“Hmm. How do ye lure a bat out..... I don’t know. But mosquitoes? Ye need a creature. Mosquitoes like blood, right? Trim, go in the cave!” Jack says that last part in a playful manner, chuckling at what he beleives is a funny joke. “I’m not a good cook, bud. I don’t know if any of us are. But can’t Predistigination make things smell appealing?”
Trimyrai: (to the party) "You right, silly of me to not think of that. i could cast Prestidigitation to create a smell, but i need to have a smell in mind when i cast the spell. am i to make it smell like blood?"

(For Froskan: I was going by Wikipedia - Daylight, but then again, I suppose this is a game system where you can have a comic-book monologue in the space of a sword swing.)
(For Jack & Trim: The dwarves have rations... I'd also say that you could get them to chase a small deer towards your party, which Trim could take down with an arrow. So if your plan requires a newly dead animal of that size, you've got it.)

Reverie frowns as soon as she smells blood-like around. But she decides to wait until the creatures could come out from the dark cave.

(Trim would be further back. Your group was flushing out something, even if it wasn't stirges, so would be battle ready. I think the normal formation is Reverie-Jack, Froskan-Trim.
Jack: Thanks for reminding me about half-elf advantage on charm saves. Saved me from making a mistake later on. :-)
After Reverie gets her rolls in, I'll present the bad news for all those WIS saves.)

Reverie frowns as soon as she smells blood-like around.
Before Reverie can complain about the awful smell, your party can hear a noise from inside the cave. Despite how deep the creatures are in the cave, you can hear... stomach growling noises. And lip smacking.
And feathers rustling. Three figures of human size are moving towards the opening. As your party is prepared to send ranged attacks through the entrance, you hear... singing. A blend of elvish voices and birdsongs. These 3 creatures are Harpies! They have flown from deeper inside the cave to 10' inside the entrance, drooling over the smell of blood and meat.
Folk lore says that all males will be entranced by the harpy songs, while women are unaffected. In truth, the charm spell of their song can entrance or be resisted regardless of your sex. Reverie is about to comment on this, when she sees the 3 men in the party march into the cave. Froskan, Jack, and Trimyrai are now 10' inside the cave entrance, within melee range of the harpies, charmed and incapacitated.
Reverie is up. (She is the last to act in the round.) She can move to melee range of any of the 3 harpies, if she wishes, or fire her crossbow from outside the cave.
After Reverie is done, it is back to the top of the initiative order, with the harpies ready to claw at their entranced victims. (For those charmed, you get another WIS save at the end of your next turn. Oddly enough, attacks from the harpy that is singing to you do not trigger a save attempt.)

Reverie frowns as soon as she saw three harpies. When she tries to warn the rest of her companions, she witnesses them going towards the harpies. "Damn," she murmurs as she lifts her heavy crossbow. "Everyone stay back!"

(Reverie: You have 3 possible targets. Since you didn't pick one, I'll say that you aimed for the one in front of Trim, as you are using the crossbow you got from him.
Jack: I was going to use that other d20 you already rolled, but in this case I'll use the one you just did. Fortunately, the DC is 11.)
Reverie gets a solid bolt hit on the harpy in front of Trimyrai (H3) for 9 damage.
The harpies use their Bonus action to continue their songs, while also clawing and swinging a club at the ones in front of them.
At the end of his turn, Froskan blinks a little more heavily, but is still charmed and incapacitated (this was the next d20 roll of 7). Trimyrai responds to Reverie shout, and snaps out of it. Jack cringes at the singing, and his distaste for their music breaks the charm.
Reverie is up again. Jack and Trimyrai have their Reactions, but won't be able to act until next round. Froskan is still charmed (sorry). Froskan took 3 club damage, Jack 5 club damage, and Trimyrai 4 claw damage.
