Kaimos gazes at the people still swimming in the water and takes a deep breath. "No time for weakness," he mutters to himself as he reaches over the side of the boat and tries again to help pull someone in.
Kaimos, the pain is intense; like you are getting cut again. You scream out, but power through the agony; grabbing a Genasi female in a long dress, soaked through, and plopping her onto the boat.

kaimos collapses against the dancer after getting the woman onto the boat, panting at the pain. “Can’t...” he gasps out, looking to the others with pleading eyes, hoping they can get more survivors into the boat.
Through a lot of time, and aid from the other patrons on boats, you are able to get... most of the people onto the ship or lifeboats. It appears that the Salvation went down with the Casino boat.
You find yourself afloat on the cold ocean, its chilled breeze blowing upon your flesh, slowly freezing those that are soaked through.
(You don't need to roll, but you do think the journey may be too far without the aid of the ship potentially pulling all the boats, everyone climbing onto the ship, or for the ship to use it's communication magic to get additional help out here.
What seemed like a 20min boat ride on the casino boat, would take several hours of rough rowing to get back to shore.)
After getting as many from the water, Kabarr says mainly to Flayr but loud enough for all to hear “Let’s take these people back to shore so they can dry off and warm up. We can come back and and tow the rest of the boats in with some help from other vessels. You ok with that?”

"Kabarr, you take care of the ice elf! I'm going to see if I can help the survivors." Flayr yells, reaching out for the drowning people.

Kabarr, you watch the bolt fly through the arm of the elf. He falls back into the water, screaming.
Flayr, the people you seek to help become an issue as they begin pulling you towards the water in their desperation to get aboard the ship.
