Jack hits the Warton-deep scion for 6 damage (after rage resistance). The other swing (13 to hit) fails to do damage, due to the barbarian Unarmored Defense (AC buffed by CON).
Trimyrai doesn't want to hurt his hands on the ice wall, and remembers he has a rapier. He uses that to bash the ice wall twice (AC 12) for 15 damage total.
(Taking action for Reverie.) Reverie thanks Jack for the 12 point heal. Then she does her flurry of attacks with her scimitar.
Attack1, Berserker Scimitar - 23 Damage - 7
Attack2, Berserker Scimitar - 24 Damage - 6
Bonus Attack, scimitar - 23 Damage - 3
Reverie hits all three times, which does 7 damage after rage resistance.
The hag smashes through the side of the hut. (Athletics: 17 ) Froskan is waiting to greet her with a chromatic fire orb. The impact fails to do damage (11 to hit), and through the steam (fire on ice), she grimaces in more anger.
The deep scion / Warton lets out a Psychic Screech. This terrible sound can be heard to 300 feet away (entire neighborhood alerted), and everyone within 30' is making a WIS save vs. DC 13 or be stunned for the next round.
H: 23 , F: 16 , I: 16 , J: 9 , R: 19 , T: 5
The fish monster then charges north, to try to break through the side of the hut. (Athletics with disadvantage: 13 )

Jack and Trimyrai are stunned this round.
Trimyrai did 15 points of damage to the ice wall, before the scion screech has him clutching his head.
Jack and Reverie did another 13 points of damage to the deep scion (41 total). It is now damaged over halfway. The deep scion burst outside the hut, looking for the hag.
Reverie was healed to 23 HP.
Froskan, Iskander, and Reverie are up. Reverie also gets to do an attack of opportunity for last round, when the deep scion ran north.

The hag is unhurt. Her icy, dead skin resists the attacks by Iskander and the fire bolt.
Froskan's other firebolt hits the AC 15 barbarian deep scion, doing 8 damage (bear totem has resistance to all but psychic).
Reverie to go.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Rolling for Reverie's 2nd attack from her normal action.
Attack, Berserker Scmitar - 23 Damage - 5
Reverie hit Warton last turn for 3 damage, and this turn hits once for 3 damage. (Warton also took 8 fire damage from Froskan.)
Both of Iskander's glaive strikes glanced off the hag without doing damage. Striking her frozen skin is almost like striking plate armor.
The hag reminds you why most people don't like being around someone who is chaotic evil. She yells out to Warton / deep scion: "Get back on your own, if you can. You are slowing me down." (A broom of flying has 40' speed with one, 30' with two.)
The hag raps the heel of the greystaff on the ground, which causes an Ice Storm to rain down on the area around her. It will get everyone, including her and Warton.
Froskan has the option to try to Counterspell the 4th level spell, if he wants. (I will put the results in a spoiler, so don't look until a decision is made on counterspell.)
It will do 6 bludgeoning and 10 cold damage. I'll roll saves for everyone, DEX vs. DC 14. Warton is a barbarian, so gets advantage on the save. Jack and Trimyrai are still in the hut, and get +4 on their saves.
Hag: 4 Takes 6 damage. (immune to cold)
Warton: 15 Takes 6 damage. (Rage resistance)
Froskan: 13 Takes 20 damage. (Resistance to cold)
Iskander: 22 Takes 27 damage.
Jack: 16 Takes 27 damage.
Reverie: 5 Takes 9 damage. (Resistance to cold)
Trimyrai: 19 Takes 27 damage.
The hag grabs her broom, flying low over the ground 40', to get behind the hut to the north. (Iskander will get an opportunity attack, but she has a lot of health left.)
Warton was raging, even before his ride ditched him. He moves to the northeast, around Reverie, but the ice storm slowed his movement. He will take 2 swings at Reverie, who is in his way.
Attack1: 11 Damage: 7 (hit)
Attack2: 26 Damage: 16 (miss)
(I will wait until Froskan decides on Counterspell or not, as that will make a big difference for everyone's health, before I post the updated map. Iskander can roll the opportunity attack now, if he wants.)

(Sorry that the Counterspell didn't work, because the D&DB die-roller was very evil. If you look at the "spoiler" in post 3685, the only ones who made their saves were the Hag, Warton, and Reverie.)
If I've done my math right: Iskander is unconscious, Jack 3 HP, Trimyrai 11 HP, Froskan 11HP, and Reverie is at 1 HP (after that hit by Warton).
The hag is out of sight behind a hut to the north, flying fast and low to the ground... (If she wasn't in such a hurry to get away, she might noticed how hurt the party was, and dropped another Ice Storm on you.)
The Warton / deep scion has taken 47 damage, below half health but still with a lot of fight in him. His barbarian rage is reducing all damage (except psychic).
Party is up. That blue area is difficult terrain this round, from the aftermath of the Ice Storm. (If someone casts a healing spell on Iskander, or uses an action for a healing potion on him, then Iskander can act this round.)

(Alright... with Iskander being healed, I can do what I wanted. Let me know if that doesn’t pan out, then I’ll do something else (revive Isk and do a thing))
”now now, You...” Jack says, shaking his head after the psychic disturbance. “That’s not how ye do it. Let me show you how you do it!” Jack beings a beat on his drums, almost tribal sounding. One bang after another, he begins to cast Suggestion, ever so slightly, onto Warton. “Now.. don’t ye think you should beat that Hag, so that ye can steal her Broom, and she can’t leave ye here to die? Ye know we’ll kill you if he don’t..”
(Am I missing/forgetting 7 damage I took somewhere? I got 6 from going through the frozen air when I broke the wall of ice, then the 20 from the ice storm here, which would leave me at 18. Was there another hit somewhere I missed? Or did you accidentally just take the 27 damage for me when calculating hp instead of 20 from the resistance to cold?)
Reverie casts a cure wound for herself and then go after Warton.
Cast, Cure Wound - 10 (If it is allowed)Bonus Action, attack, Scimitar - 19Damage - 5

Sorry about that. My Internet connection is flakey, so it is easier for me to keep some stats (like AC and HP) in a text file instead of looking them up over and over.)
Due to DM error, everyone can redo your actions for this round, starting from post 3688 on this page. (Or if you still want to do healing, that's fine.). Iskander is still on his feet.
I might still be off a point or so, but these are the HP levels that I think you have at the start of the round: Iskander 5, Jack 11, Trimyrai 22, Froskan 18, and Reverie 9 HP.
Reverie - Update your character for level 6 ! (Aura of protection is a nice ability to have, makes other characters want to stay near you.)
There is also no shame in letting the hag fly away. She still has another Ice Storm ready, and a Cone of Frost...
