Lilyth & Cora: You shove the lids off the two remaining coffins. In the northernmost coffin you find three things. A large Aquamarine and a beautiful black pearl that are dusty but should clean up nicely. There is also a beautiful golden circlet with a red gem set in the front. The circlet is untarnished and looks very good for its age (so probably magic.) 

In the southernmost coffin, you find two items that are pristine and don't look their age. A small white pearl, and a gleaming scimitar. (Both probably Magic).

The corpses that were once in these coffins are now nothing but dust.

Cora points to the circlet, not touching it, to Lilly. She breathes a sigh of relief to know she didn't get scorched this time.

Lilyth leans forward, not touching the circlet (or any of the objects for that matter, Gods knew what would happen), and inspects it further to see if she could decipher what it was other than pretty and probably a bomb waiting to explode.

Erok holds his breath as Lilly inspects the items.  He is silent, keeping a watch for anything that might decide to leap out at them.  Focus, he thinks.  As you were taught.  Center and calm yourself.  It will be as it will be.

Lilly: You inspect the items. Without an identify spell it's hard to tell what they DO, but I will say that with that check you do not see any magical traps on the items. No glyphs or extra enchantments.

(Without Identify, the only way to see what they do is with a short rest - so if you all want to take the items with when you go rest I can reveal what they are. ALSO the ring Cora picked up earlier.)

"Okay," Lilyth says, breathing a sigh of relief. "We haven't exploded, gotten cursed, or died... And I don't see anything wrong with these items, so..." The elf braces herself as she reaches to pick up the circlet first and holds herself there with the item in hand, her eyes shut tight waiting for something to happen...

But nothing does.

She peeks at her hand with the circlet and, despite sweating bullets, a wide smile formed on her face. "I'm not not dead!"

She pockets the circlet and then gingerly picks up all the items they've found one by one. If they don't kill her that is.

(Nope! Nothing happens you're good!)

"WHEW, you're ok!" Cora breathes a loud sigh of relief, crossing her eyes in a clear puff of exhaled air. "Oh, thank the Hells."

"Okay!" She grins at the now small group. "I don't know if there's anything else in this room, but we can go back to the main area and take a rest to see if we can find out what these items are." Lilyth pauses a second. "I don't think a small rest will get you guys up in tip top shape, so let me just..."

The elf closes her eyes and clasps her hands together and mutters a prayer under her breath. As her lips move, slowly the same effect as before happens: her amulet of Thoth glows a bright shimmering blue, and various colors flutter over top Erok and Cora's heads.

She peeks to look at them both. "Feeling any better?"

As Lilly's healing magic moves over him, Erok's breathing eases as his wounds heal.  He closes his eyes, sighing with relief.  He turns to Lilly.  "Thank you, little one.  I feel much better now.  A small rest would still be helpful, would it not, so we can see what treasures we have found so far? In case any of them might be of use as we journey forward?" 

He looks to Wasif and Cora expectantly.  "I think a rest would be helpful, but if you would rather we push on . . ." he waits for them to respond.

Lilly's healing magic felt more than amazing. Out of all the beings she knew, very few less she even trusted, Lilly was one of them. She smiled at her and winked, a sure sign she appreciate her, and much more.

"Sure, Erok." Cora said, smiling, "If you want to rest, let's go ahead." 

You all gather the items in the tomb, and carefully navigate your way back to the main chamber to rest. (You guys can also take the time to attune to anything you'd like that you found). You aren't interrupted during your rest so go ahead and fix up your character sheet with whatever you get back on a short rest and use hit dice.

The cloak is a Cloak of Protection, the circlet with the red gem is a Circlet of Blasting, the pearl is a Pearl of Power, and the ring Cora found is a Ring of Swimming. The Scimitar is a +1 Magic weapon.

The half of the golden tablet you took is interesting. It looks like plans to the temple. Anyone who wants can make a history check to get more information. As you finish your rest the air is starting to feel warm and heavy again. You don't think you will have time to rest again, it is time to find the way out.

((Erok is interested in the cloak, the rest is not really useful for him.))

"A Ring of Swimming?" Cora barks, annoyed. "BAH!" She tosses it over her shoulder.

"Well, if you don't want the ring, I'm sure Wasif might have some use for it, Cora," Erok says with a chuckle.  "The air is getting thick, let's sort the gear and get a move on before something else leaps out and throws fire at us."  He grins and gestures towards the doorway.  I certainly hope we can handle whatever else is here, he thinks to himself.  Cora and Lilly seem perfectly capable, but we are a small party.  He sighs.  Focus, he reminds himself.  Concentrate on what is in front of you.

Erok: You don't gather much from the half of the tablet. Maybe if you had the whole thing you could learn more?

Alright, we'll take the tablet and the ring with us. You know. Just in case.

(Just doing a quick interest check! We haven't had a post from our cleric friend in over a week. Not sure if everyone is interested in finishing this, It's okay if not! If that's the case I will write a little epilogue to wrap things up!)

((Jskdksjd I’ll take the blame on that one sorry!! It’s not lack of interest, more so lack of creativity on MY part. This week has been pretty bad for me and in result has given me a writers block that’s been stopping me from posting. I’ll try and think of something to write but if everyone else has lost interest don’t be afraid to end it. Again I’m extremely sorry ahdjdk))
