Clarion nods at your request, and sneaks to the village. After an hour, she returns with a mound of clothing several times larger than she is. (It looks more like a levitating pile of laundry, than a pixie carrying clothes.)
It is mostly cloaks and sacks, curtain drapes and carpets. "Clothing that fits sprites and brownies will hardly fit you. And we need to cover your armor and weapons. The fit won't be good, and the colors are drab... You can emphasize that you are from the Other World. Claim that the colors and cloths are what you are used to."
She also hands you a variety of paints. "Maybe color up your faces to make you seem more exotic? Don't worry, none of these are toxic on your skin... I think..."
Clarion adds: "I will be staying here. I would be recognized right away if I was with you. I'll try to watch over you from a distance, but I won't be much help." (somberly) "If you find a way to help my people... I won't be able to thank you enough."
You have time to make yourselves seem unconventional, more like entertainers than adventurers. When you are ready, you can leave your hiding spot and go to the village.
(What do you say to the village guards when they approach you?)

Reverie looks down on the paints for a moment, deciding which might be a good disguise... Maybe blue paint. After putting blue paint on her face and hands, she put the cloak around her. When the guards approach to them, Reverie remains in silence but standing beside of Trimyrai.
(I am wondering if her face can be cover partially by her comprehending helmet?)

Reverie Forestgleam—Human Paladin Level 5 in Frontier City of Nunkreet Extremely busy and busy as ever recently, but I will trying to catch up as much as I can
Isk covers himself with the drab gear, dismisses his glaive into its hiding place, and uses the blue paint to put a stripe running down the left side of his face, from hairline to chin.
(I am wondering if her face can be cover partially by her comprehending helmet?)
(OOC: I hadn't considered what style the helmet is. You can decide if it is a full closed helmet, a wider face opening like a barbuta, or something like a kettle hat... Even if the helm only covers the top of her head, she can use handkerchiefs or drape cloths over the top, to make a veil-like head covering.
Trimyrai: (to the guards) "Hello there, We are a troupe of traveling entertainers, perchance can we stay here to rest, and as a thank you we could perform for your whole village."
The sprite, brownie, and pixie guards number a half dozen. They are dirty and roughed up. The sergeant of the group responds to Trimyrai: "In normal times, you would be welcome. Even now, mirth and cheer is needed here. But for your own good, you should leave now. The current chieftain is erratic, and does not appreciate strangers. You would not be safe here."
Before more can be said, a redcap pokes its head out of the entrance of the large (oversized) hut. (loudly) "Intruders in the village! Guards, bring them before the magnificent lord!"
The guards reluctantly gesture with their spears for your party to move to that hut.

Isk, not really knowing how a troupe of entertainer's are supposed to behave, says, "Thank you good sir, come friends, let us practice our art." He performs a flourished bow and heads in.
Jack smirks. His time has come! He dresses himself in bright, flamboyant colors, fitting for the Feywilds. A mixture of Red, Green and a Tad of Purple, just enough to make him stand out but not be an eyesore. As the crew approaches the hut, Jack takes the drums that are always at his side, and plays a Deep, Slow, yet Rhythmic Drumroll. “Thank ye, everyone! Soon, you shall have the performance of a Lifetime! If only the Magnificent Lord himself would allow us to properly entertain him, that is!”
The hut is oversized compared to the rest of the village, and you soon see the reason why. This log hut was built to house the throne of the fomorian. Clarion described Rufus to you, but it is another thing to see in person. Twisted body, eyes that can curse you, size of a giant... even seated he stares down at your group.
(Legends say that originally, the fomorian race was amongst the most beautiful of the fey. They also possessed arcane knowledge, a burning ambition, and wickedness in their hearts. Eventually, their bodies became as deformed as their shriveled hearts.
He is surrounded by trays of half-eaten food. The sprites and pixies serving him are dirty with food and garbage thrown at them. A smaller group of wicked fey standing next to Rufus (redcaps, quicklings, and the like) are in good spirits at the sad faces of the villagers.
Rufus looks at your group with bloodshot eyes. "Strangers, in my village? Why are they here? To steal my wealth? Assassins to kill me? Guards, have them..."
(The party has a chance to interrupt before he finishes his current statement.)

Being rather distinctive as a silver dragonborn, Froskan doesn't try to hide what he is, but settles for using the blue paint on his face and upper body with the blue paint, making him look much more barbaric instead of appearing as the bookish scholar and magic-user he really is.
(Ah, leave the convincing to a Bard. Good choice.)
”Magnificent Lord, if I may call you that-“ Jack, of course, stops the rhythmic drumbeats to bow down for a moment, smirking as his head faces the floor. It was best to appeal to the fomorian, who likely had an ego. “- I can see why they call you so Magnificent now, in your large size and humble stature. To steal from you is not our plan. We’re humble travelers, you see, and we have ventured through the Feywilds in search for inspiration. However, we’ve gotten lost. All we ask for is a small time of rest in this village, and we’ll be on our merry way. We’ll even give compensation, in the form of entertainment! There’s a reason for the clothes and the beat, after all. Would you grant us a stay, Great One?”
The party, who’s known Jack for a while, could tell he was acting. He was boasting his voice, speaking overdramatically. By the way he tried to take advantage of the Fomorian, it had almost seemed like he’s done things like this before. But that’d be ridiculous- right?
(OOC: Either Deception, or Performance if you want to distract him that way. Your choice.)

Rufus stops in mid-rant, mesmerized by the music going on before him. He pinches himself, to make sure he isn't being Charmed, but the warmth in his shriveled-prune of a heart is not from magic. It is all from the music.
Even his group of toadies have paused their abuse of the villagers to listen to the performance.
(Someone else should speak up while Jack is in the zone. Or do something to aid in the performance... You've waited long enough to see that Rufus has mellowed out, but you don't want to wait too long, and lose the advantage.)
