Above the water, Graeme and Allen approach the beastial man. Allen calls out, catching the man's attention further. The man's wolf-like eyes shine as he barks a response that's part animal and part common, "Leave now. I do the spirit's work. None for you."
The man kicks up a vicious looking spear before spinning it around in a warrior's flourish. The bladed tip serrated, the back of which splitting off into three metal prongs. The spear's haft adorned with a long chain that falls back into the boat with plenty extra length to spare. Graeme, being familiar with the sea, and those that frequent it, you know the weapon is a harpoon. This weapon is designed to impale it's prey, where the prongs latch on like hooks in the victim's flesh. The wolfman declines to answer Allen, standing at the ready should the need arise.
Meanwhile, under the water's surface, Rumble deftly slices open the sack to reveal a young girl with raven black hair and contrasting porcelain skin. Aside from the simple rags she is wearing, there's an opulent coloured bandana tied in her hair to create a ponytail. She's struggling and flailing fast, clutching at the monk with wild hands and wide eyes. Her weighing you down takes a bit of effort, but it's nothing you can't handle. As you break the surface, she coughs hard repeatedly in attempt to clear her lungs.
Not far away stands the man on the nearby boat. Of which, Rumble, you can now discern is a beast man. The man howls loudly again; a sound so loud you can feel it reverberate in the water around you.
Everyone, let's roll initiative. Allen, if you'd like to cast your spell, I will allow before initiative since you had it in mind before things got started.

Graeme
Allen
Werewolf
Allen holds out the symbol of the Raven Queen and issues a command. As if reacting to a noise only the wolfman could hear, his wolf ears swivel straight forward. Clutching his head and holding each side as if it were to split, he roars. Shaking his head rapidly, he looks to Graeme and bears it's fangs and uttering a bestial growl.
Rumble, you're up. The girl clings to you and looks like she was beaten badly. Breaching the surface and getting an understanding of the situation, it appears a physical confrontation is imminent.
Ooc: I figured it would be a good idea for combat if you were close enough to jump across, if you wanted. In two turns, you two in the boat could've made it to near where Rumble went over. Swimming is half movement, but monks move like crazy.

Graeme, fearing the accuracy of the beast with that harpoon, leaps from the boat towards the beasts boat, not to land IN the boat, but rather to catch the edge, capsizing the beats boat.
”Lessee if ye can swim an toss tha thing a tha same time!”
Athletics Check: 19
OOC: I assume athletics was needed - anything else I need to roll?
Allen, Graeme stands up, rocking the boat with the movement. In a fluid motion, the Highlander leaps towards the other boat. Clutching on deftly to the side, his momentum capsizes the wolfman's boat with a large splash and wake. In the moment, the wolfman's eyes go wide as he's launched into the frigid lake with a hearty grunt. As he enters the water, he's splashing about fiercely.
Ooc: No, I think that was excellent! Allen, you're up. Two of your party members are in the water, and the enemy is thrashing in attempt to swim.

Trying to time it so your projectile magic makes it through the erratic splashing and waves created by the wolfman Allen let's loose a Ray of Frost. A white jet of cold races towards the waterlogged creature. Just before it hits, a large splash of wave is kicked up that stops the magic prematurely. With an audible crack, the now frozen water crashes back to the surface; bobbing in the torrent. Another large splash radiates out from the creature, followed by an eerie stillness.
Under the water, the wolfman propels to Graeme with strong kicks. Using the momentum, the wolfman takes a wide slash with extended claws. While inhibited by the water, the strike is still rather quick.
Attack: 7 Damage: 5
The creature moves in, fangs beared back in a vicious smile, and attempts to grapple the Highlander.
Str: 5
Graeme, please roll a contested Athletics (Str) or Acrobatics (Dex) check to avoid a grizzly bear hug by this burly half-man, half-wolf. For those who engaged in the water, please remember attacks have disadvantage and movement is halved.
“Yeah but I have something planned just be ready.”

“Oookay.”
Graeme says wearily as he looks back at his armor yet again.
Rumble draws his shortsword and wants to cut the sack open, releasing whoever's inside before binging them up.
"CoS" Rumble- Tabaxi Shadow Monk
“Who are you!” Allen will still have his command spell ready to go off if he try’s something.
