As Rolen approaches the armed man and asks him to let them through, Kaimos notices the dead guard on the ground. "He's one of them!" he yells as he darts forward slashes at the man with his claws.
(I'm assuming I'd get the bonus unarmed strike from monk and +2 proficiency bonus to hit with unarmed)
(Kaimos is technically LV 0, so you wouldn't have the monk abilities yet; unless the group would prefer more traditional leveling? You may add a permanent +1 for combat though.)
(That's fine. Wasn't sure if we had any of the class stuff or not. First attack was the crit anyway! :P And Tabaxi gives me a 1d4 unarmed attack with claws. Edited to reflect the claws)
Not wanting to set this boat on fire (yet), Kabarr grabs the guard who stumbled back. While grabbing him I cast Produce Flame on him and myself. “Fire and Ice!!! Never got along!” I yell watching him cook in his own armor. Fire damage 8

"When you are quite finished with your cookout, we have a ride to catch." Says Flayr, hurling a mote of fire at any other guards in his way as he walks jauntily and without any hurry towards the storage area.
Flayr's blast startles one of the Ice Elves down the corridor, allowing the gnome fighting them to slip by unscathed. You enter the hall adjacent to Storage Room and can see your spellbook sitting along the side wall, just inside the locked caged door.
The Ice Elf defending himself against Kaimos swings back with his axe.
(Axe Attack: 21, Dmg: 5)
The axe slams into your flesh and a squirt of blood flies forth from your wound. You have never felt pain quite like this; as if half your life was just ripped away.
Pang once again mutters a curse, but then he has an idea. Pulling a hand to his mouth, he attempts to mimic the sound of a rat.
Deception (no mod): 7
(Man I can't roll for crap!)
"Yes, I found loot. Yes, I will share it with you. No, you are not getting the demonic greatsword."

Flayr Flameseeker | Genasi/Fire | Wizard/School of Evocation | Level 2 | Custom Campaign: Cold Cash
(Flayr, you are over towards Storage, not the boats)
Gnook slides in between one of the guards' legs and continues running toward storage.
(Disengage)
"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
If Kabarr is freed from combat he will pick up a sword from a downed ice elf and go to get his and Flayr’s gear.

Kabarr picks up the sword, rushes into the Storage Area, finding it locked, and fairly large; with a plethora of gear laying about inside.
(Opposed Check: 1 Vs Pang's Deception)
"Damn rats." He mutters to himself before seeing the advancing hoard of people. He draws his weapon and waits.
Flayr's blast startles one of the Ice Elves down the corridor, allowing the gnome fighting them to slip by unscathed. You enter the hall adjacent to Storage Room and can see your spellbook sitting along the side wall, just inside the locked caged door.
Kiamos leaps onto the invader, slashing heavily at him. The man falls back, wounded but alive. The crowd halts to a violent stop, seeing combat ahead.
Gnook is soon able to rush down the hall to where two Ice Elf bodies lay, a sword lays nearby.
The unstartled Ice Elf left in the hall raise his arm and spray forth a ray of frost towards Gnook.
(Ray of Frost Attack: 19, Dmg: 8)
Gnook stumbles as the cold takes him; falling unconscious directly behind Flayr.
Kabarr quickly looks around for anything that could function like a battering ram to smash through the lock. Investigation 19
If an athletics check is needed 19

“Looks like all of our stuff. Now let’s get out of here,”. He says to Flayr.
