Seb stumbles forward and once again throws her arms to the side grabbing the nearest person for stability digging her nails in tight. "The ship, it doesn't. And something is beneath the waves. Kyne you must learn to fly. There are only men in the boats. Strong men. Death on all sides. The moon is gone. The weak shall perish along with the valiant, only the swift and strong can flee." Her voice echos, high pitched and slow as she continues to sway. As suddenly as the turn began it ends, her eyes refocus and she bends forward retching over the wet wood of the pier.
Hurosk steps behind the others. "Well this should be... fun," he says in a low voice, squeezing in next to Mathildal. "I'm not sailor, but this thing looks like the mites are holding hands to keep it together."
The half-orc wanders over to the others after Seb'riel finishes with her "Hmm, okay... Can any of you maybe use some your magics to help make this pile of driftwood a bit more seaworthy? Maybe you can get us a discount on our fare...?"
The sailors stops their work and all stare at Seb alarmed. The Captain and his first officer are visible unsettled.
“What? Wait she may not look pretty but she does when it counts!” Reply the captain to Hurosk.
They conference in low voice and most of the sailors whisper between them looking at Seb and shaking their heads.
“The thing is” says the captain to them “that we already have an arrangement with this lady here. We would like to take you, we really would, but we cannot let her down and fail our own word, what kind of gentlemen we would be if we do such a thing. I am sorry, perhaps next time we stop here?”
Ryn says softly “ but I don’t care...”
The captain interrupts her
“We can only provide you with the commodities and services a woman of your status requires if we aren’t occupied taking care of other guest Milady...”
Kyne groans quietly in frustration when he sees the sailors react to Seb'riel's little 'episode'. Once he's confident that his sister can stand unassisted, he takes his cloaked-and-hooded companion by the hand and carefully helps her across the gangplank.
"Honourable Captain Keitos," he begins, smoothly sliding into the conversation as the two of them cross the deck towards where Lyreis is speaking with the captain and his gathered crew. "Please pay no heed to my sister's antics. The poor girl is unwell, but otherwise harmless. I'm escorting her to a skilled cleric in Passage who I'm assured will provide her with the very best of care. Now, expediency is the order of the day, and it is vital that we cross lake Galifar sooner than later. I assure you, we can pay handsomely for your services. The Lady Ryn is an acquaintance of ours and it would be our pleasure to travel with her."
The elf fishes a platinum piece from his coin pouch as he prattles on, absentmindedly rolling it back and forth over his fingers as he talks.
Mathilda smiles at Hurosk, the excitement plain on her face despite the shadows under her eyes. "Oh that doesn't mean anything, some old things look a state but still work just fine. I can't wait to be out on the water!" She observes the scene between Seb, Kyne and the captain with worry, hoping that their chance at escape won't disappear as quickly as it came. Standing a little further away from them, she adds shyly: "I would be happy to help out on the boat too, if you are in any need of helping hands in the galley?"
"Kyne, the singing..." She whimpers, trying to call her brother back. Seeing it's too late she takes a breath, pulling herself to her feet she looks to the others. "You do not wish to take this boat." She whispers, with sadness in her voice in a rare moment of connected emotion.
The eyes of both the captain and his first officer light up at the sight of the platinum coin in Kyne’s hand.
”Well if that’s the case” they look to each other “I can relate on the needs of a worried relative but we will need that you keep her company. And the most time she spends on your chamber the better. We cannot be responsible for her wandering off and falling off the board can we?”
"Well what do you think, I mean we could highlight the fact that we offer a lot of extra security just by being on his ship, I mean I'd value having such a capable group sail with me, just in case he were to run onto any unsavoury types..." Lyreis says in a normal voice so the captain wil hear him and speaking in common to Kyne.

Before Kyne could shake Keito's hand, his first officer gently touches his shoulder.
"Captain, a word?"he says with the raspy voice of a man that is used to yell orders and laugh hard.
"Let me speak to my crew" says Captain Keitos to Kyne and Lyreis.
They took the chance to speak in low voice among themselves if, after Seb'riel revelations, is wise or not take the boat after all.
Lyreis talks to Ryn.
" I am glad to meet you again " says the elf
" And I am surprised. Where are you headed? where you following me?"
"Following you? Not at all. We want to reach Passage. And you?"
"After what happened yesterday I decided to leave and return to my home..."
Meanwhile the others ponders their options and finally decided to keep on their original plan to take the ship towards their next leg of their journey. The land trip would be considerably long and not without its own risks. They can hear the captain and the first officer talking to their crew and there is some kind of argument between them. Nothing serious but it seems clear that many members of the crew thinks that no amount of money worth the risk of carrying Seb'riel with them. After a few minutes while they nod and the Captain Keitos and Senth come back to the party and the Captain says.
"Well you are welcome aboard the Old Star. We will weigh anchor one hour before sunset, when the tides changes. Go and fetch some things of the city if you want, but be sure to be here on time or we will go without you. "he says smiling " And one more thing " he adds looking to the elves " In my ship my word is law and my authority is undisputed. Please be sure to follow my, or my crew, instructions. They are for your own safety. I get that you all knows how to swim?"
He says it smiling but all of them can read the implications. He turns towards Ryn.
"If you follow my Milady, it would be my honor to escort you to your cabin."
She graciously nods and let the Captain lead the way.
Hurosk watches the exchange between the two officers of the ship. He is surprised by the outcome given the typical superstitious nature of sailors. "I'll do my best to stay of of your hair," he says agreeing to the captain's demands. "I don't need anything from town," he adds. "Is there anything around here we can give your crew a hand with? I won't speak for everyone but I'm sure some of my other friends here would be willing too."
"I will need some writing supplies" Seb'riel's voice has returned to normal and her breath is back to a normal rate, seemingly recovered from the attack of the vision and indifferent to the decision to continue despite her warnings.
Mathilda is slightly unnerved by Seb'riel's vision, but her desire to keep moving and leave this place is too strong. When Hurosk offers help, she steps up next to him: "I'm not a sailor, but I can help out in the galley or with any other woman's work that needs doing?" She seems more at ease now that their departure is secured.
Lyreis having bowed to Ryn as she walks away with the captain does not immediately offer to help instead checking the ship out as much as possible, looking for things happening and where people are coming and going from trying to familiarise himself with the ship. If others are going back to get supplies he doesn't go himself unless one of them would be going on their own, in which case he will accompany them for the sake of them having company.

Seeing that Seb'riel is walking away alone, Lyreis finally jumps off the ship to give her company as she buy the ink and parchments she needs.
The Captain replies to Kyne
"We got four cabins. Your group needs to accomodate in the remaining three. " he smiles to Ryn as they enter the zone under the castle of the ship.
The second officer replies to Hurosk and Mathilda offers.
"We are good for now. Try to relax until we can sail." he then turns towards the crew and start barking orders.
As promised, one hour before sunset, and with Eyre and Nymm already visible in the sky to the east, the Old Star lifts her anchor and the now repaired sail gets strenghtens as the air catches it.
The crew seems highly skilled and they are out of the port when the sun is still above the horizon.
Ryn is on the bow of the ship, looking to the east and to the growing darkness. Dravago start to rise on the horizon.
"So, do you mind me disturbing you, your ladyship? I could retire to my cabin if you prefer but I thought I would enjoy the evening and saw you hopefully doing the same." Lyreis walk up to the bow without moving too close to the woman. "Fate has thrown us together again, it has done things like this to me more often than I would have expected recently so I think I should find out more about my travelling companion. "Following her gaze towards the dark east he steps a little closer, quietly asking "What do you look for in the darkness Ryn?
Ryn doesn't move neither replies to the first words of Lyreis, but nothing on his body language makes the elf think that he is not welcomed too, so he continues talking.
When he asks his question she replies with one word.
"And are these the first steps back that you take now?" Lyreis moves a little closer, still following her gaze into the darkness. "How far would we need to travel to get there? There is business that my friends and I must attend to but it may not take forever, will you journey in stages, or do your home fires burn that brightly that you must make all speed." Lyreis goes quiet realising he has another task he cannot abandon and not wanting to hear any answer that would cause him to wish to break with his friends, the heat of the moment and the still of the night has drawn him into a more open outpouring than he had intended.
Angry with himself and angry that yet again a duty must be placed before anything else his face hardens. It is quickly replaced by an embarrassed smile, who would he be without duty, and without the chance for glory. He would be a fool to forget what type of elf he is, what calls him above all other things.
Kyne hurries to his sister's side as he sees the visions take her, and grasps her by the arm to steady her.
"It's okay Seb. I've got you, I'm here."
