Not wishing to face the beast eye to eye, Kabarr drives his greatsword straight at the Merrow’s abdomen.

Using his action surge, he then attempts to tear the fish in two.

 “Can anyone say Filet?”  He grins as the beast is emptied into the cold water.

Kaimos also attacked and dealt some damage.  (Will work more on descriptors in later post, sorry for the lack of quality.  Everyone may post their next actions.)

Gnook slices twice more with his blades, hoping to damage the beast more than last time.

Rolen is going to continue to attack the merrow.

Kaimos continues to attack the Merror in front of him (or the next closest if that one is down before my turn) in a flurry of blows.

Flayr watches, impressed, as his companions devastate the merrow with their successive attacks. (I believe we're on the sea floor. If not, disregard the following action.)

Flayr will search the sand for a suitable rock which he can Catapult at the merrow. (Dexterity Save DC 13)

Damage: 9

Kabarr's blade digs deep into the side of the merrow.  He pushes the blade forward, severing many vital functions, before reversing direction and ripping the blade out it's back.  The subsonic scream this creature makes physically pushes Kabarr back about 5ft, but is otherwise harmless, as the creature dies before you.

Gnook's attacks cut deeper into his target, causing it's blood to start clouding up the area around you.  Rolen's sword cuts deep into the tail of the merrow before him, causing it to angrily growl at you.  His growl is cut short as a large stone shatters over it's head.

Dazed for a moment, blood pouring down his face, the merrow refocuses. (Attack: 25)  His eyes open wide, the look of a predator locking onto Rolen, before he moves towards you.  It suddenly opens it's massive mouth, biting down upon you.  (Damage: 6), carving a chunk out of your leg.  It then suddenly turns sharply in the water, thrusting a massive harpoon towards you. (Attack: 22) (Damage: 16) It pierces deep into your abdomen, your blood filling the water around you; more so after it pulls the harpoon out.

The one on Gnook looks at him like a tasty snack, reaching out it's clawed hand towards your legs. (Attack: 24)  It's fingers just miss grasping your foot; but you motion in the water is enough to flow you towards the merrow's mouth.  (Attack: 10)

Kaimos: 15 AC, 17/17 hp 

Alas, it does hit him.

Gnook's: 18-damage of the attack/18 hp, 17 ac

(Damage: 12) And a snack Gnook became, as the crushing pressure of the bite against the entire side of your body; breaking several of your ribs.

Kaimos unleashes a flurry of attacks, each hitting with a devastating impact; until the merrow before him floats limpless in a pool of blood, leaving only one left, currently chewing on Gnook.

"So that's what my spleen looks like..."

(Thankfully your armor kept your spleen and other organs inside your body.)

Kabarr sees the damage being done to Gnook and springs off the dead carcass of his dispatched Merrow.  Diving at the remaining enemy, he thrusts his greatsword at the mouth of the Merrow.

Attack: 17 Damage: 8

Flayr whips out his quarterstaff and joins Kabarr. Attack: 22 Damage: 5

Rolen is going to move back and try to heal.

Movement: Rolen is going to use his full movement, 30 ft. to back away from the merrow.

Action: Lay on Hands: use all 10 to heal 10 HP

Bonus Action: no bonus action this turn.
