(For Iskander, both Hex and Phantasmal Killer are concentration. I assume Hex was dropped?)
And Brin isn't being very nice to the monster that is trying to kill you. INT save vs. DC 17 (with advantage due to magic resistance): 17 (barely failed)
Iskander is able to step back out of melee range of the slaad, since Brin has whipped it good. (Link to Devo video "Whip It".)

"Stop!" Ana's command clearly meant to the monster. "Give it up, cooperate and you won't come to any more harm. You're an intelligent creature, whoever you are, so stop this nonsense!"
Edit: Guess it would help if I said it's a Wis save vs DC 14 to resist it. On failure it stops dodging and ends its turn.
(Hectically busy days! I am so sorry for being inactive. I will try to catch up! I am also having a hard time because my notification doesn't seem to work. *grunts*)

Reverie Forestgleam—Human Paladin Level 5 in Frontier City of Nunkreet Extremely busy and busy as ever recently, but I will trying to catch up as much as I can
WIS save (w/adv.) vs. Command: 6 Being a dumb mass of otherworldly toad muscle isn't helping against the spells. The muscles tense, as the slaad wants to move, but it stands still.
Trimyai and Reverie are still up. (Attacks are normal, as it is no longer dodging. And on its turn the slaad can only move or attack, not both. EDIT: Since it was commanded to "stop", I guess it can't even move or attack.)

Reverie Forestgleam—Human Paladin Level 5 in Frontier City of Nunkreet Extremely busy and busy as ever recently, but I will trying to catch up as much as I can
(Reverie's bonus action attack with the magic scimitar is just like her other attacks, so she gets her STR modifier added to the damage of that attack too.)
With the blue slaad a sitting duck (toad?), standing still due to the Command, Reverie strikes it 3 times for 31 damage. Trimyrai hits it with an arrow (11 damage), and pauses before firing his second arrow. The slaad slumps to the ground lifeless, blue ichor spilling from its open wounds.
(OOC: Iskander's glaive has the wounding property. So the slaad wasn't regenerating, even before its death.)
Combat is over.
If you have forgotten what was in post 4560, this is a copy of the description of the inside of the warehouse:
The warehouse door is in the middle of the south wall of this building. The door is closed. It takes just a moment to look around. The ground inside the warehouse is almost bare dirt and dried stubs of grass. There are small piles of garbage scattered about, but not much else. There is a table in the middle, messy with food that the sergeant was eating. There are multiple chains lying on the ground, with (empty) manacles attached to the ends.
Near the west wall are two prone people. One is filthy and covered in ratty rags. The other is in a uniform and mostly clean. You notice that both are shackled in chains.
Iskander is feeling a bit queasy. The claw wounds from the blue slaad carried a contagion known as the chaos phage. This disease prevents him from healing hit points. (Reverie was also slashed, but her paladin ability Divine Health makes her immune to diseases.)

Brin pauses a moment, making sure none of their enemies were simply getting back to their feet. Once sure, he then moves over to the filthy prisoners and stands over them. "Who ye be and what be going on here?" He demands of the two, planting his fists on his hips.
"Friends, I am not..." Isk starts and then dry heaves a little, "I am not feeling quite as, tip top as I normally do. I think the claws on that thing carried some sort of poison." He finds a pillar or post to lean against and catch his breath.
Looking over the puddles that used to be the guards, your party has time to trade information. This was probably an oblex: an intelligent ooze that can steal memories and create replicas of people from those memories. Those thin lines of slime (that Ana noticed earlier) connected the replicas to the main body of the oblex (which you haven't seen yet).
Iskander feels better after Ana's restoration. He is still wounded from the fight, but no longer has that icky sick feeling. (OOC: If Ana ever gets low on spell slots, Reverie's Lay-on-Hands can also cure diseases.)
Brin looks over the prisoners, both still shackled to chains that are embedded into the ground.
Trimyrai recognizes the first man (in filthy rags) as someone from his (former) village. Not a friend or close acquaintance, but Trim recognizes the face. The man is not responding. He is moaning, unconscious, sweating heavily, and appears in poor health. You notice (through the gaps in the rags) that he has been slashed all over, probably by the Blue Slaad. The party knows that some slaads (like the ones you faced weeks ago) infect people with their tadpoles, using them as hosts for a new slaad. This blue species is different, using the chaos phage to infect people, which eventually turns them into slaads.
The second prisoner is wearing the garb of a city guard and in good health. On closer inspection, he looks just like one of the (oblex replica) guards you just fought. He is in a daze, staring at nothing. After Brin barks questions at him, he stays in a fugue state, but starts mumbling. He alternates and repeats between "ordered to patrol the slums from night until noon" and "nothing unusual happened".

"Not going to be getting nothing out of those two." Brin says as he steps away. "Let's find this creature and finish this off..." He looks around for where to go next, that might hold the puppetmaster.
((trying to avoid metagaming here. Medicine check to see if they are sick: 25 and if so she will cast lesser restoration again))
With the danger apparently past, and Isk cured of whatever ailed him just then, Ana turned her attention to the prisoners. She squatted next to them and examined them to determine what they required most, what treatment if any was appropriate. She spoke to the others over her shoulder. "We need to set them loose. Can you please see if you can find a key?"
Isk inspects the chains - OOC - are they long enough that he could strike them with his glaive without hitting the prisoners?
(OOC: I should have described them better. Also, no one has tried to force open the manacles so far. If you make a decent check roll, I'd say you could pry the manacle lock loose with the glaive blade.)
These are 5' lengths of chain, with one end anchored to the ground, and the other end in manacles. There are a dozen scattered across the floor. All of them have the rust-red splatters indicating past prisoners struggling to get their arms or legs out of the shackles.
Isk notices that the two chains in the center of the warehouse do not have manacles (but still have one end buried in the ground), and are stretched out in parallel lines, about shoulder width apart.

(Oof, for that roll... but you still get something since you asked.)
Just the end of a length of chain. Both chains are buried in roughly the same area. The loose ends are on the ground a short distance from each other. The loose ends look more worn than the rest of the chain, like something has been grabbing them.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Brin looks around to see if he can find where this slime thing they believe is the source of the problem here might be hiding, or a door they have not looked through yet to find the thing...
