Molly rushes over to the two stirring elves, sliding down on her knees and beginning to look them over. "Seb... Lyreis... Come on - easy now... your friends are here."
Eshuvenniel Kazander Ravid,Valor Bard and Acolyte of the Goddess of Luck Caradoc Langham, Halfling Rogue - Lost Magics - Epic of Pre-made Proportions! I'm not looking for heaven or hell... just someone to listen to stories I tell...
Both elves groan as they come back to counsciousness.
"Ky.. Kyne?" says Seb'riel holding her brother's hand. For a few moments she is shaking and Lyreis sits and leans on Moltaris trying to regain the composture.
"I.."starts the elven warrior "What exactly happened? I... I suddenly felt a presence that entered me... not my body or my mind but... "
"My soul... " keeps going Seb'riel looking at Lyreis and both nod to each other, acknowledging that they had similar experiences.
"When I have one of my visions... I can feel that I can see more that I should... sometimes I am in another place and time, but this time it was different... it was so... vast... For a moment I could see everything, and I mean everything. My mind is incapable of comprehend it all it was... eternity... but then... "
"Then all turned into pain... endless, absolute pain and despair... " continues Lyreis shivering "I can't even recall it, it was like all my nerves exploded in fire and cold at the same time...I felt trapped and consumed. "
"Yes... it was like million bites eating my very soul... "
As they speak Seb and Lyreis look into each other's eyes, helping each other to remember, to be able to express what they had lived.
"And then she came and..."
"used me to speak... I... couldn't help it but... also I.. I wouldn't... it was so... "
At first Kyne leans down towards Seb'riel to listen carefully, brow furrowed in concern. However, when she and Lyreis mention Dagur's voice, he can't help but twist his mouth into a grin of amusement.
"You could says that," he admits with a suppressed laugh, "but who was this vast, eternal 'she' who spoke through you? Do you mean Eberron herself? Or Khyber?"
"I do think... that it was Khyber. You could be asking to yourselves How is that even possible? how it is that the cruel Khyber who betrayed her siblings and killed one of them, creator of all the horrors that lurk in the shadows could be asking for help?. And you would be right to do so. I am afraid that the answer is not a simple one.
You are a seer"he says looking at Seb'riel in the eyes "Your visions and premonitions are but a shorter, concentrated and acute if you like, manifestations of the Prophecy. So, every time you foresee something, it really are the Progenitor Dragons speaking to us through another vessel, in this case, you my young one.
Now, on the other hand. Some say that the entire reason that Khyber betrayed the other Progenitor Dragons and even killed Syberis was because her mind was poisoned and her body captured by some extraplanar creatures. Who or what are they no one can really tell, some say that there were the Quori who drove her mad by twisting and corrupting her dreams. Others say it was an Archiduke of the Hell, Orkus is one of his many names, that was able to control her. Whoever it was, even if it was just another creature entirely different from those who we spoke of, one can only try to imagine the power it posses to be able to do such a deed.
Anyway. I wouldn't dare to affirm that it was her speaking through you in a... more direct and ominous manner if it weren't for you my dear boy" he says looking now to Lyreis "That twisted dragonmark you bear... if all my theories are correct, that's just another part of the Dragon Prophecy... and that one in particular comes from Khyber. Now... the most astonishing part of all of this... take good note of it" he says to the quill at his side who has been recording everything he has said " is that for those scholars who think like me, that the Dragonmarks are indeed part of the Prophecy, is that the aberrant dragonmarks has this form and present those powers due to Khyber's corruption and evil mind, but the words you had said... the description of what you have experienced... that could, indeed confirm that Khyber is not evil, but imprisioned, and that... and the confirmation of all my theories.... oh my... " the old gnome faints and had to sit. Some fairies fly quickly to him but he recovers the color and opens his eyes. "I'm ok I'm ok, it's just... a little bit overwhelming..."
Kyne throws Moltaris a sidelong glance at Gleenthorn's mention of the Quori.
"Dagur's never bloody there when he might actually be able to make himself useful," the elf complains bitterly. "We need answers. Our dealings with the Chosen are too close to home to be a coincidence."
"I would be bloody there"Dagur's voice can be heard but he is nowhere to be seen "If you just were polite!! You haven't even said Thank you Dagur from bringing back our friends conscience from the eternal void they were lost!! You are a great ally and friend and we are so sorry not to have taste your wine yet."
"Thank you, Dagur, for bringing back our friends' consciousness from the eternal void in which they were lost." He intones in the hope of assuaging the satyr's wounded pride. "You are a great ally and friend and I am so sorry not to have tasted your wine yet."
Even the most prestigious wine in the cellars of the court would be considered mediocre next to the wine Kyne was drinking. The strong, yet subtle flavour, combined with some fruit taste at the beginning that turns into a full body and leaves a gentle feeling in the tongue and paladar makes the sorcerer to want more. It feels so good in tis way down that he immediately feels refreshed and awake.
Kyne's eyes widen at the marvelous taste. To expect anything less from the seelie court would be foolish. The elf smacks his lips in satisfaction and hands the horn back to Dagur before he finds himself unable to stop.
"Is this what I think it is? The quori driving Khyber to murder her kin?"
"I misjudged you and I am sorry, friend Dagur. Thank you for bringing our friends back. I would very much desire to hear more, if indeed it is the Quori..." Molly's voice is soft and intense as she approaches the satyr.

Dagur drops his shoulders and sits near the place where Lyreis is recovering and offer him the horn with wine.
"I honestly do not know" says Dagur " I find it plausible . But listen to me... there is a phrase I always like to know, more than a way of life instead if you follow me. ´Why or if it could be and´ I am afraid that, in this case if what I think its true is one of the few cases when this philosophy sucks... "
"That actually could be the case "adds Gleethorn"for to corrupt or drive insane an entity such a Dragon Progenitor many powers had to work together, or maybe they just took advantage when other faction attacked it... "
"I suppose that, really, this changes nothing," Kyne muses. "We must continue to Sarlona and find Old Lornack. Dagur, do you know of any connection between the quori and Yuriel the Forgotten?"
Chanterelle nods in approval when Kyne accepts the drink. She follows their conversation for a moment, but then gets sidetracked talking to another fairy. It seems the details are lost on her.
Hurosk takes the wineskin and gives it a sniff. "Didn't mean to offend you there, bud. I guess I'll have a drink of your wine here." He takes in a mouthful and hands it back to the satyr. "We good, still friends?"
The satyr nods to Hurosk and takes the wine back while answering to the gnome. "Yuriel the Forgotten"
"Aahh never heard of him" replies the sage. "Is he a bad guy?"
"That's up to you" says Dagur "But please try to stay focused... He is getting stronger... "
"Who?" asks Gleenthorn confused.
"Yuriel the Forgotten"replies Dagur again.
"Aahhh never heard of him" says again Gleenthorn."Is he a bad guy?"
"See what I am doing here for you? And believe me it's not an easy task." says Dagur to the party. "No one can remember him, except the one you are going to, hopefully, see. And try to help that poor woman. I think it is important for you " he says to Moltaris.
