It flows towards Iskandar and is seemingly absorbed into his boots. His wounds look a little better (+8hp heal from Hexblade's Curse). He breaths in a sigh of relief, turns to face the gate, and beings collecting green eldritch energy in his left hand.
Action: Ready [Tooltip Not Found] trigger on a hostile creature breaking through the gate. Attack: 14 Damage: 8
(The map is still under the "DM Notes" on the Campaign Page. I'm guessing that Trim wants to be next to cover but further back, so by the SE corner of that northern tree? Does Isk want to be closer for melee, or back for Eldritch blasts? Similar question for Reverie, Jack, and Froskan.)

The northern gate door cracks and splinters into 2 pieces. Squeezing through the gap is an ogre. It is wearing ring armor, and carrying a tree trunk that it used to bash the door. This is an Ogre Battering Ram (BR).
Behind it, you can see another (regular) Ogre (Og). It has to wait for the Battering Ram to get through the gate gap before it can enter. It sees the party, and starts bellowing in Common to something currently out of sight. "Mama, come here! Red bat man say true. Bad tiny things (that) hurt you, here. Smash and eat them!"
