Ash using his mace hits the guy he hit again attack 7 Damage: 3 then as a bonus action to trapple the guy he hit and move out from the house attack: 19 Damage: 4

Vruuk continues to move around to the front. As soon as he had a got line of sight on at least one of the bandits that threw a firebomb, he sent an arrow straight for a knee to incapacitate. And if he can't get sight of them just yet, he keeps moving until does so while maintaining some distance.
Darastrix shakes off the dog that was able to sink its pitiful teeth through his scaley hide. Impressed, but annoyed, the lizard bares his own teeth with a deep growl before issuing a command, "Sit."
Ash misses with the mace but brings up his front hooves and brings them down hard on the man standing in the doorway before stepping on him and making his way outside the house.
Vruuk launches an arrow towards the bandit on the left. The arrow flies true and cuts through the man's Achilles tendon, prompting his calf muscle to roll up like a window shade. The man let's out a bloodcurttling scream in pain before passing out on the ground.
Darastrix is able to throw the dog off assert his dominance. After the snarl and "Sit" command the dog quickly sits and bows his head in a whimper..
Seeing the flames start to build on the wall, Cinders starts to worry. "Oh no.. oh no.. not out home. Our home can't burn down!" he then pauses, takes a few deep breathes and thinks for a moment. "I hope this works!" he mutters as he focuses on the flames and they start to extinguish.
As Cinders focuses on the flames inside the house they quickly shrink in size untill there is nothing left of the flames except a small smouldering patch of rug.... the outside of the house continues to burn..

Pok’im pushes his way to the front of the crowd and ignoring the dogs goes for the largest bandit (bandit 3) growling “you big but Pok’im bigger and you try burn Pok’im’s house - he not happy ‘bout dat, so ...” as he attacks with his pike (Attack roll: Attack: 14 Damage: 11) as he thrusts the pike deep into the bandit’s thigh possibly rupturing it’s femoral artery.
As Pokim thrusts down hard with his pike, it easily pierces straight through the thigh, shattering the bone and nearly tearing his leg free from the rest of his body before pinning him to the ground as the pike digs in deep to the wooden floor beneath him. The bandit writhes in pain but quickly goes quiet and slumps against the pike as a pool of blood spreads out under him.
The last remaining bandit will quickly throw another alchemists fire flask towards the house, this one on to the roof before turning and running as fast as he can down the road away from the orphanage.
The large mastiff under the lizardfolks control will launch itself at the distracted Darastrix.
Attack: 14 Damage: 7
The other large black mastiff continues to sit with its head lowered...
(the bandits are all dead or fleeing, one dog is incapacitated and the other is still hostile.)

Darastrix, annoyed, growls as the other mastiff attempts to bite into his scaley hide, but the dogs teeth just can't cut it. "Down! Or I'll eat you..."
Ash chases after the bandit. Mace attack first Attack: 15 Damage: 7 then BA Trample attack Attack: 20 Damage: 3
Ash knocks the man to the ground as he is running away with a hard strike to the back with her mace before stomping the back of his head against the rocky path... he is dead.
The dog continues to growl at darastrix
