Lumin identifies some plants which are often used to prevent infection and reduce swelling in fresh wounds.

Walking over to his masked compatriot, Lumin applies some of the materials to Leo's wounds. Medicine check 15

[NATURAL 20, WHAT WHAT :) ]

Once he's done helping Leo, he looks at the group, and without realizing it, he taps his rapier, whip, manacles, and net--counting to 4 as he does.

"I just need something to ease the pain," Leo replied, wincing as Lumin applied the salve to his wounds. Nodding a "thank you" to Lumin, Leo took Stan's mess kit, Leo began to boil some water. After it got to a suitable temperature, Leo added the speckled leaves, boiling them until they were soft. Taking the pan off of the fire, Leo let it cool for a moment before pouring the water into two of his glass vials. Handing one to Stan, he said, "Give that one to Grungle. I'll make some more in a bit, but right now, I think Hubert is in need of attention. And someone should check on Zahim, that last comment was concerning."

Medicine to determine what's up with Hubert: 12 (Disadvantage because of exhaustion: 6)

Stan will carefully offer the calming drink to Grungle. "Hey there big guy. Sun's getting real low, sun's going down. Leo made you nice drink to help you relax.", Stan says as he holds the vial out to Grungle.

Leo finds that the severe mental and physical stress of the previous night has resulted in Hubert contracting partial amnesia.

Grungle is reluctant at first but soon drinks down the 'tea'. He feels his nerves begin to relax, combined with the exhaustion, begins to dose off.

Hubert sits on the ground, staring forward, barely breathing or moving.

Seeing the others being treated after finishing with Leo, Lumin will move off to the side, lean against a tree, and attempt to work on his own wound. Medicine check 11 [OOC: sweet my medicine is on fire]

"Well, guys, I think we are going to need to sleep some of this off," as he lays out his bedroll away from the morning sun.

Leo took a moment to ensure that Hubert's airways weren't blocked before offering him the calming tea. "Hubert? Hey, listen to me, alright? You're gonna be okay. This will help you calm down a bit, alright?" After taking a moment to make sure Hubert drank the tea, Leo went to attend to Zahim, checking the time of day as he went.

John lies near a tree and closes his eyes for a little bit, enjoying a rare moment of relaxation and tries to compute the destruction he witnessed.

"Who's Hubert?"

As the sun starts to rise along the shoreline. Conrad notices nothing else near where the fish monsters came ashore. He begins to search the woods for the rest of his party, hoping they survived whatever had attacked Byting.

(Investigation? Survival?)

The smoke from a fire catches Conrad's eye, and following it to it's source he finds his companions dozing off or treating their various wounds.

Leo sighed. "You're Hubert. That's your name. Here, drink up. I'm sure you have a lot of questions. This should help with the shock." Leo offered the tea to Hubert once more.

"Who-who are you? Who are all of you? What have you done to me?"

"We're your friends, dude. Well, more like acquaintances but still." 

Lumin having finished laying out his bedroll will encourage everyone to take a long rest. "Let's all just rest. We can try heading on down the road this afternoon guys." When his Zahim seems unresponsive, Lumin waves at him and motions to lie down. Then Lumin lies down and sleeps.

Stan being unwounded will volunteer to keep watch to allow the others to rest.

"Whats with this thing of you guys just not talking, like getting sorta annoying?" I say with a slightly annoyed expression
