once for 5 and missing the second.

Cloudfur whips the beast with another thorny vine, striking for 2 damage.  It roars in response and breaks free from the vines around it's legs, making it's way towards you.

Dori runs up and grabs hold of the scarecrow trying to rip it's face off.  You get a firm grip on it but are unable to remove the blanket.  While whatever magic it is that's animated it is intact, this would be akin to ripping off someone's face.  It pulls you in closer and it's eyes flash at you again.  Make a wisdom saving throw.

(To keep things moving better while  I'm tied up I'll move Sack and Pumpkin down the initiative order to be the same as blanket.  So everyone take their turns, & Sizan will take 2.)

"EEK!" exclaims the Tabaxi as Pumpkin head breaks free of his entangle and starts coming closer

"No touching!" and he'll clap his hands together and cast Thunderwave

Dori squeezes blanket heads face tighter with one hand as he throws another punch with the other. Then proceeds to drag the scarecrow with him as he walks 15' sw.

Sizan  fought back a scowl seeing Gargan release a breathe of acid. Hopeful nevertheless that enough oil survived the caustic onslaught, he readied another dart when  a shriek followed by the sound of thunder swept across the farm. "No time for hide and seek then." He mutters darkly to himself before again sneaking up to throw another dart, only to dart back out of sight.

Action: Dart Attack Roll: 18 For: 11 of non-magical piercing damage.

Bonus Action: (if possible, though if not ignore) Hide action. 
Stealth: 24. 

"Sizan's 2nd Turn"

Finally noting Gargan's injury, Sizan scowls as he draws forth one of his Shortswords, and goes to suddenly interpose himself between the Gargan and the scarecrow. With any luck, the blade finds it equivalent of a neck before it has time to fully register his sudden reappearance. "Pull back and stick with the fire, if you would be so kind, scaled brother." 

Action: Shortsword Attack: 16 Damage: 8 (if still at advantage from having hid the "previous turn" 10).

 Sizan comes flying out of hiding and impales the sackhead scarecrow with another dart. A huge crack of thunder rings through the air as Cloudfur sets off the thunderwave sending shockwaves through the 2nd scarecrow's body and sending it backward into the vines.  Sizan is startled by the blast but quickly refocuses, jumping in beside Gargan and slashing the scarecrow across the neck - not enough to sever it but it does leave a huge gash there.

Meanwhile on the other side of the field Dori continues to pummel his scarecrow in the face and then starts dragging it towards the rest of you.
