Since the beginning of time itself, five powerful kingdoms have been at war. And with each kingdom being as powerful as the next, (all having their own unique strengths and weaknesses) the war has been at a complete standstill. Unlike most other people, who only want to win the war, you are trying to end it peacefully. Not long ago, you received a letter from a mysterious figure who calls himself Three. The letter had instructions on how to safely leave your kingdom and meet up with him, along with other adventurers from different kingdoms, to discuss a plan. This was a specially difficult task, as each kingdom is very isolated and it is illegal to go to another kingdom, or to not be from the kingdom you’re in.
For a few months, you have made a long journey towards Oakendale, within the kingdom of The Shield. It is now mid-summer, and your journey has come to a close. You find yourself in the market area of the busy city, 4 hours from the meeting time.
The Five Kingdoms:
The Shield
Known for its huge wall, also called the shield, which surrounds most of the kingdom, and its impenetrable defences. It is the most peaceful kingdom and rarely tries to invade other kingdoms.
The Sword
Known for its massive and powerful military, and its involvement in most battles. They have especially been relentlessly attacking the shield recently, not successfully.
The Bow
Is it a massive forest called they call the Evergrove, most of the population are elves,
but some gnomes also live there. Their combination of archery and magic make them powerful foes, especially in forests.
The Axe
Dwarves (mostly) inhabit the underground network that is the Axe. With the best forges in the five kingdoms, their armour and weapons are unbeatable.
The Mask
The mask is the most feared of all the kingdoms. They are known for using a lot of magic, but that is all that is known about them.

Lars is a tiefling bard of lore. he has pretty light skin making him easily confused for an elf if he covers his horns and tail. he is tall, slender and a klutz. his backstory is a pretty standard one for a tiefling. being born of two elf parents that were cursed by a demonic being. he was abandoned by his family at the age of 5 and got his fair share of discriminating against him. he felt protected near the gigantic wall at the edge of the kingdom of the shield. he grew up as a beggar and hunter, barely making by. his only solace was music. he played his heart out on the edge of the kingdom for 19 years. now, at the age of 24. he has been called by a man who he does not know, but he was getting sick and tired of the same old day over and over.
Holzane is a Dwarf from The Axe, He was raised from childhood to forge weapons and armor for The Axe and was pretty decent at it but when he got the letter he was happy to get away from the mundane process of making the same Greataxes over and over. He's excited to have a change of pace. He is 5,4, 120 lbs, Brunette with Blue eyes, 40 and Chaotic Good.

Vanoryn, a wood elf moon druid from The Bow grew up in the wilderness alongside his family and friends learning respect for natural magic as well as animal friendship. He has a scar across his face from a dire wolf that reminds him of his place in the circle of life. He is 120 years old with dirty blond hair and green eyes. He has an athletic build for an elf and stands 6'2 high, weighs 150 lbs and is Neutral preferring life to take its course in whatever manner nature allows. His love for animals and nature have made him somewhat brutish in conversation, preferring short or blunt answers and comments.
He was intrigued when he first received the letter from Three and he set off immediately using his knowledge of the forest and wildshape to slip through patrols unnoticed.

Cross is a warforged paladin of The Shield, sworn to protect and defend rather than destroy and attack. His weapons and armor are imbued with a powerful magic to enhance their defensive capabilities at the cost of an offensive advantage, and he is programmed with a defensive mindset. Three promised him an opportunity to bring peace and prosperity to the world, the very reason for Cross' existence. He will perform his duty, whether it ends in death or victory.

Can I use Standard Array instead of these crappy rolls?

How are you all going to get to the camp? Walking it would take a few days, but on horse alot less.
