Trim and Froskan demonstrate some impressive shots (timed with the louder, intense parts of Jack's music).
But Rufus notices the bow. "You let them in with potentially lethal arrows?" The redcaps around him, sensing they will be the first to endure his anger, try to mollify the fomorian. "It is only part of their act, not threats." They look towards your party for help.
(EDIT: I just noticed that Jack had the same thought that I did. Since his performance was so good, it is taking longer for Rufus to pull out of his stupor.)

(Oh dear, maybe Reverie could do some speak...)
Reverie looks at Rufus and asks him politely. "Dear Magnificent Lord, the tricks of my fellows are indeed for the entertainment. He is our valuable member in this group, and we humbly request you to understand." She shifts her eyes to the party. "As you know, good lord, we are lost and have no place to stay, no foods, and no protections. Would you be able to show us your kindness to this poor and lost group?"
Reverie Forestgleam—Human Paladin Level 5 in Frontier City of Nunkreet Extremely busy and busy as ever recently, but I will trying to catch up as much as I can
“Forgive my crew.” Jack cuts in, as the others begin shooting arrows around and Reverie makes an argument that of which doesn’t sound quite convincing. “They can get excited at times, your Greatness. As my good friend Reverie said-“ Jack winks at the Paladin. “We’d just like Shelter, as we wish to travel. We hopefully won’t stay long. We’ve been rejected once by the Guards already, men not even close to your Position. Surely, someone of such great Power would be kind enough to grant us pass, to allow us to stay?”
Isk thrusts his hands outward and the spectral wings of his angelic heritage appear. He says, "Great Lord, forgive me, i was late on my que! The arrow shots are indeed a part of our act wherein i take to the skies, " He leaps up however high he can go given the confines of the structure, "and am thusly made to dodge trick shots of ever increasing accuracy. Think of it like an aerial version of tying a young woman to a bullseye and nearly missing her with thrown daggers."
Reverie frowns slightly, guessing her word doesn't fit in this situation. Witnessing Jack's wink, she smirks a bit as her head shakes slightly. Then she witnesses Iskander's wings, realizing she had never seen his wings before. Amazing! After that, she gazes at Rufus for a moment, waiting for his words.

(Yeah, Jack is on fire. I wanted to get the entire group involved, but sometimes you stick with the hot hand.)
Rufus was fingering his spiked great club, and looked ready to (figuratively) explode. However, Jack is able to cover for the awkwardness of the other members of the party.
Rufus calms down slightly, but still looks at the party with suspicion (with his evil eye), especially after seeing the archery skill and the angelic wings. Jack's words do seem to make him a bit curious. "Allow you to stay? Rejected! You are no mere entertainers. There is no reason to give shelter to liars, thieves, and assassins. You had best speak of your true motives, now."

“Not true Entertainers!?” Jack speaks back. ”Why, I have practiced for a long portion of my Life, to learn how to entertain. I know several instruments, several acts to play! Our friend with the Bow and Arrow over here, he’s regarded as the best archer in our troupe. He could hit a Pixies wings from a hundred feet away, and cause no harm to both the Pixie and his Arrow! Our Angelic Friend, he’s an expert acrobat, able to dodge the most fearsome attacks from within the air. We have done nothing wrong, and yet you accuse us! Despite evidence to the contrary, Jack has everyone believing what he is saying.
When the party lets out a "huzzah!" at Jack's pride in being an entertainer, the villagers in attendance brighten up and join in the cheer. Even the redcaps around Rufus join in (and then cower away when Rufus glares at their personal betrayal).
Seeing that everyone is supporting Jack (and the party), Rufus sits back in his chair, and uncomfortably tries to act like he also supports the entertainment.

Jack, meanwhile, provides a background celebration music with his Drum and certain vocal cues. Just to lighten the mood, after all, this is the 3rd time asking!
(Sorry for the delay on my end. Busy, busy, busy.)
Jack is keeping the room atmosphere bright and cheery, which displeases Rufus (who wants everyone cowering in fear of him). Reverie sees the opportunity to ask (in a noble manner) the third time for hospitality.
Rufus: "Outrageous! I won't..." A nearby redcap hurriedly jumps onto Rufus' shoulder before he can say more. The redcap whispers in his ear, gesturing towards the villagers (who are clapping along with Jack's drum beats), at your group, and at the villagers again.
Rufus squeeze the mug in his hand until it shatters. Scowling at the party (Jack in particular), he grumpily states: "I won't... hesitate to have a band of entertainers stay the night. As chief of this village, you have the hospitality of these sprites and pixies. You may have them serve you food, and wash your clothes, and sleep in their tents." (snorts in ill humor) "If you can fit in their tiny tents... Sleep well, I will deal with talk to you in the morning."
Rufus stomps on his way to another room in this hall, and slams the door behind him. (He kicks anyone nearby as he exits, whether pixie or redcap.) There are still redcap guards eyeing the party, but they keep a respectful distance from your group.
The pixies and sprites in the hall, although weary and grungy, ask how they can serve you (as honored guests for the night).

Trimyrai: (to the party, in a whisper) "So Clarion, Now that we are in, what kind of promise would you suggest we try to make Rufus agree to? Or is there another way we can free your people?"
Trim suspects that Clarion is eavesdropping somewhere nearby, but won't be able to get near to respond while you are being watched.
Reverie: "Maybe we can have some foods after we get their tent."
A pair of redcap guards wheel over a cart with some food, and yell for some of the villagers to give it to your group. It looks good, but before you reach for it, your server subtly shakes his head side to side. When the redcap guards aren't looking, he pantomimes like he is sneezing and spitting on the food that was just brought to you.
A nearby pixie slides over some plates of lower quality food, but from their expressions, this food has been prepared properly.
After a short while, the villagers say that 5 tents have been set up nearby. They are not very large, but they are grouped together. (OOC: You can set up night watches and keep track of each other.)
As you step outside the hall into the night air, a redcap behind you stumbles out. He is walking clumsily, hiccuping from too much drink . He collapses to the ground 5' away from you. The pouch on his waist breaks open, revealing dozens of gold coins. "Oh... I should not have drunk so much. I can't get up, let alone protect my money."
For Froskan, Iskander, and Reverie:
Every so often, the redcap on the ground looks at your group with clarity, before going back to his drunken act. Not a very good performance.
For Jack and Trimyrai:
You notice 4 more redcap guards behind nearby buildings, watching your group from hiding spots. Three of them are twitchy with their weapons. A fourth has a horn near his lips, like he is waiting to blow on it.
