I messed up. I thought anne was a priestess lol. What I meant is that YOU are accompanying the Knight. Then I meant the knight and the mage apprentice lol.
Erve (NPC) Human priestess of Jergal, god of proper burial. Travels to an abandoned temple once destroyed by a demon to look for bodies or relic to properly bury, but went missing since then.
Anne, Human Wizard (Angga) A student from Manaria Academy of Wizardry. Travels to Hillsfar region herself to look for unique herbs, but slipped off a cliff during her travel. After Erve took care of her wound, she travels to Hillsfar to recover (her being human allows her to get into the xenophobic city) but find that Erve is missing during her mission. Accompanied with an Order of the Gauntlet Knight named Aldrik (NPC, otherwise any of you would like to become him), she travels to Elventree to look for people willing to help her on this quest.
Richard, Elf Rogue (Neil) A criminal from faraway place called Ysmir. Has scar on his face due to curse put on a witch. Met Erve and suffers the effect of her exorcism spell due to his curse. Since then he travels the land and find clue that a party will be gathered in Elventree to look for missing Erve.
Noir's Character A native from Hillsfar region, she was also a priestess of Jergal.
Daemus Farthand, Dwarven Barbarian (Dodaem) An acquintance of Erve.
Our other member of the game is Andie, but he said he might be joining tomorrow. If Noir and Dodaem finish their character we can proceed with the story today.
Andie here. Apologies for being MIA as I've been swamped with work. Currently reside in Jakarta, fairly new to DnD. Started playing three-four months ago and have been having a ton of fun. The mechanics of character creation still stumps me though, so am a bit slow with it. Will create a char by tomorrow at latest ya. Oh, a slight correction, am female haha.... Most people get it wrong, but it doesn't bother me, so no worries.
Haha... no worries, DM. My IRL name is Andrea, so it's actually neutral. Some countries use if as a male name, some female. Like I said, it doesn't bother me when people presume wrong.
Here's my character: Got'ta-Go the Second (or Got'ta-Go II for short), a rock gnome bard. Below is his backstory:
Due to a vindictive ex who happened to be a wizard, Got'ta-Go II was cursed with diarrhea that would get triggered whenever he hears the word 'sing'. Which was problematic considering that he was a bard.
Desperate to find a way to lift the curse, Got'ta-Go II traveled all over, trying each and every purported cure that was whispered by townfolks, priests, warlocks, druids, and what-have-yous. None worked.
That was until he heard of a certain priest that *might* be able to help. And so off Got'ta-Go II went to look for Erve, only to find that the priest had been missing.
Little did Got'ta-Go II know that he had misheard the name and should've been looking for the Priest Err instead.
It is a calm morning in the village of Elventree, when a man dressed in armor gathers the village folk and any nearby adventurers in the Village. Beside him a young female with the look of a academy student (Anne).
"Well met people of Elventree! I am Aldrik, an agent of Order of the Gauntlet. Surely you have read from our pamphlets, that one of our member and family - Priestess Erve - has went missing."
some of the villagers begin to murmurs.
"In the mid-day I will go to the abandoned temple, but I can't do this quest alone, especially as rumor of undead seen in the vicinity of the temple. I ask for FOUR brave and capable adventurers here to please help finish this task. Each will be rewarded 50 gold coins! You can see me in the general store as I will be preparing"
(more like mencret-mencret 1-2 jam? Jadi bukan sakit perut doang, tapi juga bukan diare yang ampe berhari-hari. 'Cause yes, diarrhea can kill you. I don't want my char to die, at least not this early in the game haha.... Kalau kejadian tengah jalan ya wis lah, emang nasib doski haha...)
Btw, I'll be using green for RP text, just to make it easier to spot in between the OOC responses. Let me know if you find the color annoying and I'll happily switch to a different one.
A loud dragged out, "Nooooo!!!" echoed through the gathering crowd. Heads turned to look at where it was coming from, but they couldn't see anything. That is, until they looked slightly further down and saw a crestfallen rock gnome. The tail end of his outburst was still reverberating through the outer circle of the crowd when the gnome rushed forward toward Aldrik, desperation dripping from every word, "What do you mean the Priestess has been found missing?"
(ooc: olret saya pake dalem kurung sama ooc buat....ooc)
===DM===
Aldrik jumps a bit, surprised by the emotional Gnome.
"Um, sir, you haven't read one of these brochures?"
He regained his calm.
"She, uh, is a priestess of Jergal. Three days ago the Temple of Jergal in Hillsfar asks her to visit the abandoned temple of Waukeen - three hours from here - to look for relic or body worth properly bury. She hasn't returned since. As The Temple is an ally to The Order of the Gauntlet, I am tasked to gather adventurers to take this mission."
Aldrik's words threw Got'ta-Go II off. Jergal? Why would a Priestess of Jergal know how to deal with bowel issues? He shook his head to get his bearings. No matter. If it worked, then who cared which gods the Priestess served. Maybe the Lord of the End of Everything really would grant an end to this suffering. His resolve solidified, Got'ta-Go raised his hand--very nearly knocking a nearby human on the chin--, "Count me in! Please."

"Hey Anne!"
*both Anne(s) turn their head*
I messed up. I thought anne was a priestess lol. What I meant is that YOU are accompanying the Knight. Then I meant the knight and the mage apprentice lol.
you, who still have no character ready for this, make a priestess named anne please.
@Indraf, so what you meant is that Anne with a NPC knight is gathering and looking for anyone who want to form a party in Elventree's village square?
The rest of us is in Elventree?
perhaps, but maybe it's depends on your character's backstory.
Yep, in Elventree unless you wish otherwise.
Ahem anyway, current casts:
Erve (NPC)
Human priestess of Jergal, god of proper burial. Travels to an abandoned temple once destroyed by a demon to look for bodies or relic to properly bury, but went missing since then.
Anne, Human Wizard (Angga)
A student from Manaria Academy of Wizardry. Travels to Hillsfar region herself to look for unique herbs, but slipped off a cliff during her travel. whoops! sorry for presuming! Welcome Andie! (well now it DOES sound feminine lol)
Well I know how you feel. My name is also sounds girly and always mistaken as a female.
Not that i care, I have read about "Boy who named Sue" before. Now what is weird is my bro has feminine name despite his gender.
Haha... no worries, DM. My IRL name is Andrea, so it's actually neutral. Some countries use if as a male name, some female. Like I said, it doesn't bother me when people presume wrong.

His char sheet: https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/AndieLuke/characters/6164808. Not sure if I made any mistakes filling in the stats (most likely I did), if you find any, am happy to correct them.
Is it legit a diarrhea, the one that really really hurt and need like 2 to 3 days to be cured, or just a terrible stomachache?
P.S. diarrhea can kill you.
Now that we're all here....
