Gauging his distance accurately, Gremryl runs towards the bed, leaping his portly body up into the air, majestic AF, comes into the bed with both legs recoiled and prepared to launch himself from the bedsprings up onto the ledge to lay the holy smite-down upon the Boss Drow...but even with Truesight, it seems Gremryl could not see all. Particularly the height of the ledge that he now hurtles towards.
With great momentum, Gremryl slams into the side of the ledge. To his credit, he was very close to getting a handhold on the ledge...although in better judgment, that would have put him in a truly disadvantageous position against his enemies.
Gremryl slides to the bottom level where he began his turn and thinks about taking Action...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Mikey is gonna attack the target nearest him. I'll use my regular two attacks, my flurry of blows, and I'll use the push open hand technique to try to shove the target away and into the wall for maybe a few more points of damage (dc 13 strength check to resist)? I'll also expend 3 force charges from my bracers to add another D6 damage to one of my flurry of blows that lands.
Mikey will then move around to the far side of the bed he is near and hunker down behind it to get some cover from flying projectiles (move in such a way as to avoid an opportunity attack)
Elmo will move to the edge of the darkness. If Mikey moved 3 squares north, then elmo will move 2 squares (10ft) north west so he has line of sight with the drow.
Elmo uses the darkness to his advatage and attacks from the shadows. After his attack he will use the rest of his movement to find cover in the darkness and attempt to become one with the shadows again.
Mikey's attacks and flurry of blows leave the Gray Ghost reeling from the offensive and laying on the floor unconscious bleeding out of his ears and mouth.
Elmo effectively uses the Darkness to move into a position of cover and then very effectively hides his position from the intended Drow target on the ledge. Aiming Duergar's Spite up at the enemy target, through the sights he sees a red outline of the Drow! Also, very subtly, Elmo swears he hears a whisper...or was it a hiss? There was definitely a sound that the magical bow produced and Elmo understood only the intense malice it has for this race of the Underdark.
Pulling the trigger, it fires a powerful bolt with more speed and momentum than Elmo expected, pushing him back a couple of feet! It swiftly finds it's target - right between the eyes of the Drow. Instantly causing its death. Elmo looks at the crossbow and almost expects it to be smiling at the outcome...
Rowland’s first attack slashes the Gray Ghost across the back viciously. His second attack glances off the enemy’s leather armor as he dodges to the side.
Leon’s attack drives deep into the Gray Ghost causing searing pain! The bloodied Duergar continues to fight till his last breath..:which seems to be approaching quicker than he expected.
The Gray Ghost is now surrounded on most sides by four of our heroes: Elmo, Leon, Rowland, and Gremryl. Mikey is surrounded in Darkness that's being maintained by the Boss Drow's magic.
Gray Ghost - "Boss! I'll hold 'em here!" he shouts as he faces his grim and chosen fate. The Gray Ghost thinks it will bring his family great honor to die in battle like this, and he welcomes this moment.
The Boss Drow, still on the upper ledge evaluates the battlefield...quickly taking multiple possible options into consideration...he adapts his strategy to account for the losses. The Boss Drow has a new plan now. It is to run.
But not before assuring his escape...producing a small vial from his belt, he throws the vial at the Gray Ghost below with enough force to shatter the thin glass and deliver the substances magic from within onto the skin of the Duergar. In moments, the bold combatant turns to a vapor that diffuses across a 10ft by 10ft radius. It circles around those within the gas as if it were a mist.
Boss Drow - "Your house will be honored!" he assures the Gray Ghost below. Then he dashes away from the battlefield and out of sight to all. The Darkness around Mikey vanishes from reality.

Mikey takes in his surroundings and says: “did we win? Everybody ok?!”
Mikey will then loot the bodies of the fallen enemies, but not until whatever the Driw threw disperses.
