(By my count, I'm about 105-110 feet from H2, chromatic orb has a 90 foot range, so move 15-20 feet forward to launch orb at H2, then move back behind the wagon for cover against ranged attacks)

Reverie casts the Shield onto Katrina, then moves 25' to the NE, crouching behind some crates. She throws her dagger towards the bandits at B2 and hits, wounding one of the two.
The Bandit Captain curses to himself. The only ones with ranged weapons were the regular bandits, and the idiots shot before the rest of them were in melee range. He Dashes to double move 60'. He is now 2 squares W and 1 square N of the current position of half-ogre #1, and crouched behind the table for cover.
(Jack will go later.) Theren throws a dagger at one of the B1 bandits. They are barely within the dagger range, and it just hits one of them. (No sneak attack possible this round.) He pretends to be running north, ducks down behind the wagon, and crouches underneath it, concealed in the shadows (about 5' east of where he started).
Froskan steps 15' east, and launches a spell at H2. Despite being 8' tall and 450 pounds, it moves quickly, and is able to see the Orb coming and evade it. Froskan takes cover behind the wagon, about 5' north of Theren's previous position.
The thugs and half-ogres use Dash to double move. H1 is now 15' SE of Theren's previous position. T1 and H2 move 60' directly west. T2 moves 50' west, 10' south (about 15' away from Reverie's position).

Once the half-ogre (H1) comes into view, Af grabs his holy symbol and casts Sacred Flame. 8Radiant Damage,
He then moves NE about 30 feet. He takes cover behind barrels, crates, and the wagon. He smells the whiff of fish not far from the spot. He notices that he hasn't eaten. He readies his shield and his mace, with a bit of a gurgle in his stomach. "Not now." He says to himself.
Katrina swears under her breath, snapping the arrow's shaft so that it doesn't get in the way. She's not stupid enough to try to dig the arrowhead out, though, even if the pain will make casting anything that requires movment difficult. Speaking of movement, she finds herself too far away from the fighting to be of much use. She runs to the boxes east of her andtakes cover.

Katrina moves behind some crates, and sees the half-ogre H1 within range. A sticky green glob flies from her hand, and it hits H1 in the chest. It howls in pain from the acid. (Good amount of damage, but it is still combat-ready.)
Af tries to target the same spot with divine light. (Half-ogre DEX save: 19 ) Just missed.
The other bandits are little more than peasants who have turned to crime. They move 30' closer to the party, shoot with their slings and crossbows, and then drop them to pull their crude hand weapons. Reverie is targeted by both bandits at B2. The others take a shot at Jack, Af, Froskan, and Katrina. Half of the attacks are with slings, who get disadvantage due to the range. (If they hit, 4 damage.)
Jack is hit for 4 points. (But it isn't his drumming arm, so shrugs it off.) The other shots scatter off the wagon and crates.

T2 takes a brutal blow, but is still fighting. It is sent sprawling, prone and knocked back 10'.
The bandit captain yells loudly at his men. "Attack them, you cowards!". He moves 30' closer, staying behind crates and tables for cover.

The half-ogre, already with severe acid burns, is unable to endure the additional psychic pain, and slumps over, no longer breathing. Jack was thinking about trying to take it prisoner, but these things are very strong, and very dim. Better to improve the odds first... and some of the others will be more knowledgable, he thinks.
