"Hope.... I was wondering if you could help me out... There is a large wolf that I captured that was terrorizing my community and well, maybe you could help me to train it so that it could assist us on our journey... I know you have already done so much I hate to ask for more.." The squirrling will say holding his tail in his hands and looking up to the sky... "I do think we need to go to the north however... I am not entirely sure what we will find... but I think that must be what we need to do..."
Penris waits, watching Krythlynn, trying to imitate her mannerisms. Penris' fingers twitch as she watches carefully, noting any small details. As soon as she notices some, she immediately begins mimicking them.
"It only takes time, compassion, and trust to train an animal. It takes friendship for them to join your journey. Remember that they are just like you; just a bit more aggressive." Hope replies.
Krythlynn notices Penris mimicking her mannerisms, stammers for a moment, her hands briefly covering her mouth in surprise, before saying. "N...no, you are perfect Penris; I'm the flawed one. I'm too small, too qu...quiet. Too scared. Y...you shouldn't be copying me. I sh...should be cop...copying you." She looks very shy; unsure how to handle the attention.
Kip will nod to Hope before closing his eyes tightly and nodding a few more times as tries to memorize every word she says. Opening his eyes again, the squirreling will look back towards Hope and smile before extending his arms once more. "Will I get to hug you again?" He will say with a look of worry on his fuzzy face.
Penris looks at Krythlynn, her round face serious. "No!" she says forcefully. "You are perfect! Don't be shy - you're amazing!" She beams at Krythlynn.
Krythlynn takes a step back in shock before building up the courage to say; "Well, if I'm perfect and you're perfect; the... then we should just be like our... ourselves and each... each other." She says with a smile.
Penris beams again at Krythlynn's words. She looks around at the others, then back to Krythlynn. "Besides spreading the word about you and heading north, is there anything else you need me to do? Anything at all?" She waits, smiling, hoping, that Krythlynn will give her a special job.
"Just be you." Krythlynn says with a smile. She goes; "Oh!" and suddenly remembers to add; "And I guess... also me." Then she giggles; her glasses tilting slightly as she laughs. She straightens them. "Be safe." She says.
Slowly the images of the Gods fades and the stones become cool once more. You find yourselves still standing on the pebble path in the wooded clearing. There is only one exit; and Kip knows the way from there.
"Hey guys! this is where I found my pebble" Kip will say excitedly before pausing a moment. a look of concern. washing across his face. "Watch out though.. there is a jerk wyrwood around.." the squirreling will say placing his hand on his sling .. "Follow me... this way leads to a beautiful house and back towards the road heading north from my village.
“Well, what are we waiting for? Let’s go!” Penris says, grinning widely. She settles her cloak around her, then looks to Mercury, Vanyel, and Ash. “Are you guys ready to go? Did you learn anything from your gods? Krythlynn said to head north, but not much else.” She frowns as Kip’s words register. “A jerk wyrwood? Oh, bother. I don’t want Vanyel getting hurt again. Perhaps I should scout ahead a bit, just to make sure there are no other bandits hiding?”
Vanyel remained silent as they listened to the god's and then once they faded he examined everything around him. "I am not hurt. It will be fine if we face opponents, Just stay behind me. I can take more damage than you all I am sure"

Once back to the cabin, Kip would look to the others before pointing a claw down the path. "This way should take us farther north... Should we rest here a bit in the cabin or is everyone ready to continue north?" The squirreling would say with concern in his eyes as his large fluffy tail twitches behind him.

(Finally free from the holiday. Lol)
(Sorry for falling so far behind. Will work on this asap.)
(Had also hoped to see the others post as well, before I replied.)
Kip, you feel Hope's embrace around you; though not fully tangible. She whispers in your ear; "Follow your heart."
Krythlynn takes a step back in shock before building up the courage to say; "Well, if I'm perfect and you're perfect; the... then we should just be like our... ourselves and each... each other." She says with a smile.
Kip will smile and nod... "Thank you Hope.. I will continue to spread word of your greatness!" he will say quietly.
Penris beams again at Krythlynn's words. She looks around at the others, then back to Krythlynn. "Besides spreading the word about you and heading north, is there anything else you need me to do? Anything at all?" She waits, smiling, hoping, that Krythlynn will give her a special job.

Its isn't long until Kip leads the party along the pebble path, through the darkened trail, back to the wooden cabin. The wyrwood is nowhere in sight.
Vanyel remained silent as they listened to the god's and then once they faded he examined everything around him. "I am not hurt. It will be fine if we face opponents, Just stay behind me. I can take more damage than you all I am sure"
