OOC: Yes, Song of Rest is a bardic ability: extra healing for any using hit dice that can hear him play his special song. So, everyone who rolled hit dice this short rest receives an extra 3 hp from HDP's song of rest roll.
You've rested. Nothing happened during Ian's watch. What do you do now?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gruxx leading, with Rock following, then Glynquinal, Herr Doktor, and Ian last, the group returns to the crypt. As soon as Gruxx is within 10 feet of the northeast door, the skeletons come to life once again. The (green) skeleton rises and takes a swing at the human barbarian. (shortsword attack: 20, damage: 7 piercing damage) The (red) skeleton rises, moves toward Gruxx, and also takes a swing. (shortsword attack: 8, damage: 4 piercing damage) And the (yellow) skeleton rises, shambles forward, and makes a third swing at Gruxx. (shortsword attack: 12, damage: 4 piercing damage)
Green's fumble roll: 5 (Wild Swing. You overextend yourself going for the kill. Your opponent gains advantage on their next attack roll.)
Green's swing is wild, missing Gruxx, and leaving it open to a retaliatory attack. As Gruxx is dodging Green's attack, he leaves himself open to a deep cut by Red. Then, as he reacts to the blow, Yellow follows up with another less-deep slice into his arm.
OOC: We'll keep the same initiative order.
Round 2: HDP, Gruxx, Yellow, Green, Red, Glyn, Ian, Rock
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
WIS save: 15
Gruxx gets advantage when attacking Green this round; advantage roll: 16
The (red) skeleton's skeletal frame shivers after Herr Doktor's verse, and its grip seems wobbly. Gruxx takes advantage of the (green) skeleton's over reach and brings his glaive down on the back of the creature, splintering off some exposed bone.
All three skeletons swing once again at Gruxx. (Yellow shortsword attack: 15, damage: 8 piercing damage) (Green shortsword attack: 17, damage: 8 piercing damage) (Red wobbly shortsword attack: 7, damage: 4 piercing damage)
In a fairly impressive maneuver, the human barbarian deflects the first and third blows with his weapon, but the second slides in underneath. Twisting at the last second, though, he keeps the impact to a minimum.
Grasping Talon with both hands, Glynquinal pulls the weapon down over his head with a grunt of effort. The skeleton, empty eye sockets still intent upon Gruxx, is rent in two by the blow. The blade enters the undead creature at the top of the skull and slices slightly off center, and almost bangs into the floor with the rogue's swing. Bones and decayed whatever else the skeleton is made of crumble, fly off, and otherwise come apart with a clatter.
Ian rushes ahead, hops up and runs across the stone coffin, and drops down between the two coffins, taking a knee (cover?). He peers around the coffin, and fires an arrow at the (yellow) skeleton.
Crossbow attack: 15
Damage: 5
Sneak Attack Damage (because of Gruxx position): 4
OOC: Ian, you can end up at P7 (30 feet) or P8 (35 feet). The (red) skeleton doesn't appear to be paying you any attention, so it's very unlikely it's going to attempt to make an attack of opportunity if you move out of its melee range to P8. There's not room for you to get between the coffins, so you'll be on top of either the top coffin or the bottom one.
Ian's bolt strikes true, damaging the (yellow) zombie, but it still stands.
Rock turns, takes in a deep breath, and expels a red-hot cone of flame, which hits both the (yellow and green) skeletons. As the flames disappear, the (yellow) zombie appears to be barely staying upright.
Round 3: HDP, Gruxx, Yellow (very damaged), Green (damaged), Glyn, Ian, Rock
None for Ian - he is unhurt, and is on guard
Perception: 14

To the group Glynquinal says, "We have come this far, we might as well track down that pesky wizard."
Rock to group "Lets check the other door in the room with the mummy"
Gruxx nods at Rock.
"I'm rested up. I'll lead on."
Gruxx will open the door at S,5 and go in.
Rock will follow Grux
Glynquinal trailing Gruxx and Rock will follow.

Round 2: HDP, Gruxx, Yellow, Green, Red, Glyn, Ian, Rock
Surprised that the skeletons have animated again, the Herr Doktor casts Vicious Mockery at one of the skeletons (red):
"Dust and bones,
Why are you still awake?
Crawl back beneath the earth,
Before it's too late!"
Damage: 4.
Gruxx winces and pain and makes a single controlled swing with his glaive at the (Green) Skeleton.

Glynquinal, you're up!
Glynquinal will scramble around to Q7 to take a position opposite of the red skeleton from Rock.
Glynquinal will quickly draw out Talon, and gripping firmly with both hands, take a swipe at the red skeleton.

After the attempt, Glynquinal will hold fast at Q7.

Round 3: HDP, Gruxx, Yellow (very damaged), Green (damaged), Glyn, Ian, Rock
HDP, you're up!
Ian will stand atop the coffin at P8.
OOC: Is yellow a zombie or a skeleton?
The Herr Doktor Professor moves forward (to P5), then casts Vicious Mockery on the skeleton/zombie:
"What makes a zombie a zombie?
Is it dessicated fleshed stretched tight,
Over broken and brittle bones?
Is it long groans and moans,
From a voicebox that doesn't work right?
A palette that thinks brains taste like candy?
Or is it a blade, bright and fair,
Cleaving through that empty head,
Letting out the nothing that's there,
And returning the dead to the dead."
Damage: 1.
