Ian dashes around through the hobgoblins' room and ends up intercepting the goblin. The rogue swings his blade at the creature, but, despite the distraction of Gruxx following closely behind, it is JUST able to dodge out of the way.
Herr Doktor searches the bugbear. Aside from his hide armor, shield, and morningstar, the creature isn't carrying anything interesting.
The goblin bears its teeth at Ian and swings its scimitar at him (scimitar attack: 9, damage: 4 slashing damage), but he is able to deflect the attack.
(Early post: Rock tromps along behind the elf, but is hung up on all the carnage littering the floor and ends up at T11.)
Glynquinal seeing returns to the room where Gundren is. If he is still trapped by the Bugbear he will do what he can to get teh smelly beast off of Gundren and help him set upright.
Gruxx swings, but the goblin moves out of the way at the last second. (No need to do it recklessly because you already get flanking advantage with Ian.)
Glynquinal can get beside Gundren (W8) and the bugbear with his movement, action dash, and bonus dash. So, you don't have an action to move the bugbear this turn.

Round 15: HDP & Ian (10/21), baddies, Gruxx (inspired, rage), Glyn, Rock (rage)
Ian also heads back to the room. Saying to all "What should we do now? Do we leave? Do we see what else is here? Gundren, we killed the bugbear and the goblins. Is there anyone else here?"
HDP responds to the group: "I need to rest. I am exhausted from this whole mess! Where did all of those goblins even come from? We should get to safety; Gundren needs a doctor!"
Glynquinal responds, "I am tapped out of nearly all my spells, but I'm still feeling strong. A good long rest would help, but we need to know if there is another larger group still roaming around before we hole up to rest."
Gundren comes to after Herr Doktor's healing. He groans as he is coming to consciousness. Looking up at the party, he scowls in surprise. "What ... what are you doing here?" He looks around, but doesn't appear to be in any hurry to stand. "Am I still in the old castle?" Once he notices the dead bugbear, he says, "I see. And the drow and the wolf? How did you get in here?"
Glynquinal smiles broadly at their friend, "We have been looking for you for some time. How did you come to be in this place? We had some tough interactions with an Elf that could have been a Drow and a Wolf. Neither one survived the encounter. Are you able to stand up?"
"Sildar and I — Sildar! Oh my, I wonder if he's still a captive of that big-headed goblin." One of the party tells him that they rescued Sildar, and that he is safe in Phandalin. Gundren breathes a sigh of relief and stands, needing some help. "Sildar and I were captured and dragged to a cave full of goblins. From there, they transported me here. King Grol — that's the bugbear," he says, motioning to the dead bugbear, "wanted the map to Wave Echo Cave. Of course, they had found it on me. The last few days are a blur. At least, I think it's been a few days. I've been in and out of consciousness. How did you find me?"
TO Gundren Glynquinal replies, "Hope, and blind luck my friend." Glynquinal offers Gundren a water flask to drink. "You must tell of this Wave Echo Cave. Why were they so interested in it?"
Gundren, though extremely tired looking, starts to animate at Glynquinal's question, but Ian's follow-up question drains the dwarf's face of what color had returned. "The map," he almost gasps. "I don't know. We must find it!"

Inside the room, Glynquinal and Herr Doktor pull the bugbear off of Gundren and sit the unconscious dwarf up against the wall.
HDP will try to heal Gundren, to wake him up, so they can get him to safety outside the castle walls. 5 HP for Gundren
Glynquinal will give Gundren a good look over for any wounds that need tending.
Investigation 9
To Gundren, "Come on Gundren open your eyes, we have to get out of here before we have more company."
Gruxx retreats into the room with Gundren and will stand watch at the door to prevent any intrusions.
"I'm glad we found him." says Gruxx sincerely.
Rock will follow Grux

Gundren, though extremely tired looking, starts to animate at Glynquinal's question, but Ian's follow-up question drains the dwarf's face of what color had returned. "The map," he almost gasps. "I don't know. We must find it!"
Gruxx looks back at the others, “We need to get out of here. They may be gathering reinforcements!”
Glynquinal ponders on what both Gundren and Gruxx have said for a moment.
To both, "I think you two are right."
To Gundren, "Is there any chance that map is here somewhere?"
Moving over to the table where He'd laid Talon earlier he retrieves it and replaces it in its sheath.
