Con save: 7 (Make the save for half damage, which would be 13 (round down, right?), then Cold resistance to half that again to 6?)
(Will ahve to see what I see outside before I decide the rest of my turn)
(That was an amazing 5d6 roll. 27 out of a possible maximum of 30? Thank goodness for save + resistance reducing it to 6.)
The rest of the party sees Froskan plunging through the painfully cold mist in the breach of the ice wall. He is outside, still has his Action, but has used up his Movement.

15' to the east are the other trio. They are next to the wagon, which gives them partial cover.
The creepy woman has grabbed Warton by the throat to carry him. Warton is grabbing her arm to ease the pressure on his neck, but he doesn't seem to mind. The woman has her grey staff under her other arm, and the staff is starting to lift her off the ground.
Darvin is watching the entrance. When he sees Froskan emerging from the shop, he clenches his left arm. His right hand is grabbing his left arm, as if it is painful.

There is an ice wall around the entrance of the shop. Enough damage has been done to make a passage outside, but the freezing air will do damage if you go through it. (There is another set of doors on the north side of the shop, but it is locked, barred, and has objects stacked in front of it.)

(Round 2 action upon coming outside) Seeing the woman starting to lift off the ground, Froskan's mind quickly flicks through his available spells, but none of them seem likely to be of use for the situation. Then his eyes brighten as he remembers his necklace of sorcerer's stone (which I don't think I've actually made use of yet since I got it). He quickly thinks over other spells he's heard of or seen but not learned for himself yet, and settles on a possibility. It's not perhaps the best odds of success, but hopefully better than nothing. He looks back to the woman as her feet leave the ground and raises a hand towards her, channeling his magic through the stones. A twisting pattern of light and color appears in the air surrounding the woman (and Warton and Darvin).
Hypnotic Pattern DC 15 wisdom save or become charmed for 1 minute, while charmed they're incapacitated and speed 0.
(And once again, Round 3 action will depend on the result of the above :P)

If he’s not knocked unconscious, Jack will smirk as he rubs his cold shoulders and stands behind Froskan. “You’re good at that.” He readies a 3rd level Sleep to catch anyone not charmed.
(Sleep Roll: 16. I’m hoping no one has more hp than that, lol)
At the end of last round, Froskan invoked his necklace to create a Hypnotic Pattern. The two villagers are mesmerized (Warton save 9, Darvin save 10), but the creepy woman resists it (save 19).
Jack gets a CON save when passing through the wall of ice, but failed (12), so he takes the 13 points from the frigid air.
(Jack's sleep spell was at 3rd level, correct? That adds another 4d8 = 17 more points.) Seeing that only one of the trio is still moving, he picks a spot where only the creepy winter woman will be affected by Sleep. With 33 points of effect, she doesn't even notice the spell.
Disappointed at the weakness of the two men, she swings her staff, striking Darvin square in the face (10 bludgeoning + 3 cold damage). He is upset at being hit, but calms down when he realizes that the blow ended the charm.
Warton is still out of it. The woman had him gripped by the throat already, so she drags him with her. The staff acts like a Broom of Flying. With 30' of movement, she is flies east away from the shop, over a nearby hut, and is behind cover.
Darvin looks Jack in the eye, and gestures at him with his left arm. The arm is pulsating, the flesh turning an unhealthy grey. "Who was that person inside, with the distinctive voice?" Jack feels the probing of Detect Thoughts, but is unable to resist (WIS save 11). Darvin mutters a puzzled "Trimyrai?", and then runs around the east side of the shop, (temporarily) out of sight.
Trimyrai, Reverie, and Froskan are up. For those inside the shop, wall of ice is starting to melt, but the frigid air is still in effect until next round.

(There is a hole through the Wall of Ice, but that leaves behind super-cold air that still causes 5d6 cold damage if you go through it. With a CON save to halve. That is how Jack and Froskan got outside.
The options are
to go through that hole & take cold damage
find another way out (break the shop walls, or get those locked/barred north doors open)
stay around to make sure the 3 peasants and Mort are okay, and then leave next round when the Wall of Ice is gone
something else that the DM didn't think of )

(I will say that Reverie runs outside the same time as Trimyrai. Using her to-hit roll of 12, she just makes her CON save with a 14, so takes 6 cold damage, which is halved to 3 points by her Boots of Winterlands.
Trim CON save: 18 vs. DC 14 - 13 cold on fail, 6 cold damage on save)
Reverie and Trimyrai run through the frigid air and are outside the shop. They see Jack facing east, and Froskan running to the SE corner of the shop building. They run there (Dash action), in time to see Froskan cast Frostbite on Darvin.
Darvin CON save: 11
Darvin raises up his left arm, which has grey dead-looking flesh, pulsating and coated with slime. The frostbite is deflected by the hand. (He has cold resistance, which Froskan's feat bypasses. But he also has magic resistance, so he had advantage on the spell saving throw.)
