Af will position himself 15 ft south of him, which will be west of the Scarecrow. He will wait here at the edge of the wooded area for the Awakened Tree. Looking east he will cast Sacred Flame on the Scarecrow. He looks at the monster, and points to it. "Let your soul burn!" 3Radiant Damage

(Theren's player has been offline for over a day. I'll do his attack, and hopefully he will jump back in for round 3.)
Theren moves to NB2, and makes two short sword attacks.
Attack: 17 Damage: 9, Bonus Attack: 12 Damage: 1
NB2 is down. Reverie attacks NB1, and the scimitar and dagger do just enough damage (combined with Froskan's ray of frost from round 1) to take down the other needle blight.
Froskan deals 5 points of cold to the Scarecrow. (Total of 8 damage to it.)
The Awakened Tree moves 20 feet closer. It's move is slower than the members of the party, but it doesn't seem to be slowed down by the swamp vegetation. It would have Dashed, but it spent its action using the mud to put out flames on its body.
Start of round 3
Scarecrow makes two claw attacks on Jupiter. Attack: 13 Damage: 8, Attack: 4 Damage: 7
Jupiter is unconscious. The scarecrow moves next to Froskan and Katrina.
Jupiter makes a death saving throw: 12
Jupiter is down. Needle blights are dead.
Initiative order for Round 3: Scarecrow (done), Jupiter (unconscious), Katrina, Jack, Af, Theren, Reverie, Froskan, Awakened Tree

Jack continues casting Viscous Mockerey with the continuation of his song
So we can not die from STUPID plants
one blight at a time we will watch our backs
Time crawls on when my song is about to start
So shoot fire at treezilla's cold black heart!
3 physic damage on failed dc13 wisdom save and disadvantage on attack next turn
.Jack continues to move backward as he moves behind Theren. Jacks songs are so awesome, they inspire Theren to try and kill the scarecrow. (Gain a bardic inspiration, Theren)

Reverie looks at the scarecrow moving closer to two of her allies but she also finds the Awaken Tree. Within a moment, she moves to the Scarecrow and uses her scimitar to attack. Then, she uses her dagger to pierce into this enemy.

Reverie looks at the scarecrow moving closer to two of her allies but she also finds the Awaken Tree.
(The tree is 40' away from RF on the map. You wouldn't be able to melee attack the tree this round.
You could use your 30' of movement to get next to the Scarecrow. If you change your mind, don't forget that you can use your Bonus action to attack with the dagger, after the Attack action with the scimitar.)

Katrina darts around the scarecrow as best she can, heading for Jupiter. She can't just let her teammate pass out without protection! She doesn't want to use any healing, though, since that would mean she wouldn't be able to sheild herself if she has to. Instead, she casts the cantrip Spare the Dying to be sure jupiter will stay stable.
(OCC: Katrina, I can get Jupiter if you wish to do [Tooltip Not Found] or another action. It's my primary job to bring people back to life lol. Unless, you want to continue the action, let me know.)
((OOC: Hm, on the one hand you do have a point with healing being your thing. On the other hand, 'Katrina rushes in to danger to help' is pretty in character for her... In any case, spare the dying only stablizies people (stops their HP from falling further past 0 unless they're actively attacked) so Jupiter kinda still does need healing. If you're okay with it, I think I'll continue the action. Let me know if I'm stepping on your toes or anything though, k?))
(Can always docan IC discussion after the fight to tell Katrina she doesn’t need to use spare the dying in combat unless you aren’t able to heal for some reason)
(OCC: No worries. Play your character. I'm enjoying her. Dual support system is real nice :) )
Af Brazenell
Seeing Katrina spare Jupiter, Af smiles at her and nods. He rushes towards the Scarecrow and stands in between Jupiter' and the creature. He speaks to his holy symbol and says, "Heal."
While still facing the Scarecrow, he cast Healing Word on Jupiter 3HP Gained.(Bonus Action)
Still keeping the symbol to near his lips, he says, "Burn." He points at the Scarecrow once more and casts Sacred Flame5Radiant Damage (Action)
"Come get me!" Af taunts. He grabs his mace and puts his shield up.
(I think you need to do that in the opposite order. Bonus actions first means no action.)
(It's all good. You state what you want to do with your Action, Bonus, and Movement, then you are allowed to mix and match in any order you want. In any case, there is no real change in flipping the order: Sacred Flame-then-heal.)

Katrina warily edges around the Scarecrow, and is able to reach Jupiter for the Spare the Dying.
Jack edges to the west, to get a sightline on the Tree. He will have to be careful, because the northern edge of the clearing has some small brush fires from the Blights that were burned by Katrina and Af.
ATree WIS save: 4
Is that sap running down the face of the tree? It isn't handling Jack's mockery well at all. (3 more points, total of 17 points, still very healthy)
Scarecrow DEX save: 10
Af notices that Jupiter is exactly 20' away from the tree. He pulls Jupiter 5 more feet away (so the tree can't attack him next round), heals him (now conscious), damages the Scarecrow with holy light (5 more points, 13 total damage, still in good shape), then moves next to it.
(Theren is next. Reverie has pre-posted, then Froskan)

Froskan backs up from the skeleton (aware that it could get an AoO. If it takes it and hits with less than a 20, Frosken uses Shield to avoid it), then launches a ray of frost at the tree, hoping to slow it down even more.
Attack: 15 Damage: 8 (and -10 movement speed on a hit)
Reverie also slashes at the Scarecrow, doing 3 points with the scimitar (since it has resistance to the non-magic weapon damage).
Froskan steps away from the Scarecrow (opportunity Attack: 7 Damage: 5 )
Froskan is slashed by the Scarecrow, taking 6 points of damage. (Shield would not help.) He gets a line of sight on the Tree, hits it with a ray of frost, then moves 20' to create distance from the Tree.
The Tree uses the Dash action to double move, trying to reach the party. It's frozen limbs are only able to move 20' total this round.
End of Round 3. Start of Round 4
The Scarecrow makes 2 slashes: Af (provoking it) and (rolls offline) Reverie.
Versus Af Attack: 21 Damage: 6
Versus Reverie Attack: 5 Damage: 5
Jupiter stabs the Scarecrow with his spear: Attack: 21 Damage: 8
The Scarecrow had exactly 2 hp left, so Jupiter's stab causes it to crumble in pieces. (Normally, I'd need saving throw versus fear for Froskan, Af, and Reverie, since they were hit, but you can't be afraid of a pile of debris.) Jupiter uses his bonus action to transfer the Hex onto the Awakened Tree (disadvantage on DEX saves), and then uses his remaining 25' movement to go east.
Notes: Before it was destroyed, the Scarecrow hit Froskan for 6, Af for 5, and Reverie for 5. (All are still active.)
The Awakened Tree has taken a total of 25 points of damage. It still looks "healthy". It moves slower than the party, but isn't slowed by the plant life rough terrain.
The brown area has the tree log traps. If you go faster than half-movement in that area, you risk setting off the trap.
